Very good hotel, just steps from the train station and tramway. Rooms comfortable, well equipped and renovated. Parking included in the rate, with essy access.

Great hotel! Rooms were decent sized from others I have had in Europe. Shower water pressure was strong! Air conditioning was a plus. Windows seal nicely so almost no noise from the road. Hotel has a paid breakfast option and a nice restaurant for dinners and lunches.
There is a free parking lot around the corner. My car did get slightly damaged there though - someone threw an egg on the windshield (had to buy a scrapper to remove it!) and broke a glass on the windshield :-(.
Close by the tram and train station and some great places to eat nearby.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. However, it was a little bit noisy, as the room doors are very heavy and each time they were open or closed, some noise was produced.

The Hotel was quiet. Wifi was so so. The bathroom was super small, need to be very skinny just to get into the bath tub. Otherwise the place was clean and the staff nice. Very nice restaurant.

Just awful. Our room smelled like someone had just been smoking in it and it had burn marks on the bed spread. Gawd knows what a black light would reveal. The pictures they show you on hotels.com are not true to form. If I could rate this hotel any lower I would. Not worth €78. a hostel would have been better.

Une arrivée tardive qui se passe bien, mais dès l’entrée dans la chambre, c’est quand même pas terrible… Une chambre qui sent la cigarette, des joints, et un carrelage pourri, une pomme de douche qui tient pas en place… C’est quand même franchement pas terrible Pour un hôtel professionnel.

Rarement un rapport qualité/prix aura été aussi excellent ! Certes nous sommes à St Etienne (pas à Paris) mais quand même : décoration originale (ah, la cité du Design...), chambre grande, installations efficaces mais surtout service impeccable (grande gentillesse du personnel) et prix plus que mesuré ! Que demander de plus ?
NB : pas pu tester la table mais le menu avait l'air aussi intéressant que le reste ;-)

La chambre sentait fortement le tabac froid !! Sans L’interrupteur des wc ne fonctionnait pas, donc pas de lumière. Le parking était difficile d’accès en raison des travaux !! Sinon, le personnel était gentil.

L’Hôtel offre une décoration à thème par étage avec des reproductions de tableau, des fresques égyptiennes... Un effort important et primordial a été fait avec une isolation parfaite des fenêtres, dormir dans le calme au cœur de la ville est exceptionnel; la douche avec double pommeau apaise la fatigue du dos; l'écran plat de la télévision est large et fonctionne très bien; la literie avec un matelas épais et une ribambelle d'oreiller garantit une nuit propice à la paresse; le petit déjeuner est copieux et il faut goûter les madeleines délicieuses et fraîches, copies conformes des recettes des meilleures pâtissières du passé; si les chambres semblent un peu vieillottes avec un dessus de lit assorti , le confort fait oublier ce petit détail qui donne un charme ancien à cet hôtel très bien placé avec le luxe d'un parking sécurisé.

Nous avons du quitter l'hôtel avant la seconde nuit pour des impératifs indépendants de notre volonté. Bien dommage que la direction n'a pas voulu faire un effort pour rembourser une partie des frais engagés dont le petit déjeuner. Un manque d'esprit commercial sans doute.

Das Hotel ist nur einen Steinwurf vom Bahnhof entfernt, von dem u.a. auch die Stadtbahn abfährt. In ca. 15 Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt. Auch das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Es gibt unter anderem eine elektrische Saftpresse an der man sich seinen Fruchtsaft selbst pressen kann. Frischer geht es kaum. Auch wird das Büffet immer wieder aufgefüllt.

Hotel war Ausgangspunkt zur Stadtbesichtigung zu Fuß. Man kann auch mit der Straßenbahn schnell ins Zentrum gelangen. Wir waren nur für 1 Übernachtung angereist. Der abgeschlossene Parkplatz war für uns wichtig. Es war alles in Ordnung.

Un endroit parfait pour mon séjour professionnel de 4 jours / 3 nuits. L'hôtel est à proximité immédiate de la gare, juste en face. Il propose un parking dans la rue adjacente. La chambre était agréable, avec baignoire, lit confortable et bureau. L'isolation phonique est ok, nous ne sommes pas dérangés par les bruits de l'hôtel ; à noter des travaux en face de la gare qui devraient durer encore quelques semaines. Personnel très accueillant. Le restaurant \"La loco\" vaut le détour en soirée et l'hôtel dispose de plusieurs salons pour pouvoir travailler à plusieurs dans le calme. La décoration de l'hôtel a été particulièrement soignée : j'ai l'impression que chaque chambre suit un thème différent. J'y retournerai sans hésiter.

Es un hotel que se encuentra cerca del centro de la ciudad y justo al lado de la estación de trenes. Tiene aparcamiento, pero está abierto y sin vigilancia. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, aunque la decoración y alguna cosa más es muy antigua.
En términos generales, está bastante bien. Si tuviera que volver a la ciudad y fuera de los más baratos (como esta vez) lo volvería a elegir.
