We got an room upgrade, but i didnt like it because the pool view is not that great from my room and the bathroom shower door was missing. Eventhough the staff knew about it they upgraded us to that room and next day we request them to change to our original room and it was way better than the upgraded one.
The breakfast menu has lot of options.
Staffs are very friendly amd addressing the issue right away.
Overall it was 7/10.

We stayed here for five days, and the experience has been exceptional. The hotel service is truly par excellence — every staff member is incredibly helpful and consistently goes out of their way to accommodate any request. The rooms are spotless, and the food at the hotel restaurant is delicious, catering beautifully to a variety of preferences and palates. We couldn’t be happier with our stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

An absolute disaster. The hotel does not even fit into a 1 star category. It was a total waste of my money and will never again trust Hotel.com on the hotel reviews and images shown. The hotel was the height of uncleanliness. The sadest part of all was that it was i who recommended my brother and family to book this hotel.

Filthy rooms, holes in bed covers, huge body dent in mattress making it the most uncomfy bed I’ve EVER slept in, stains on bedding, grubby bathroom, mouldy pillows, dirty breakfast tables and mats, inattentive staff, location undergoing construction and middle of nowhere, unsafe to walk back after dark.

From day 1 checkin experience was not good. My mom and sister waited for a room as they arrived early. After getting a room they tried to play smart and gave us a room which was not what we booked so we had argued regarding same.
After that they gave us the right room which was deluxe room.
Moreover after getting in the room, bed sheets were not properly cleaned as there were stain marks which was not appealing to eye.
Buffet for breakfast was not at all as per hotel standards, i could see mosquito around some food specifically towards muffins and curries which were kept in earthenware.
Menu was not at all as per standard of the hotel.
Half of the things in buffet were either cold or were not heated properly.
Housekeepers were not aware of the timings of spa when asked. Instead of telling me or acknowledging the question asked this person just passed by while talking on the phone and not answering as i could see he was not aware of their own facilities timing.
This was not what i was expecting out of a hotel which is reputed all over the world.
But i will not recommend this hotel to anyone i know.

Rooms are at best 2.5 stars, pool is nice but in need of repair. Lots of loose and missing tiles and a return water outlet was missing a safety cover. I leaned on the pool side with my back and got sucked in which left a round bruised mark on my back. Someone with long hair can get seriously injured by the hair get sucked in. Please fix this asap. Lobby was nice and the best part of the hotel. Tv in room was different to use and had only 1 English program working. Overall everything looked dated and in need of some maintenance. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Stuff were very friendly and helpful. We travelled off-season and there weren't many tourists in North Goa. At the same time, the hotel was hosting different events and conferences. As two females travellers, we were uncomfortable around the pool.
Lastly, the hotel needs maintenance and deep cleaning.

My recent experience at this hotel has left me quite dissatisfied. Upon checking in to the room, the entire floor was soaked due to an AC technical glitch. The bed itself felt chilly and damp, far from the comfortable setting I had hoped for. The staff informed me that the AC issue was prevalent throughout the property in Goa and urged me to \"manage\" in the room despite the inconvenience.

To make matters worse, I noticed the presence of fungal and mold growth on the curtains and cushions. The cushions were visibly unclean and hadn't been properly washed. Although my family and I made do until the following day, things took a turn for the worse when my mother woke up, only to slip and sustain bruises on her leg. My sister and I also faced several instances of slipping due to the persistently moist floor. As a result, our planned activities were severely hampered, and we ended up spending an inordinate amount of time managing these issues within the confines of our room.

The hotel staff about our concerns, they initially dismissed them. Eventually, they relented and asked us to wait several hours for a different room. When we were finally moved, the new room turned out to be smaller than the one I had booked and paid for. Adding to our woes, the door lock in the new room was malfunctioning. Maintenance personnel attempted to repair it while we were inside, which left us deprived of privacy. It's disheartening to think that this hotel holds a purported 5-star rating.

I arrived at 8 pm and my room was not ready. Was given an old room with a broken safe for handicapped person which I'm not. The place is old and doors and walls are paper thin so you can here every person outside, above and to the side of the room. Very poor choice on my part and would not recommend this place at all

Nice pool facing rooms.. just they need to add few more indoor games for kids in the play area.. and should do something about the electricity cut downs.. however the overall stay was very good and comfortable.. good value for money..

Good and comfortable hotel.

Location wise the property is good not great (not a beach property). The room and bathroom size is a bit small but otherwise all good. The amenities are good and pool is large. I stayed at a room which did not had a pool side facing, so the view from room was not up to the mark. Staff is prompt and courteous. Breakfast is also nice. Bed/sleep quality is also great. Overall a 4.5/5 rating. It had 42inch television which was a pleasant surprise.

We thought this works be a good property based on it being a Radisson and it has good reviews but we were very disappointed. The place is pretty old and run down and it's not in a very nice area of town. No way you'd want to walk the the beach from here. The power goes out regularly. One night I had no hot water. The AC didn't work in my friend's room at first. Shower door wouldn't shut so the water would get out of the shower. Rooms are pretty dirty and just generally run down and in need of a major renovation to stay relevant. They require you to use a room key to keep your room power on, so it would take 30 mins to cool your room off after leaving for a bit but because the AC shuts off if don't leave your card in the slot. My friend's room had bugs in his bathroom.

Decent property, close to candolim market & beach

good property, well maintained, the only thing that I didnt like was the Breakfast which lead to downfall of experience i.e. food was mostly on all days not fresh and with very limited choices as what would be expected.

Exceeded my expectations

I found the hotel to be very good far more than expected in fact the hotel feels more like a 5*but you know why it's a 4* due to the slight finishing touches.

The room. So were nice and spacious with a great pool view, I was missing so. Even items however the reception promptly took care of it within 20 minutes of my request every time I asked for something they were very quick.

Every morning at breakfast the staff greeted us with a smile and usually the same waiter would help us with any items we wanted. The breakfast selection is heavily Indian influenced with less focus on continental breakfast items however when asked for feedback the hotel staff acted on it the next day.

Daily feedback was taken and one day I didn't quite like how the eggs were cooked they apologised to me the next day and were very keen to know how they could improve.

Very good staff always attentive and caring must say Jonathan was great.

The pool was nice however noisy at times but that's due to other guests. It's nice to have pool attendants that actually paid attention to the guests needs.

The hotel is around 10 mins walk from the beach and the hotel is in centre of the busy candolim area all the best restaurants are close by and reasonably priced in the area. You can walk or get a taxi to Calungute where there are more eating options with popular food outlets like mcdonalds and KFC but not necessarily the best food around.

Overall the hotel is well located and a great recommendation.
