Lovely helpful and welcoming staff- we lost power to our room, staff offered drinks (nice work) and when we got back to hotel 3 hours later after dinner, they gave us another room. Only real whinge would be towels were in a very VERY bad discoloured and frayed state. Time to replace the linen.

Great stay in central Rhodes

We had a lovely stay. The hotel is modern and in an excellent location. All of the staff were welcoming and helpful when we needed anything. There was a wide choice of hot and cold breakfast. The room was soundproof, we didn't hear anything from others while we were in there. It was nice to have a balcony and pool access.

3 Night Stat in Rohdes

Check-in & out effortless. Friendly staff from receptionist, cleaners & breakfast staff. All working tirelessly to give naximum enjoyment. Hotel perfectly located for Beach, New Town (Shops) & Old Town. Very clean. Facility of Bar on ground floor common area (Drinks competitively priced against local Bars).
Breakfast very good and offered most of everything. (Including Toaste machine) as well as Toast machine. Coffee was good quality from machine & was avaliable whenever even after breakfast (no coffee or tea making facilities in Room). Toilets (WC) conveniently located downstairs (-1F) for Bar, Pool & common Area.
Road Parking at a premium (No off road Parking).
Hotel well set out offering option for balconies to road (City View) or Overlooking Pool. (Hotel 3 floors).
Room offered a good size shower cubicle, air dryer and dispensers offering hand, shower & body lotion. (Better than the small bottles).

Allowed to use facilities after checkout prior to our departure.

Improvements could be made:
TV Size was very small with limited channels.(no english or news channels)
No stool or chair in room.
No full size mirror.
Side mirror too high so when sat on bed could no see in mirror.

This did not however distract from our enjoyment. Will stop again on pur next visit.

I stayed at this hotel twice during my stay in Rhodes and it has its good and bad points. The location is excellent as your not more than a 10 min walk from the beach and the old town the area also feels safe to walk around at night. The breakfast was really good and even with all the covid restrictions the staff did an excellent job. The rooms are a bit tired but are clean and comfortable. I think maybe if I had paid high season prices I probably would be a bit more negative but I have enjoyed my stay here.

Good location. Good COVID practices in place. Relatively new looking hotel but condition of room (101) could have been better. The outdoor chairs were broken, as was the door to the fridge and the wardrobe. The whole bathroom needed a deep clean.

Great location - only 6 minutes walk to the beach and a few minutes walk to lively bar areas. The superior room with a pool view was not big but was OK, clean, nice shower, the bed was very comfortable, good A/C. The staff is very helpful, friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was fine. I would recommend this hotel and will stay there again.

Nice and clean hotel. Very convenient with a good breakfast. Only thing w head troubles with is on the first day we got a room that wasn’t a pool view even though we paid for one. However, the next day they provided us with a pool view on the third floor. We didn’t end up getting WiFi signal on the third floor which meant that we had to use our mobile data. Location was excellent but the hotel rooms were tired. Booked into Superior room with balcony overlooking pool and next doors shabby apartments. Air con not working, bathroom showing signs of ware, towels frayed (old), wall socket not working, very small sinks ours had a crack. we were moved to another room again superior with balcony over looking the street, this was much better with working air con but the lighting was only partially working and the wardrobe door came off the runners and had to be fixed.
The communal seats at the front were shabby and the pool was too shallow to swim in at the shallow end. The breakfasts were only passable

Hotel looked great. However, the room over looked the pool which appeared to be lit all night and the curtains did not keep the light out. Woken a number of times by noisey guesses coming back to their room late at night. I would only recommend this hotel for heavy sleepers!

Although the hotel looks nice, there's some serious structural problems with the bath rooms. The rain showers leek - water keeps dripping from several places in the ceiling. If you only hold the handheld shower instead this issue does not present itself, but another one is that the drain doesn't have the capacity to get rid of the water quick enough. It means that a wave of water pushes itself out of the bathroom area...
we also found ants... Even though the hotel looks good and personell are friendly, I wouldn't book here again. Accident waiting to happen

Great Hotel, Great Location.

This is a really good value little hotel, the earlier you book the cheaper it is. We had room 306 which overlooked the pool, possibly quieter than ones at the front of the hotel. It was nice to relax around the pool late afternoon after walking around the old town for several hours. It is centrally located near the beach, main town and old town. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good with a varied selection of cold and hot food, fresh fruit and yummy Greek yogurt. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel for an overnight stay.very nice hotel.

We stayed here for a one night stop over prior to moving on to another small Greek island. Good location for ferry ports, 10 minutes taxi ride approx. Hotel very clean, staff very friendly. Only downside no freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast, my husband could not drink their cheap orange squash due to being a diabetic. Please get freshly squeezed orange juice. Will definitely stay there again.

- Great location just far enough away from the centre to be quiet at night but close enough to walk
- Great pool with shade or sun all day
- Comfortable clean rooms
- In room A/C
- Comfortable Sun loungers
- Modern building and rooms
- Only a few rooms face the road and noise wasn't bad at all

Cons
- WiFi only in reception with a weak signal and slow speeds
- Staff not always at reception desk sometimes you have to wait to drop off or pick up a key
- TV in our room basically had 3 Greek channels as the rest had little or no signal

Smart and friendly hotel near both beach and town

The hotel is really smartly furnished in a fairly modern style. We had a view over the pool meaning we didn't have any noise from the road, which I recommend. Not that it's noisy, it's just better without.

The staff were very friendly and eager to help make our stay pleasant.

The location is just a few minutes walk from the sea, while also being immediately surrounded by a vast selection of tavernas and restaurants.

My only criticism is that the wifi is pretty poor, particularly upstairs in the rooms.

the hotel location at a street with a lot of restaurants and other hotels, close to alli beach, 8 minutes walk from the central station and 12 minutes walk to the old city. the hotel was very nice, breakfast was ok, hot and cold dishes. do not pay for dinner, although it had worm dishes and vegetables, the food was not tasty at all, was like bad catering. staff was very helpful.

Comfortable Hotel 5 minutes from old town

This is a great value hotel in an excellent location. If you just want to explore Rhodes Town and the beach it is an ideal location. Rooms are clean and functional and the staff could not be more helpful. The breakfast has plenty of choice and is good value. A very enjoyable stay.

We stayed 3-10 sept 14. Upgraded and paid more for a pool view room which was tiny compared to rooms on the street side and balcony was over looked by lots of rooms. If I had known this I would have gone for a 'city view' room. Room was very clean but basic no seats or table just a bed. Shower was good but bathroom so small (no storage and cloakroom size hand basin) everything got wet when you had a shower and no extractor fan or window which is a bit odd as the steam couldn't go anywhere!

Reception staff are very helpful and all staff are working to keep the place clean and tidy, which it was all the time.

Pool was virtually deserted so quite relaxing to sit by it and it was very clean.

Overall the price you pay for this hotel compared to the 4 star ones a few minutes walk away makes it value for money. It's clean but basic, just expect a few quirks! Like the fact they have one iron and ironing board for the whole hotel so you can't necessary iron your clothes when you want and there's no kettle or anything in the rooms.

The bed was very comfortable more so than mine at home!

Overall glad I booked the hotel as could have been worse but the room was too small so wouldn't book it again.

I can only watch 2 chanels on my TV.I called reception up to see,but she couldn't help with the problem.I understand that she is not a technician,but at least have a technician on duty please.Water was leaking from bathroom after I'm done from shower.Don't know if they forgot to put the silicon on the glass.No internet in the room.Only at the lobby.For me,I wouldn't go there again as there are many better hotels around the same price in the area.

A bit difficult to find the hotel at first since nobody knew it and the house no. on the street address was not really there. Once we found it, it was easy to find our way back and was close to the Casino. Rooms were clean and neat, well taken care of, just our wash basin in the bathroom was the tiniest ever and all the water was on the floor as soon as you turned on the tap. Else, breakfast was ok, pool looked proper and the lobby was nice.

The October Downtown Rooms hotel is a basic, pleasant, clean hotel in a great position. It is just 5 minutes from the sea, 10 minutes from the harbour and 15 minutes from the old town.
The swimming pool was a bit of a disappointment in that almost half the pool is so shallow that you cannot swim in it.The room was clean but basic eg no full length mirror.
Overall good value for money.

Generös frukost (funkade även för mig som vegan), reception öppen 24/7 och välfungerande AC (väldigt viktigt!!). Sängen var en smula sliten/nedsjunken, särskilt på den ena sidan, men jag sov gott och var nöjd med min vistelse. Skulle absolut rekommendera hotellet, särskilt om man vill ha en bra bas att utgå från men ägna dagarna åt att utforska ön snarare än spendera hela semestern på hotellet.

Die Lage vom Hotel ist super, kurze Wege in die Stadt, an den Strand, zu unzählig nahegelegenen Restaurants und kleinen Märkten.
Das wars aber leider auch schon mit dem Positiven. Bei Ankunft wurde uns bereits mitgeteilt, dass die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert und wir nur einen Ventilator bekämen. Nach viel hin und her haben wir am zweiten Tag ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Das war dann aber komplett voll mit Ameisen und wurde bis zur Abreise auch nicht mehr getauscht.
Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr bemüht, obwohl sie wohl 20 Stunden am Tag alleine alles regeln musste.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war bodenlos, Kellogs schmeckten als wären sie seit 2 Jahren im Behälter, an 2 von 4 Tagen war die Kaffeemaschine kaputt.
Wir haben uns den Urlaub nicht vermiesen lassen, aber man kann für diese Preise definitiv deutlich tollere Hotels finden.

Hotelli oli siisti, kuvausta vastaava. Erinomaisella sijainnilla. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja avuliasta jokaisella osa-alueella!

Allasalue on aika pieni, eikä siihen näyttänyt oikein paistavan aurinko päivän mittaan. Allas itsessään voisi kaivata pientä freesausta myös. Rannalle kuitenkin n. 5min kävelymatka joten emme päätyneet käyttämään allasaluetta.

Aamupala oli perustasoinen, mutta hyvä. Plussaa siitä, että pyytäessä etukäteen sai gluteenitonta leipää!

Huoneet altaan puolella ainakin hiljaisia.
Voisimme ehdottomasti buukata uudelleen!

Hotel ben situato in posizione centrale, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla zona antica e quella nuova. Camere adeguatamente spaziose, pulite, confortevoli, con annesso bagno perfetto. Personale sia della reception che della sala breakfast che delle pulizie cortese, disponibile e cordiale.

Hôtel sympathique… à éviter pour les personnes souhaitant dormir sans bruit et dans une bonne literie. Les fenêtres simple vitrage et mal posées sont un calvaire. Optez pour les chambres donnant sur la piscine…! L’hôtel est magnifique mais il ne faut pas regarder de trop près. Le petit déjeuner est simple.. sans chocolat chaud/froid, mais complet.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir konnten ein Mietauto direkt im Hotel bestellen.
Die Lage war ebenfalls sehr gut (ruhig und doch gut gelegen). Man konnte alles super zu Fuss erreichen.

Leider entsprach das Badezimmer nicht unseren Vorstellungen. Das Lavabor war sehr klein und aus der Dusche kam ein komischer geruch (aber nur ab und zu).

La struttura è moderna e attenta alle norme igienico sanitarie dovute al covid.
L hotel si trova nella città nuova ma nelle immediate vicinanze della città vecchia. Colazione buona e personale gentile. Unico inconveniente è che la prima notte ci è stata data una camera sprovvista della porta del bagno (evidentemente rotta e quindi rimossa). Abbiamo prontamente segnalato la cosa, ma l hotel essendo al completo, non ha potuto cambiarci la camera. Il giorno dopo hanno provveduto a collocarsi in un'altra stanza

Leider wurden wir in der ersten Nacht in ein anderes Hotel geschickt, weil angeblich die Klimaanlage kaputt war. Leider entsprach dies nicht der Wahrheit sondern das Hotel war einfach überbucht. Das Ersatzhotel war eine Katastrophe und entsprach in keinster Weise den Anforderungen. Ich fühle mich hintergangen. In solchen schwierigen Zeiten ist das unmöglich die wenigen Touristen so zu behandeln.
Ansonsten war das Hotel sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und die Lage fantastisch.

Avevo prenotato una camera con balcone vista città ma mi è stata assegnata una stanza al primo piano che non hanno balconi ..ho richiesto il cambio ma non l'hanno effettuato perché pieno. Il bagno non confortevole per via del lavabo minuscolo. Al mio arrivo l'aria condizionata in camera non funzionava ( aggiustata dopo ) . Colazione per noi italiani sicuramente evitabile...meglio farla fuori

Henkilökunta oli ystävällisiä ja erittäin mukavia. Hotellin tilat olivat siistit ja viihtyisät. Huone oli sopivan kokoinen ja hiljainen öisin. Hotelli oli hyvällä paikalla kävelymatkan päässä kaikesta. Hotellilla ei ollut liikaa lapsiperheitä, joten sopi mielestäni hyvin kahden aikuisen hotelliksi matkalle.

Otelin konumu harika. Ellie Beach'e çok yakın. Old Town'a taksi ile 5 euro tutuyor. Sadece kahvaltı için çok iyiydi diyemem ama bu bir problem değil. Odamız her gün temizlendi. Her şey çok güzeldi.

Все отлично! Завтраки хорошие. Из минусов, в отличие от Angela suites (эта же сеть) не было кофе бесплатного в зоне бара. И внизу нет душа. В ангеле удобно что до обеда пьешь кофе. И после пляжа, в день отьезда, после моря - есть где принять душ. Вайфай хорршо работал. Номер брали с видом на улицу. Далиис с видом на стену. И да, в начале июня было оч холодно +19/+23

Hotellissa ensimmäisen kerran

Hotelli oli perus hyvä. Henkilökunta oli hyvin avulias. Valitettavasti meidän wc/suihkutilassa ei ollut suihkuseinää (näimme ainakin osassa olevan), mitä pidimme huonona. Lisäksi olisimme kaivanneet pesuhuoneessa koukkuja tai hyllyä, mihin laittaa tavaroita. Yleisesti kaipasimme myös pussilakanoita ja juomalaseja huoneeseen. Aamupala oli monipuolinen, mutta nakit eivät olleet omaan makuun. Ystävällinen henkilökunta oli arvokas antaessaan neuvoja, ja pyydettäessä myös antoivat peiton (ei ollut valmiina) sekä vaihtoi tyynyn ohuempaan.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel erscheint modern und sauber. Es ist zentral gelegen und alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Nachteilig ist, dass die Zimmer sehr hellhörig sind und es, bei einem Zimmer zur Straße sehr laut werden kann.

Centralt och trevligt

Vi hade en bra resa. Hotellet låg centralt och vi hade gång avstånd till allt vi ville uppleva under våra 3 dygn på Rhodos. Frukosten hade kunnat vara bättre men den funkade. Ett enkelt men fräscht hotell som hade det vi behövde. Valde poolutsikt, då trafiken kan höras in i de rum som är mot vägen. Personalen var mycket hjälpsam och trevlig. Passade mycket bra för vår korta resa och kommer absolut välja detta hotell igen.

Emplacement idéal, chambre propre mais un peu humide, établissement calme, personnel très accueillant et disponible, seul vrai bémol : la qualité des aliments du buffet du petit-déjeuner. Mais je recommande quand même !

Καλό ξενοδοχείο, κεντρικό, καλό πρωινό, καθαρό αλλά τα δωμάτια σχετικά μικρά. Κανείς θα περίμενε δορυφορική τηλεόραση. Η πισίνα στα θετικά στοιχεία.
