We arrived at hotel late last night from the airport to no parking which stated it had then we had to walk 10 minutes with two children and luggage to another place where our room was as we were told this is where our room was and it was not in hotel shown on picture very disappointing will not be using Expedia again as this was false advertising at its best

The facility is very close to the beach area which is less than 5 minutes walk. The stuff is very nice and helpful. They helped to talk to the local rental car people and also helped to book the taxi for me. The room I had first had AC issue. The stuff changed me to another one. The room I changed was one the busy street side which the noise from the passing traffic was laud to disturb my sleep. The next day when I told the stuff, he changed me to another room on the other side of the facility which I didn’t have any sleep disturbing issues anymore. So I stayed 3 nights in the facility and changed room twice. Thanks for the nice and very helpful stuff caring about the guest’s needs. I will recommend this facility to my friends.

The hotel is very nicely situated, 5min walk from the port and beaches, lots of good restaurants around and convenient supermarkets nearby. Bus was close by, regular and pretty cheap, but cash only and about €6 each, look for numbers 50 or 56.
Expedia only gives 2 options when booking, neither are room only, but hotel insisted we had no breakfast included, which was €9 each and basic. No free bottled water in the room as stated either.
Property was clean although i had to ask twice for towels after the cleaner had been, and once they were still wet after being replaced. It is a little noisy due to other guests, and people outside, but this is similar in most places i've stayed in Greece.
Overall for the price it is a good hotel and would stay there again.

Great location - near old town and shops. 10 min walk from Rhodes beaches which have clear sea but they are a little stoney.
20 min taxi journey to local sandy nice beach in faliraki. Taxi is between 15 to 23 euros.

Hotel - cleaners are great. Staff friendly. Beds are a little comfortable. Good facilities.
View from balcony not great and there was construction going on nearby but didnt disturb us.

Hotel was ok, dated, but the main selling point is that the people are friendly and helpful. The negative was the house keeping knocking on your door at 8am to clean the room. The other issue was the description in the online ads not quite the same as the reality eg ad says there is a washer and dryer in the room but there isn't.

The hotel room is an ok size, it has a bed, Mirror and small closet and The bathroom was clean and a comfortable size. The hotel is located in the center of town and conveniently close to the main bus stop, old town of Rhodes, many stores and restaurants. The beach area next to the hotel is not as nice as beaches further down so I'd suggest taking a bus to a nicer beach. The woman hotel owner is a bit cranky so I'd suggest making requests or asking directions or anything u need from the gentleman that works there in the afternoons. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel, it's basically just a nice clean place to sleep which is exactly what we needed.

Great location in a modern hotel

Pleasant staff, good breakfast, and great location in a modern hotel. Hotel needs some repairs such as shower heads as well as to take care of the cleaning better. Stained sheets should be changed before guests arrival and fall apart towels exchanged.
It would also make sense to have a small book with basics about the hotel rules, places to see etc.
Overall good place to stay but needs some improvements.

I can't say it's the best hotel in its price range in rhodes town as I haven't tried any others
But I frequently visit rhodes often before or after other islands as I use rhodes airport
So may stay is mostly for one or 2 nights
But this hotel is my choice every time as I am always satisfied.
The local is great and easy to walk from the bus
There is a bus stop to the airport just round the corner
The room is very clean and minimal and everything works
The included breakfast is good
The staff are always very pleasant
It's excellent value

Budget hotel in good location. King bed was 2 single beds with SINGLE linen (not at all comfortable). Toiletries never replaced during 1 week stay. No kettle in room. Checkout took a long time. Location is ideal and breakfast is good. Would probably go elsewhere in this area next time.

This was my second stay at the Atlantis and again it worked very well. The hotel staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Although you can't see the Aegean from the hotel in all other ways the location was excellent and there are many good restaurants in the area starting right across the street and many more in the old city. You could walk from the hotel to the Crusader era city in about 10 minutes with all the interesting sights and sounds there. There was an excellent breakfast buffet every morning with never any shortage of anything. The room I had was on the third floor and was very quiet but storage place for your belongings was small but I had the second bed to use for that. Over all could not have been a nicer experience.

The only thing I didn't like was the receptionist when I checked in, apparently was having a bad day and wasn't very friendly.

Good location but the rest was a bit disappointing

The location of the hotel was very good. It was around 5-10 minutes walk to the beach and the old town. It was also close enough to new town/touristy bit without being close enough to feel the noise. We were a bit disappointed with the staff who told us nothing about the WiFi codes or breakfast times upon arrival. Breakfast was also very simple for quite a large hotel. The hotel details that it has an iron and we asked on 5 separate occasions for one and they could never find it. We had power cuts on one night, which resulted in loud alarms at 3:00am and these continued intermittently throughout the rest of the night and there were no explanations or apologies from the staff.

The layout of the room was fine and the beds were reasonably comfortable. It could do with a better clean as the curtains were dusty as was the headboard of the bed. The floor could also have done with a vacuum and the shower could have been cleaned a little better. Some of the bed sheets that we were given were a little stained but as it wasn't where we slept we didn't like to make a fuss. We were also only given 1 towel after the first day of our stay.

Hotel oversold, didn't advise in advance, sent the clients to another property of inferior quality. This was a medical repatriation and we booked this property because it was close to the other hotel where the medical escort was staying (which was also full). I will NEVER use this hotel again.

We thoroughly enjoyed it. We arrived early, like 11am, and Ms Maria gave us a room right away. We asked for a quieter room, and she upgraded us to a triple room. The location is great, close to the beaches, restaurants and bus stops. The staff was always with a smile! The breakfast was rich and had good varieties. Overall this was a nice place especially for the off season price of $45 US per day. The staff was excellent and very helpful with recommendations and service. The room and overall facility were clean. The downside was mainly that it was noisy. The hallways are tiled and every sound echoed loudly. So when a group comes in at midnight there is no sleeping through it. Also the blackout curtain did not cover the large sliding glass door so the streetlight outside made the room rather bright at night. The bathroom door was a frosted glass slider. The track was broken and the door could not be closed. However a clean comfortable bed for the price was worth the stay.

Great place, newer and up to date. We were able to get WiFi in our rooms on the second floor, you have to ask for the code at the reception. The WiFi went in/out in our rooms maybe because it is meant to be used in the lobby. 10min walk to old town and 5mjns to beach. 30-45min walk from ferry port. Breakfast was really good with good variety but could have done with a little fresh fruit! Close to many restaurants and shops. Overall an excellent place for the price!

An acceptable place to stay in the new-town area. Within walking distance of the harbor, old town, and the bus station which gets you to/from the airport and other locations on the island such as Lindos. There's nothing exceptional here: average in many ways, such as size, cleanliness, rate, breakfast, amenities, neighborhood shops & restaurants, etc. The only gripe I had is that the ~4ft. window curtain couldn't cover the ~5ft window, so remember to bring your eye-mask! I'm not sure about the wifi: the slip of paper you're given containing the password and a note explaining that 30mins/day are free and anything over that would be charged by the hour or day, but nothing showed-up on my bill, so perhaps the extra charges have been dropped. In any case, the rate was a reasonable €10/day, so I wouldn't scream if they did charge.

The hotel was very new. Shampoos and bathroom was really nice and clean. In overall everywhere was clean actually. Breakfast was amazing, we ate like 2kg of delicious food each person every morning. Lobby and architecture is stylish.

Downsides are wifi being accessible only in lobby and balconies and maybe first floor. And when we first arrived, they made us wait about an hour (which we just wandered around town and wasnt actually bad) and when we entered the room there were people inside who havent left yet. We would have entered at an inappropriate moment into the room.

Located in downtown Rhodes directly on a city street - no apparent parking available, but we used taxis from the airport. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel modern looking, clean & neat. Small balcony looking into apartments across the narrow street. Breakfast very good with many choices. Easy walk to the old walled city, to the alleged site of the Collusus and to beaches.

My wife and I stayed here first week of October 2011. Location is perfect for walking to Old Town, Beaches, bars, restaurants, harbours etc.. Newly refurbished, the hotel is spotlessly clean with large rooms and all you need (except wifi - this is available at small extra cost). The only downside was the mattress - very large but SO hard!!. Can be partly overcome by putting a couple of blankets under the bottom sheet - asked for extra blankets, no problem. Breakfast is buffet with a small hot selection (eggs,sausage,bacon,mushroom) and a fair choice of fruit, cereals, cheeses, cold meats, cake(!) etc. Certainly enough to get you going for the day. Staff were friendly, helpful and easygoing. In in all highly recommended and we would not hesitate in staying again. Tip - ask for high level front facing room (all have balcony) 3rd or 4th (top) floor as you get a view and fairly quiet after midnight.

The Hotel Atlantis in Rhodes , Greece is located in a very convenient location for everything. The Ancient City, the New City and the beach. Nice and clean. For its category is a decent Hotel, no luxuries.
However, the Hotel management is not reliable towards their responsibilities. Example: The family (it is family operated, small hotel) decided without notifying us in advance to arrange to send us to another hotel the first night of our arrival because they had overbooked the rooms!!! After a stay for a week we wanted to stay for another 11 days and even though they agreed in the beginning at the same rate as per our initial payment, they changed
their mind and we were told that they did not have any availability.We understood it was because they had requests at double rates. So, we had to go to another hotel!!!
It wasn't easy for us to find another hotel the last minute.

Atlantis City Hotel is a great value in Rhodes Town. If you come to the island in the offseason, this is the area you want to stay especially if you are a young couple. The hotel is quiet, but just around the corner is the street where all the locals hang out. There is also a delicious bakery/mezze place on the same side street. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well maintained. The staff was very friendly.

I was really impressed with the Atlantis hotel, mostly because of the fantastic service from the lovely staff. Everyone, from the staff on reception, at the bar, in the kitchen, to the cleaners and chamber maids, was incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel was a nice groovy environment, simple and minimalist in terms of room decor but that suited me fine. Also loved the free wifi in the common areas.

La camera è in una dependance dell'hotel, anche se vicinissima a piedi. È zona di movida, quindi la notte, specie in una via adiacente, c'è euforia. Peccato per la vista su un rudere-discarica abusiva, per il resto camera pulita, ampia, nuova e comodissima

Hyvä ja siisti, mutta yöllä meluisa.

Palvelun suhteen ei mitään moitittavaa, mutta metelin määrä ulkona sen verran kova ettei pystynyt nukahtamaan ennen keskiyötä. Kyseessä oli vielä parempi huone omalla porealtaalla, mutta sijaitsi ensimmäisessä kerroksessa. Tämän lisäksi toinen sängyistä oli selvästi huonommassa kunnossa, sillä joka kerta kuin vähänkään liikahti, niin sänky narisi melko kovaan ääneen.

Muuten huone oli hyvä ja siisti, mutta hyviä unia ei tullut nukuttua, joka oli melko pettymys lomalle.

Hallo Leute,

All meine Zeilen die ich hier verfassen werde sind durch meine Erfahrungen und Eindrücke entstanden, meine Meinung, offen, ehrlich und direkt!

Mein erster Fehler Expedia. Ich hätte es nicht übers Internet buchen sollen sondern in meinen Fall vor Ort wäre besser gewesen.

Außen sieht’s nach atlantis City aus, als ich ankam musste ich etwas lange auf mein Zimmer warten, Check in war nicht pünktlich, dann als es soweit war musste ich in eine andere Gebäude die neu dazu gekauft wurde atlantis Arena oder so ähnlich, vor Ort kleine Baustelle.

Das aller schlimmste war kein Fenster im bade Zimmer, also piep Show ohne anfassen bodenlose Frechheit aber auch okay schließlich rechnen die damit dass du es gebucht hast und keinen anderen Ausweg hast, friss oder stirb, Zimmer an sich war schön natürlich neu, Klima gerät, Kühlschrank, Fernseher, Doppelbett, Safe alles was wir kennen ist vorhanden, sogar Wasser Kocher mit Kaffee und Tee.

Check in dauerte lange doch Check out ging um so schneller, es klopfte an der Tür und eine nette Stimme schalte ins Zimmer rein: House keeping, house keeping! Zu dieser Zeitpunkt, ich am dösseln und Uhrzeit 10:10 also noch knapp eine Stunde doch beim Check out werdet ihr nett und höflich raus geschmissen.

Fazit: in der Verpackung Steck nicht drin was drauf abgebildet wurde, mit anderen Worten außen hui innen pfui.
