My husband and I had the most wonderful stay, the staff are so kind and nothing is too much trouble. Excellent location - only about a 10-15 minute walk from the Old Town. Breakfasts here were amazing! On one of the days we had an early start so we’re going to miss breakfast and the hotel prepared us one to go! Really quiet and peaceful - no pool to swim in but you can dip your feet in the small pool at the end of a long day 😌 The hotel even prepared an extra special breakfast and room upgrade as our wedding anniversary coincided with the trip - highly recommend staying here

Highly recommended

If you are looking for a smaller, cosy boutique hotel, then the Sperveri is the place for you. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a gorgeous garden, with plunge pool. It is here you are served sumptuous breakfasts. All the staff made us very welcome and nothing was too much trouble.
All the rooms are bespoke and very clean and comfortable with coffee and tea facilities and a mini fridge.
You are able to walk to the medieval town and the beaches easily. And there are plenty of bars and restaurants on the doorstep.

Thank you Stella and Filitsia for a fabulous weekend. We were lucky enough to stay in the honeymoon suite which was extremely clean, spacious and with such a comfortable mattress! Hotel is lovely- unique, pretty and very well appointed. It's likely an old home that's been converted to a hotel. Staff were incredible- so helpful and happy to have us!

The room was nice- a little small and no place really for suitcases- but very comfortable bed and nicely appointed bathroom.

We really enjoyed staying there and would highly recommend!

Location is perfect, assuming you don’t need to park a rental car. Walking distance to good restaurants and cultural attractions including old town. Renting a scooter or ebike to enhance mobility is perfect since it can be parked in the alley. Hotel has only a few rooms and is in a fully remodeled building from 1919. Tastefully decorated and impeccably maintained. Very quiet. Interior courtyard garden and rooftop common space. Outstanding breakfast in the courtyard each morning. Staff are extremely helpful and will make arrangements for events and excursions. I will definitely stay there again if I return to Rhodes.

When they found out at 9:00 at night that I was allergic to gluten they ran out and got me gluten free bread and cookies. Location was perfect for walking everywhere. Wonderful old Italian building used as an hotel. Loved the tall ceilings in the rooms and central location. Tasteful interior design. Very attentive staff, calling in advance to make a smooth check in process. And speaking of the check In process, i would like to personally thank Vasilis who spent time with us during the check in and gave us drinks, Greek dessert and an introduction to Rhodes. Very nice guy. The breakfast was wonderful as well. Great hotel, thanks for everything, would love to come back again.

if you are looking for a hotel with a pool and a bar etc , you probably wont like the Sperveri ( But a big but ) if you are looking for a hotel in the perfect location for discovering Rhodes you are 5mins from the beach, 5-10mins from the old town and new town, you are also 6mins from the main harbour where you will find lots of restaurants and bars , The Sperveri is perfect , this is a beautiful little boutique hotel with about nine room all are beautifully decorated and the staff are truly amazing and very helpful they will give you lots of information and help plan your day ,you get a different breakfast everyday , you wont be disappointed , below are a few tips to help you save money and make the most of Rhodes .
- Restaurants- (Overlixs dinas ) is opposite the hotel and this is where locals eat ,the food is all made fresh and you will save buckets lots of euros eating there the staff are great.
Koukos restaurant is probably one of the best restaurant in rhodes the service is outstanding and the food is amazing this is where you go for a night out .
Bars - Ronda beach bar is very popular but the staff are not very friendly I would recommend the bar next door to it the service and staff are great and it is also on the beach.
Ratpack bar in the new town is a great place for cocktails and to just chill out the staff are fun and the service is great .
Trips - you must go to Symi it is truly beautiful , also Lindos is good day out

Hotel was very nice and situated in a central area. Service and breakfast were great.
My only issue was the actual room, it was very dark, there were no functional windows. The one window that was there opened to a courtyard (ground level) and was closed with shutters, giving the room cave-like feeling. Otherwise, bed was comfortable, shower pressure great and wifi very reliable.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel, just perhaps not getting stuck in the room that I did.

I have been very privileged to travel to many different hotels around the world. I can tell you that this actually, was one of the best experiences to date. A friendly and welcoming boutique that sets it apart from others I have stayed in. We were greeted by an enthusiastic and professional Daniela, who helped us to create an Itinerary for our week in Rhodes. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and relaxed. We also have to mention the breakfast from Heaven! Every morning, a newer version, made with genuine skill and passion, courtesy of Mimosa, a very wonderful cook indeed. Elena's general support underpinned this great service, and if we ever get to the chance to return, we will be staying here for sure. Fantastic location for amenities and beach, the harbour, and of course 'The Ancient City of Rhodes'.

A Lovely Experience

Sperveri is a lovely Boutique hotel. I wish there was 24 hour reception and it was a little closer to the Old City, however the elegance of the room, the lovely amenities -classy toiletries, special snacks, a complimentary bottle of wine, the specially prepared breakfast that varied every day and the personal attentiveness of the hosts made the hotel standout from other hotels I have stayed.

The owner and staff went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay. Very comfortable, quiet and clean while still maintaining local character. The breakfasts were varied with one day featuring cheese pita, next quiche/frittata, then fresh veggie omelette (they insisted on coming in early to make us breakfast for an early flight out!). Christina’s recommendations on beaches and restaurants were spot on, and the neighborhood has lots of choices for lunch, dinner, shopping, and a nice liquor store nearby with a great selection of beer, wine, spirits (including Mastixa). Easy access to old town with neighborhood parking available (although a challenge—we used the dedicated hotel parking spot on the corner, which helped A LOT). All in all, a great stay, and we look forward to returning.

We stayed in this super cute boutique hotel for 9 nights. The building itself is very pretty and the location very good; very short walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, and about a 15min walk to the old town. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the daily cleaning of the room is fantastic. The lady cleans twice per day and always leaves a little surprise for the guests each time. The room itself was very nicely decorated and the bed was really comfy. If you are looking for something special, not being with 100 other guests (the hotel has seven rooms only), having your privacy but at the same time being given tips when needed, then do stay at Sperveri boutique hotel! Excellent stay

Lovely little hotel with nice rooms with a comfy bed & a good shower. It’s down a side alley off the busy roads so it’s quiet & only a 5 minute walk from the Old town. Zefi was amazing. She makes breakfast every morning out in the courtyard & arranged anything we wanted to do. She couldn’t have done more for us, anything we wanted or needed she would do. Our stay was absolutely perfect and couldn’t have asked for more.

This hotel is an old mansion that has been refurbished with loving hands. My wife and I booked a suite and could not have been happier with the accommodations. What sets this place apart is the amazing service that we received. Christina, the owner and her staff anticipated our every need and were eager to answer our questions and fulfill our every request. Breakfast is amazing and served in a wonderful courtyard. We will never consider another hotel when we return to Rhodes. Five star service in a unique boutique hotel.

The Sperveri and its manager, Zefi, were exceptional! The inn/boutique hotel is beautiful and wonderfully well appointed; the thoughtful touches are everywhere, from the complimentary liqueurs and fruit to the delicious breakfasts made to order. Clean, gorgeous, excellently located (ten minutes' walk from Old Town), it is an ideal place from which to explore Rhodes. Zefi, who manages the property with warm professionalism, is an expert at matching guests with restaurant and sights recommendations. This beautiful property manages to be both elegant and homey, an outstanding combination that at once seems both effortlessly achieved and carefully designed. We had a magical time visiting the island with our teenage children and can't wait to return to its people, historical sights, food, and especially to the Sperveri. What a gem!

Beautiful Hotel and Impeccable Customer Service

I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Firstly, the building, a hundred year old mansion, is stunning and beautiful maintained. The rooms are well appointed and very clean. The mattress was incredibly comfortable and meant that both my girlfriend and I slept very well every night. The breakfast is probably the best I have had in a hotel. Served in the small courtyard in the middle of the hotel, you can have whatever you like. You also get a Greek surprise everyday which we also loved. It is also served until 11am which was perfect for us (we are later risers than most!)

Secondly, the location of the hotel was perfect for us. Minutes from the beach and only slightly longer to the old town the hotel was great from this perspective too. The hotel is also off the Main Street meaning noise at night (not that the area is particularly noisy) is kept to a minimum.

Thirdly and most importantly, the thing that really sets the Sperveri apart is the level of customer service and genuine kindness you receive. Whilst everyone was lovely, Christina and Zefi (hope I have spelt that right) are the stars. For example on the first day Zefi came to our breakfast table and talked us through the main attractions on the island and lots of good places to eat nearby. However the best example is on the last day when we were allowed to check out at 7pm as our flight was at 9pm, so we could properly shower after a beach day.

Thank you all for making our trip to Rodos so amazing!

Lovely hotel, great staff - a real treat

We had an excellent stay at this attractive hotel. What really marks it out is the excellence of the staff, Zefi and Dora, who were welcoming and helpful in every way. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great shower. There were extra touches in the form of complementary fruit, wine and water, and beach towels were provided. The breakfast was extensive and excellent, including Greek specialities such as yoghurt and pies. With a convenient location for the Old and New towns, Sperveri is highly recommended.

Hotel was in a quiet location flowers and plants adorned the front entrance and into the inner courtyard where breakfast was served , an upper balcony area was available to sit and the rooms were decorated to a high standard with heavy drapes at the windows and over the bed.
Air con was very efficient , tea and coffee making facilities in the room along with an integral fridge .

The hotel is ideally situated for access to the key sites of Rhodes (restaurants, beaches, bars, old town) but being on a narrow road does not have traffic noise. All rooms are beautifully presented just as the hotel photos. Breakfast is a feast of freshly prepared Greek dishes. There are plans to increase the number of rooms and to add a small restaurant. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, I would gladly stay again.

Great Little Hotel in the Center & near the Sea

Wonderful stay!!!Great environment, great staff, delicious breakfast, huge beds. A renovated neoclassical building in the center of the city, near a wonderful beach, which of course is the characteristic of the city of Rhodes!I loved the building, the decoration & the attention to detail, the front and back yard, with the pebbled floors! A truly great place to relax and enjoy the city!Very helpful and polite staff, the people were indeed fantastic! What I appreciated the most, is that what you see online, is what you get!
