The only thing was that the bathroom needs upgrading. The faucet basin looks old and rusty and so the bathtub. Drain was slightly plugged and shower head had hard water buildup.

During my 2 week stay I had an overall excellent experience. Front desk staff was very friendly and greeted me by my name - room service, housekeeping all very professional and eager to please with any request. Pool was very nice and kept cleaned. Hotel is a little outdated but it didn’t take away from a very pleasant experience.

I was able to check in super early. All the staff of site are beyond friendly and attentive. I was only supposed to stay for 1 night but had to extend simply because I didn’t want to leave this level of service. Highly recommend reserving at the executive level.

It’s like the hotel got stuck in time. For a 4 stars hotel and a Hilton branch you would expect higher quality. I was given 3 different rooms all of which had different brand of products. My shower was leaking everywhere in one of those. The aircon at the gym was broken and never fixed.

Well, my room wasn’t cleaned properly, stuff in the restroom, carpet not clean, also there’s no coffee, only rea bags, other than that is pretty good, parking lots are good, nice lobby and restaurant and bars, I stayed for three days in total and I had problems with the water taking showers the water flips from cold to hot unexpectedly, and sometimes you get burnt, I am trying that they make those adjustments in order to have a great 5 stars hotel

What I think should probably be done is the curtains that are facing the street and the 3rd floor for example they should be washed periodically as you could tell how dirty they are from the fifth from the outside. The shower heads should get changed as it to much water that gets out (wasting water). Work on the doors to actually shut by the pool, and back entrance as you have a lot of a/c escaping that can be causing electrical bill to be slightly higher.

I asked for a suite because it was for my husband, my 12 yr old daughter and me. The idea for getting the suite, which says it sleeps 3 was for my daughter to sleep in the living room couch. Turns out the couch was not a sofa bed, pullaway or even comfortable to sleep in. It was one of those Luis XV kinda sofa.
The shower door did not protect the water from coming out to the floor, so when you finished bathing there was a puddle right outside the shower. The room rug and sink weren't as clean as I would prefer.
The a\c was pointed direct to the right side of the bed, we had to move the vents so it didn't hit you straight in the face.

The hotel is nice, ice machine were broken in my floor and the floor below so I had to walk to the executive floor to get some nice, I couldn't take the elevators but was able to take the stairs. Other than that, the hotel is nice, clean, and staff is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was buffet style with lots of choices and delicious food.
If I ever find myself back in Managua, I would definitely stay there again.
The hotel is a nice walk from Metrocentral, you just need to cross the street. I don't particular recommend crossing the street right on the intersection, drivers don't seem to abide with lights. Jaywalking is your best bet, make sure to do it when you can stop at the medium, that way you get a nice break from the double lane (on each direction) traffic.

Great property! There are many complaints that this place is dated, small and not of 5 star quality. I respectfully disagree. Considering this is the 2nd poorest country in the western hemisphere the level of professionalism, quality of food and service top many 4 or 5 star hotels I’ve been to around the world. The pool is clean and a comfortable temperature. The breakfast and appetizers that come with the executive level were excellent. The staff spoke English and well. The staff was quickly helpful when I had requests. Stay here if in Managua!

The access road to the hotel is in very bad condition with potholes, plants growing in the middle of the road and lots of trash and litter on the road and sidewalks. Giving the hotel a terrible aspect.

We loved this hotel. We were in an executive room. The lounge itself is closed but they provided excellent snacks and drinks at the bar in the evening.
The room was large and clean. We loved the pool. Staff were really friendly. All in all, it felt like excellent value.
Hotel doesn’t have a view and isn’t really close to anything we wanted to see but the hotel had a taxi that took us anywhere we needed to go.

I I wish I could rate this hotel 0 star in fact. That wouldn’t be right to some of the employees there. This hotel has been a disaster since my family came here for vacation & to visit family. They have completely ignored our request to clean the room on multiple occasions. Even when I informed them I found a cockroach in the bathroom tub. The AC feels like it’s not functioning properly. Even when we called the maintenance worker, the room doesn’t feel cool. We had 2 rooms 503 & 514. All this happened within the first 3 days of our family vacation & still had 3 more days to go. The lights & the water seem to turn off randomly at times during our stay. It happened when I was taking a shower & another when my mom was using the bathroom. They had another moment when the lights went off again. Also when taking a shower the hot & cold water seem to come out randomly if both knobs were turned on it keep a combination of the temperatures. It took good amount of calling the front desk to make sure things would even work a regular standard hotel experience, let alone a the Hilton name.The one saving grace is not the front desk it surely isn’t, it’s the workers, the cleaning staff, the maintenance staff. They were friendlier & more attentive to our concerns. I will NOT be coming back to this hotel ever again. STAY AWAY !!!!! Did not BRING ANY VALUE TO MY FAMILY VACATION.

A three star at best

This hotel is a need of massive repairs. The condition is not good. There's water stains and water dripping from the ceilings in places and very little cleaning being done. The condition of the common areas is also very poor. The furniture is old there's wallpaper falling off the walls. The food was good and the staff were nice.

I stayed at 5th floor and you I could not hear any external noise including other travelers. Staff was polite and professional demeanor. On the other hand, A/C did not cool as much as other room I had stayed 3 days before, Ice machine did not work and unfortunately there is no complimentary water ($3 for the one placed on desk). Overall, it was a good stay and the breakfast buffet was worth the price.

Dont stay with Hilton, its not what it used to be.

Was made to wait 3 hours upon check in for my room, after front desk tried to downgrade my reservation. After waiting 3 hours, was given a dirty room for 3 days, which was never cleaned properly upon complaint. Appears someone dyed their hair bright red in the shower immediately before my stay. Room was neither comped nor upgraded. Shantel on front desk was argumentative and unhelpful. Complained to Hilton directly who offered a 1 night free certificate then ignored and ghosted me when I asked for their supervisor. Hilton has lost their way and their mind.
