Really nice hotel. Rooms are good.

Staff were all really super friendly and helpful.

My only negative point was the prices in the hotel coffee shop. A beer was probably 3 times the cost of a bar outside so it felt like you were being ripped off to support the hotel and its staff.

Staff were great but the service was so slow. Evening meal in the bistro was disgraceful but in the Japanese restaurant it was great but again, very slow. No quiet areas where you can bring your own drinks to sit and relax. Pool is not at all what is shown and you can't get an alcholic drink there either. Have to compliment your staff though.

Nice hotel in a good location in Surabaya CBD.

Staff were also very firendly and helpful.

Like a lot of hotels post pandemic though the hotel is starting to show its age a little bit so will need renovating at some stage before too long.

Dusty Room lacking maintenance

We got room on 6th floor, we requested for a smoke free room - and we got a room on the older wing (this hotel was previously Mirama Hotel), however we found out the bathroom was running out of soap, refrigerator was non functioning and the chair cushion were dusty. I am allergic to dust - so the whole time I was there I kept on sneezing. very 'painful' experience.

Mercure Surabaya review

Mercure Surabaya is well located in the city, getting around is not difficult. The hotel is suited for business travelers and couples as it has decent facilities for everyone including pool, gym, spa, etc. and a good collection of restaurants

rather disappointed in 4 star

Most of the staff were fab except a couple times we stood at concierge desk while the boys had their chit chat.
Got my beer (butang)(yummy) before my friend and she ordered 1st.
Told 2 other staff members b4 getting it. They were'nt busy.
Disappointed that NO tourist desk. Its a 4 star.
You get 1 towel per person and 1 bath mate. Unless you ask which they happily give. Thanks housekeeping staff.
1 toilet paper and its NZ budget. Other country people prefer toilet paper to water spray thing. You never know where thats been.
Hairdressing staff were fab. Spent 2 days in there.

Mercure Grand Mirama Hotel always be our hotel to stay during in Surabaya.
The position is in the main street of Surabaya and has a restaurant with delicious food (Trimurti Restaurant).

Centralized location, close to everything

Hotel staff was friendly and nice knew my name and room number, some of which I had never even met, knew who I was. Everyone smiled and was eager to please.

Only tried the one of three restaurants and the coffee cafe. I liked how the bread and pastries were half price after 6PM.
The bread and pastries were good.
Coffee was really good too.

I met a gentleman who worked there who told me he lived in Florida, you know the part right next to New Jersey. But he was very friendly and eager to talk to me. I enjoyed the conversation very much. People know I love to laugh.

You want to stay at a nice hotel where the people care to make you happy at any cost.
Then I would suggest coming here
I loved my first stay in Surabaya

I'm totally upset
Even after cnfm my room booking didn't Arange properly .like,,,,,
1)again asks me to booking room why??
2)toilet arrangements like useng thinks are gives to use only one set I/o two why like this??
3)denner : I got after orders and its half boil cooked !!!!!(finial give new one without cost Tks)
4)morning breakfast:after setting the table asks 1000 questions about payments?????why don't Arange some tocken system to avoid this kind of inselt????

I don't know others but,,,Sorry I'm totely upset this trip .

Note: I alrdy register my complaint while check out.

While from Juanda Airport , I took a cab to Mercure hotel . The moment I arrive , your security given a warm smile and a welcome smile , it very great of your security . than I proceed to yr receptionist your counter staff great with almost welcome . they serve me very excellence towards my request . I feel most welcome at Mercure Hotel and like to thanks to all your great staff .

Great service and location with affordable price

What a lovely hotel!

I stayed there for business trip and it located just in the heart of the city which I easly went to the meeting points around surabaya.
The service and its condition are excellent with an affirdable price.
Will book it again while I'm visiting Surabaya again.

great stay thanks to the mature and professional staff. Rooms are almost due for a make over and the hotel staff tell me that the new tower and rooms are under construction now. The hotel had a nice character and atmosphere.

Good vintage hotel with charm. Basically good service. Overall good food, but overpriced food and drinks. Mini bar with little in it. Poor internet and email connection. Internet and email didn't work often.

My friend and I spent a jolly nice time with the best services and nice staff. The hotel provides best services at reasonable prices. Cleanliness is characteristic of Mercure Hotels.

1 day prior to check in, have emailed to hotel to request for airport transfer service. But Reservation Dept didn't reply my email and made arrangement. I called the hotel in the night before my departure and finally reception took my request. However, no email on the confirmation of the airport transfer despite requesting email confirmaiton during my call. Though the airport pick up was arranged upon my arrival, I think the hotel reception or reservation should improve on their communication with the hotel guest.

the friendly staff is only at the receptionist, the other is like a stranger people. at sunday morning they just blocked the mainroad to car freedays event, and the sound from the speakers outside the hotels very noisy. but, overall, the hotel is good.

Room was comfortable. Towels need to be changed. They were pretty old. Swimming pool is good size but quite littered with fallen leaves and branches from overhanging tree. Hotel staff were excellent in their service.

I needed a place to stay overnight while in transit. The Mercure Surabaya was a clean and well run hotel, but a bit far from the airport. Nothing against the hotel itself, but I would prefer something closer to the airport. The room was nice and the staff was helpful in providing a place to store my luggage after I checked out and waited for my late afternoon taxi to the airport.

交通：普通，位於Jl. Raya Darmo 大路上是少數有完整人行道的路，有公車，交通繁忙。
硬體設備：佳，有電視，空間可，不提供一次性牙刷牙膏。浴廁大，熱水器溫控不大好，水量足，有乾式分離。床、被、枕舒適性佳。有游泳池、健身房等設施。
清潔：乾淨，臥房地板是貼皮木紋地板，床單被套均乾淨。
服務：優，員工訓練有素也積極處理問題。
周遭環境：安靜，雖然在車水馬龍的大路上，但飯店內並不會聽到聲音。
網路：可，有提供免費wifi ，速度不錯。
停車場：有。
早餐：豐盛，可選擇是否加早餐。
價格：便宜，CP值高。

6박동안 객실 청소와 서비스 문제로 매우 불편했음. 타올부족으로 거의 매일 재요청을 해야했고 바닥청소도 깨끗하지 못했으며 세면대와 샤워부스는 배수가 잘 되지않아서 방을 바꿨음에도 불구하고 계속 막혀서 불편했음. 6박으로 체크인했는데 5박째 되는날 카드키가 안되서 연장해야했음. 같이 간 사람도 같은 문제가 있어서 카드키를 연장해야했음.
