Un hotel muy limpio y cómodo. El personal muy amable en todo momento. Se puede caminar a restaurantes y pequeñas tiendas, pues está en el centro de la ciudad. Edificios de gobierno y culturales también están a una distancia de caminada. Para ir un poco más lejos, nosotros utilizamos Uber, muy conveniente para no tener que manejar, y dejábamos el coche seguro en el hotel. Volveremos a este hotel cuando estemos en Cd. Victoria. Muy recomendable.

Whenever we go through Victoria City we stay at the Everest. It has parking on the premises, the rooms with balcony overlooking the plaza are lovely. All amenities are good. Nice breakfast in the morning, complementary coffee throughout the day....It's our go-to!

Great place in the middle of down town with lots of restaurants and stores to shop. The only bad thing No hot water so we couldn’t take a shower water was too cold ! Breakfast was included and really good they cook in front of you any way you want eggs and lots of other hot breakfast delicious after driving 15 hours

The hotel is in front the plaza and if you have a room with balcony it is beautiful the view, the service was very good, everybody was very polite. The valet parking was very careful with my truck. The room was ok, nothing impressive but it was clean, comfortable and had a great view. The breakfast was deliciuos and they even have a chef cooking for you however you like your eggs.
The only complaint that i have it is that i did not receive my free drinks that it was promise in the app as VIP member.

The property was conveniently located downtown. It faces a plaza in which I enjoyed sitting and walking when I needed some relaxing time. It is very close to local markets where I was able to find good shopping deals and tasty food. It did not have a room for disabled people but we were able to make it work. The representatives were friendly, alert, and trustworthy. From the guys working valet to the front desk staff and housekeeping representatives were all welcoming with a smile. I forgot my passport and called the office and they immediately went to my prior room and found it. I appreciate them taking immediate action. I will definitely stay here upon my return.

Excelente ubicación y vista desde el balcón! Pero le falta unas cosas...modernas... y convenientes. Por ejemplo el elevador no baja hasta el estacionamiento en el sotano. Y si se te olvida el cargador para enchufar el cable de tu telefono, no encontrarás ni donde conectarlo. Otros hoteles si tienen esos comodidades.

Arrived way past checkin but the staff quickly checked me in and helped me get aquatinted in my room. I noticed my room didn’t have a view of the plaza as requested. I mentioned it the next day they right away changed my room to a room with a view. Only down fault the a/c was not working in the room it was hot, they then switched me to another room took a bit to finally cool down but over all the rooms were very clean comfortable bed. Staff and housekeeping were very friendly and attentive throughout the whole stay! Great hotel look forward to my next visit.

First, the receptionist took about 10 minutes to find my reservation. Second, internet service did no work properly, it was intermitent so I could not do my job. The best thing is that I only stayed one night. It would be hart to me to stay in the same hotel the next time. Internet is part important when través ng :n a weekday.

Very bad experience, we arrived and they did not respect our reservation even that we paid in advance. We drive 5 hours and my family was outside on the car waitting and finally we did not stay on that hotel we initialy paid and reserve, the manager sent us to a diffrent Hotel (not same category) and very old. The worst experience, the had a political event and they gave priority and my room to a \"most important guess\".

First of all didn't have the same room as the picture when I make reservations, was a very basic one so simple not the same as shown at the pictures... not enought towels on bath have to ask for it, I ask them for pick up the trash and clean the restroom only... but they only clean the bath and din't pick up any trash even the one on the restroom... so not happy with this hotel... defenility not stay on this hotel anymore... In terms of value, comfort and security, this is the best hotel in downtown Ciudad Victoria. Within walking distance of major stores, pharmacies, and restaurants. If you need to move around and don't care to drive in town, there is a taxi stand across the street. Very good restaurant adjoins the hotel.

Location was great, and rooms were wonderful. Front desk was not very friendly. They didn't speak english and wanted a printed confirmation from [...] instead of my confirmation #. When departing night shift bell boy was asleep so we had to carry our own bags down, retrive our own car, and load our luggage. Front desk was in service center chatting on computer.

The hotel is is centrally located in downtown Cd. Victoria. Ample and secure underground parking garage. First-rate restaurant--\"Daddy's\", adjoins the hotel. No need to drive your vehicle once you get in--taxi stand with numerous taxis waiting across the street. Two pahrmacies within 1/2 block, numerous eateries, shoe stores and department stores. The \"market\", which features fresh vegetables and fruits, and an assortment of Mexian handcraft is located 2 blocks east of the hotel.

La alfombra chiclosa y sucia, olía a humedad terrible, aires no funcionaban nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación y como quiera ni funcionaba bien, la llave de la regadera desgastada, y no cerraba nuevamente tuvimos que pedir que porfavor arreglaran eso, ya que aparte salía un mini chorro, el elevador se trabó estando adentro, una experiencia bastaste desagradable

excelente ubicación, solo que nos cobraron extra por una sabana que se mancho de dulce y nos bloquearon el acceso a la habitacion hasta que pagaramos. La verdad no regresaremos a hospedarnos, porque no querian inclusive aceptarnos el pago de la sabana con tarjeta, siendo ya de noche un 25 de Dic y con el cuarto cerrado hasta que pagaramos cuando nuestra salida ya era el 26. El tema fue la forma en que se nos trató, traiamos a nuestro hijo con una condición especial y pues la mancha no se hizo con intención o por descuido. Muy mala experiencia

Me quise hospedar a ti porque es el único que tenía piscina climatizada, pese a que me he hospedado muchas veces ahí me dijeron que nunca habían tenido piscina climatizada y que no la podrían poner. La verdad hay muchos mejores opciones y más baratas en ciudad Victoria. Lo peor de todo fue la atención nunca volveré a hospedarme ahí.
