El lugar es como y conveniente pero el servicio es muy malo, es la segunda vez que abren la puerta sin tocar, te llaman media hora antes de la salida para decirte que te salgas y luego van y tocan tu puerta y te vuelven a llamar es estresante y para colmo después de que vas y entregas la tarjeta te hacen esperar para ver si no te robaste algo que falta de respeto y que lastima lo bueno es qué hay más opciones en Cd. Victoria donde no hacen eso y los trabajadores que atienden parece como si no les pagaran bien, ni una sonrisa ni nada que feo.

Breakfast could of been better - the free ice came in small bags. Carpet was clean but well worn. Bathroom was small where the toilet was. Entrance was nice along with the waiting area. Parking area was open & nice - easy to park my truck & move around. Only one coffee machine & not one in each room. The towels were well worn - no hole's but ragged at the edges. I expected better. It was quite & no problems.

The hotel staff were eager to assist. However, the hotel was undergoing some major renovations and did not even appear to be open. The room was old and outdated, the beds were worn out and uncomfortable. Perhaps that is the point of the renovation. The room was clean and the parking lot seemed to be secure having a fence and gates that were supposed to be closed at night (although I am not certain they were).

La regadera se salía el agua por todos lados de parte del tubo mojando toallas, papel y haciendo Río por todo el baño, el escusado tirando agua todo el tiempo lo reporte y que no había nadie de mantenimiento. No se ofrecieron a cambiarme de habitación. Les pedí que si podían ir a secar el baño y que tampoco ya había nadie a las 4 pm para ir a secarlo. La habitación llena de moscos tengo fotos que los mate y quedaban en la pared. Súper triste la vd la estancia.

Para pasar la noche estuvo muy bien, muy limpio, camas cómodas. El desayuno muy bien. Lo malo fue que al hacer el check out me cobraron una toalla que según ellos estaba doblada en el lavabo. La verdad nunca hago inventario al llegar a ningún hotel, y como no tuve como demostrar que la toalla no estaba, la tuve que pagar. Nunca me había pasado esto en ningún hotel, fueron solo $50.00 pesos, pero te deja un mal sabor de boca.

Cuando llegue al establecimiento me atendió un joven se le comentó de la reserva se le dejaron los datos para facturación, no entregó la llave de la habitación, ni siquiera me dijo dónde estaba de qué parte a qué hora era él desayuno a qué se tenía derecho nada absolutamente nada, se le pidió la clave del internet dijo que me la iría a entregar y jamás sucedió. Al día siguiente para irme pedí mi factura lo cuál no estaba no había datos, sinceramente por el costo es mucho mejor hospedarse en el best western santorin el victoria inn o el city express ahí te indican todo y te dan los horarios y te entregan todo desde que entras, siendo sincera no regresaría

Por medio de Expedia reservé y pagué 2 habitaciones en la cual en una nos quedamos mi esposo y yo; y en la otra mis 3 hijos (22, 12 y 8 años).
Me cobraron la estancia de mi niño de 8 años como PERSONA ADICIONAL (cuando él todavía pasaba como “gratis”) y no le dieron su desayuno, que porque a él no le tocaba, solo para los mayores.
Nos dieron dos habitaciones arriba (cuando pedí en la parte inferior y cerca de la alberca) cuando SI tenían disponibilidad para esto. Además la habitación olía a humedad.
No me volvería a quedar aquí; en verdad no lo recomiendo.
