Breakfast was a buffet that always had oatmeal, cereal, multiple kinds of fresh fruit, bacon, eggs, potatoes, and sometimes French toast. Served was very pleasant. Air conditioner worked great which was needed due to high humidity the week we stayed in Columbus. Location was awesome to catch the zoo bus and other bus stops were also within walking distance. We would stay there again.

We didn't get to use the pool because we arrived later than planned and didn't have time since we were only there for the night. It was a nice quiet location right in downtown and we enjoyed staying there and there were a lot of restaurants closer than we realized that weren't coming up on my phone for some reason. When we arrived our room wasn't ready because of some people calling off that day from the cleaning staff and we had to eat dinner anyway. So we just ate dinner right there at the hotel at the burger place and enjoyed it. And the woman from the front desk came over and told us when our room was ready so it was no big deal. But she waved charging me parking because of the fact the room wasn't ready when we got there. Told me I could call Expedia and get my rate reduced or something but we didn't need to do that. It worked out fine since we needed to eat anyway. But she was very nice and helpful. And if we go back to Columbus hopefully we'll remember which hotel cuz we did enjoy it.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I booked it due to the price being quite a bit lower compared to others. But the staff was very friendly, the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable! The man working the breakfast buffet was wonderful also! I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was very clean, updated, convenient to many places, rooms were nice and spacious. We had an event at the convention center and it was the perfect location and cost half the price as staying right next to the convention center-a 5 minute commute if that. Will definitely use next year!

There is no soap, shampoo and hand soap. When we asked the front desk, they said there are a lot of guests checking in (not sure if they realize that has nothing to do with basic amenities for every bathroom ). They never delivered anything we requested. Definitely not recommending this hotel ( and I might not consider Holiday Inn for my future stay anymore…very disappointed).

This is a good location, the room was clean, nice view of the city. There was a restaurant down stairs that had some really good burgers & breakfast was $9.99 per person, the breakfast was good, convenient and there was a nice variety to choose from. Heated pool was a plus. We stayed here for a graduation. Only 13 min from the airport. I would stay again

This hotel has awful customer service. We booked this hotel for a concert that was happening in Columbus since we were not from here. When we arrived at check in time, 4pm, we were told that our room was not ready and that they would call us when it was. When we tried to check in on the status an hour later at 5pm we were told that the room would not be ready until after we would need to leave for the concert. When I called the next day about the situation the lady on the phone was extremely rude and kept questioning me about how many times I tried to check in, and told me that sometimes rooms just aren’t ready until 5 even though check in is listed at 4, as if it were my fault for the room not being ready. They never apologized or took accountability for a clear mistake on their behalf. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone who is traveling in for an event because MANY rooms were not ready until well after 5pm. Save yourself the trouble and book any other hotel in the area.

Checked in at 1 am. After a tiring trip. From desk member didn’t greet me. Just asked for id, gave me the keys. Didn’t inform about preauth on credit card. Cleanliness is average. My husband and I enjoyed one night at this hotel. Checking in was easy and the front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and well appointed. I wish we had brought our swimsuits because the pool looked lovely. The beds were clean and comfortable, the shower was hot, checkout was a breeze, and we would return.

Our room had the lingering smell of cigarette smoke. The staff was super helpful, however, the hotel was fully booked, so there wasn’t anything they could do for us. The bathroom was also not as clean as we would’ve liked it to be. There seemed to be dried blood on the back of the door that wasn’t cleaned up. The fitness center was quite small, and most of the machines were in need of repair.

The mini fridge was missing and the cabinet was caked in dust. The exhaust fan in bathroom did not work. The toilet was not fixed to the floor and it would easily swivel the sat on. The room smelled like smoke. Overall it was clean and comfortable so that is why I didn’t rate it any lower. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom and we had to call the front desk to request one which they did provide within a few minutes. The phone in the room did not work and we had to use our cell to contact the front desk

The pool was closed and I was not advised before we checked. They said the heater was broken. We were traveling with our grandson who was really am disappointed so if I would have been told I would have stayed somewhere else. Snacks were very limited and we got back late from hockey game with No room service or any food or snacks. And the next day the … restaurant does not open till 4 and closes at 9 ish.
