Only 1 guy working when we checked in & after we got to the room the tv remote or tv wasn’t working properly. Couldn’t change any channel, couldn’t access the tv guide, called front desk & the guy said he’d be up to look at it after he checked some people in - never showed. LOTS of kids in the motel that night so the hallways were
Loud till after 10pm & heard kids in hallway as early as 7am. Bathroom floor hadn’t been swept as there was dirt & crumbs on floor. Breakfast was average, we had to wipe our own table as it was dirty, no knives or napkins available. Front desk lady came over to mop some spilled coffee & 1 in my party asked for bread, napkins & knives to be restocked & she took care of it. Then told us her breakfast person didn’t show that morning, so this lady was working the front desk, the breakfast area & I saw her doing laundry! Definitely need more staff & to maintain the noise level in the hallways late at night & early morning; needless to say, we didn’t get much sleep after spending 13hrs driving that day.

I was surprised to be charges $100 deposit in case of room damage instead of them just keeping my card on file for this. Now I have to wait 2-3 weeks to get it refunded.

When I booked online and paid in full it said “amount due at check in, zero”. When we arrived we were charged a $100 deposit, that “should” be refunded in 10 days. The bathroom could’ve been cleaner, and there were dirty towels under the bathroom sink. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable, the bed was terrible. It was hard and we both woke up multiple times during the night and in the morning in terrible pain. People in the hallway were extremely loud until late at night. We could hear yelling and cussing, kids running at all hours.

We reserved a 1st floor king and found our later the had pets in them. They moved us to a 2nd floor (2 queens) all they had left. We are handicap and no elevator. Left after first night. Had an allergy attack in the room. Talked to front desk and they said people will sneak their pets in.

Do not stay here! Pictures are misleading but I decided to stay since it was late. Reserved a non smoking room and informed of the fee if there was smoking. When we opened the door the smoke smell was nauseating and the guy in the next room told us he was just moved to that room because of the smoke. My child has asthma and allergies. The only other room available was a pet friendly room. I asked for a refund since they did not have a room and was told they did have a room and I was choosing to decline it! I said it smells horrible and I could be charged for that smell. I was told flat the owner will say you had a room and chose not to stay. By this time it was midnight and I could no longer see what hotels were available so I had to drive all night to get get. Horrible experience. I never stayed but was charged. I will be contacting the owner it will continue to review in ever site available. Avoid!

This review is for room 101, can’t speak for the rest of the property. 101 is a handicapped room and the first one in the hallway directly across from the ice machine and it is LOUD. From the constant sound of the ice machine, to people walking up and down the hall, to the tromping on the floor of the people above its one of the noisiest rooms I’ve stayed in. It’s a good thing we always travel with earplugs or sleep would have been impossible. The window looked right into the parking lot, so there was car noise too, not to mention every time we opened the curtain someone was standing right in front of the window, usually smoking. I’m not impaired, but to note that it was not a roll in shower and the sink might have been hard to reach if in a chair. The room was quiet dated and showed a lot of wear. Breakfast was ok, but I would rather have a choice of yogurt rather than the weird dispenser, and the hot options were mostly unappealing.

5 star. Front desk guy whose name I forgot was honest, helpful & amazing. He was super helpful with other patrons as well. Very affordable - clean, safe, convenient & quiet. All kinds of customers staying there. Breakfast was varietal & clean area. Pool we didn’t use but it looked crystal clear & clean. Only negative is no elevator. But not something we fretted.

This property is in need of cosmetic updates. The bathroom's drywall was cracking, the grout on the outside of the tub was unattractive and dirty. The bed had hairs in it that did not belong to guests in our party. The TV was very hard to see because of the screen being distorted. I feel as though the pictures in the listing were not accurately representative of the property. I was very disappointed and would like reimbursement for this booking.

Not sure how they are getting away with a 2-story inn without an elevator. I had a 2nd floor room, I am healthy, but when I asked him where the elevator was, ge szid, \"There isn't one.\" ADA non-compliance, I would think(?). Other than that, my room was spotless, bed was comfortable, parking and access were easy and the price was fair. Custodial staff was friendly. Breakfast noy so good. Outlet mall within wslking distance as well as decent dining choices. Great for stopover.

Two day stay with reasonable price for two queens with a good breakfast. Beds and linen were fine, room presented well, staff pleasant and helpful.
Bathroom clean with no blemishes.

Easy access to interstate and convenient to Columbus and Indianapolis.

Some party animals were a little disturbing but on the whole a nice environment.

Not bad for the money.

There were coffee splatters on wall near coffee maker in our room. We don’t drink coffee so it wasn’t from us. There looked like mold on the wall by tub near floor under towel rack. Windows not sealed very well. It was very windy and curtains were blowing from winds. Besides building being old, place was very clean. Kitchen area was constantly being wiped down and floors mopped.
