We just needed a place to spend the night and this place offered that at a low price. No pool, minimal breakfast, outside door to parking lot didn't lock! There was a stale smell to the bed. The bathroom was good.

Check in was fine. We parked and entered the other entrance. One door has no glass in it. The outer door is missing the lock mechanism. This entrance is run down.
The phone in the room only takes up table space. Doesn’t work and all labels are removed.
Unable to connect to wifi so i tried calling the hotel. Kept getting message “call forwarding is not available at this time. Please try again later.” I went to the front Desk and the employee said their phone was off the hook. What?
Other guests were loud frequently throughout the entire night.
We will not stay here again.

Never checked in as I requested early check in and sad I was willing to pay cost if the room to get in early. Admittedly it was about 11:00 but I said I’d pay. Young male person in ski hat said “checkin is at 3”. I said “you must have one room I can check into to” and his reply was “can’t you hear, checkin is at 3 because that’s when cleaners come in”. I said “thanks I’ll try somewhere else”. He said “it’s Indiana law that you can’t check in until three” which of course isn’t true. Even though I had prepaid the room, I left and drive across the street less than 1/2 mile and was immediately checked into Hampton Inn very politely and was even extended my Hilton’s Honors discount. I’ve owned a business since 1988 and have done my share of traveling but this is the rudest treatment I’ve ever experiences. I have evidence to prove my story if needed

TEN TIMES BETTER THAN THEIR NEIGHBORING SISTER HOTEL! The hotel manager let us check in 8 hours early, friendly staff and great customer service. The first room we checked into, after a short 4 hour nap, I felt something crawling on me. After searching forever, I found bed bugs. Videoed the evidence for the front desk and they were able to move me to a suite at no charge, stayed in the room for two nights and very positive it did not have any bed bugs. They told me there would be a discount on my original transaction, however I haven’t noticed a difference on my statement. We had to book an extra night and got that at discounted price. After the bug situation I learned my original room was or was supposed to be on block. Other than that, we had a pleasant experience. To be totally honest after Econo Lodge, the bed bugs weren’t the worst part of the trip.

The staff at this hotel were great! Very friendly, competent! The bed & pillows were comfortable.

My son did not want to swim in the pool because it did not look clean. The water for my shower never got hot, then 2 minutes into my shower it cooled down even more.

Overall, this hotel served it's purpose for a one night stay.

the room was super as far as comfort and cleanliness. no issues. lots of working personnel staying. short on management personnel as 1 manager was all I saw and he was swamped trying to wash the previous nights linens and towesl (he said) which was his answer to why there was no Hot water for a shower from 4:00pm-about 9:30pm. so I had a Luke warm shower. that's unacceptable.

The Hotel smells old since you enter. The front desk people were not friendly, looked angry. The bedroom had strong smell of cigar, we informed the employee in front desk, and he just sprayed something, and said it was not smelling. The pool was not working. I will never return to this hotel. it looked nice in the website.

Upon check-in, the lady was nice and did answer my questions. The process did take longer than normal. Get into the room and the following things were not up to par: light beside the bed didn't work, the desk was dirty with previous occupants food/goop, the cabinet the TV sits on was worse with gross things all over the top and the lotion in the restroom was empty. The dish for holding soap by the sink was covered in soap, definitely not cleaned from before. No water pressure and the water in the shower never got warm. The bed was hard but clean. There were things (fabric) coming out from under the chair. This was a place to stay in a pinch but I won't be back. I have stayed at many Quality Inns and I have never had a complaint/concerned like this one. I travel all summer long and now I will.be very careful to really look at reviews before making my choice.

We had zero water pressure or hot water in the shower, our bed frame was broken, and we found a bra and some sort of bottle that was there from the last customer. They were in the corner, behind the chair, but i would expect for staff to be checking things like this. The fridge didnt work, either.

The outside of the inn was dirty and there was no place to park near the front. The hall carpets were sticky. The room was clean, but there were stains on the duvet/bedspread. There was no hair water neither in the evening, nor in the morning. When I told the manager on duty this, he said it was because they were running the washers and other guests were showering.

We had two rooms for a return family trip. The first room we had the tub had hair and dirt in it. We got a different room. My sisters room had no hot water. Several other rooms was the same issue. She had the water running 15 minutes and no hot water. We ended up checking out and going to a different hotel.

My specific room was fairly nice, but the hotel overall was very outdated. I had to wait for about 10 minutes to be checked in. That was after I rang the bell. The person who checked me in was a guy wearing a gray “wifebeater” tank with no name tag or anything. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. I will most likely go to a nearby fast food place to get some breakfast.

Overnight, the room was comfortable and quiet though.

Inside doorknob fell into my hand as I reached to open door. Reported that to front desk and they offered us another room, which we took. Shower leaked constantly and were told to let shower run for 10 mins to get hot water. Well, it was never hot, took lukewarm to cool showers.
Backdoor of bldg to parking lot, the lock was broken, so no lock secured the door. Was told they were waiting to get it repaired. Bathroom and bedding appeared clean, carpet was swept, AC filter was clean, found no dust on furniture. Housekeeping did their job! Never tried the breakfast or ice machine so can’t comment on them.

Beds were hard. The front desk lady kept going outside and smoking right in front of the main entrance and the smoke would linger into the hallways and the eating areas. This Quality Inn is in terrible condition. Breakfast was extremely limited, no breads, only hot food was waffle. We stayed 10 days and there was never any breakfast meat(s), no eggs including boiled and no biscuits/gravy. Wall paper peeling from walls and ceiling, bathroom faucets loose and basically inoperative; the shower took over 5 minutes to flow hot water. I could go on and on, but definitely \"Don't Stay Here\".

The hotel was decent overall. The staff was very friendly. The hot water didn’t really work. I told the front desk and they said let it run for 15-20 minutes due to “renovations”. After 20 minutes, the water was warm enough to shower, but definitely not hot. The breakfast included a waffle maker, oatmeal, yogurt, and bagels. I was hoping for a little more. Luckily, the hotel shared a parking lot with Waffle House. The pool was pretty small, but I did like that it was saltwater.

Worst Hotel Ever

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. First room had no water for the sink in the bathroom. They gave us another room and it wasnt any better. Very little water pressure in the bathroom sink and the hot water didnt work in the shower. It took me 30 mintues to figure out how to get the TV to work.

Air Conditioner didnt work very well and it was obvious that they knew it didn't because there was an old box fan in the room.

I was told that we would be comped for our troubles, but nothing was offered.

I have never seen hotel employees look so trashy. Dirty white tee shirts, cut off sleeves and dirty shorts.

I have stayed at many Quality Inns over the years, but i will not stay at another one.

So much to say. First, was denied check in until I paid in full with my own credit card even though I had prepaid through this app. Refused to look at my receipt or talk to a hotels.com agent. After three hours and a call to the franchise owner she checked us in, saying she hadn’t seen in the screen that the hotels.com credit card was saved as the payment method. I saw that this had happened to others in previous reviews, so it is not ignorance on their part, it is a scam to get double payment from third party bookings. There was also a baby cockroach on the credit card reader at the front desk. The room was filthy Waugh debris in the tub, rust, water damage, unidentifiable stains and damage in the bathroom as well as blood and coffee stains on the bedding. The breakfast was all packaged convenience store pastries. Then the safety lock on the room door popped itself into lock mode when I left to get breakfast and I was locked out of my room. Just an awful, awful experience.

It took 45 minutes to check in because they did not recognize Expedia payments even though I could show them I was paid. They gave me a single when I paid for a double and then told me they didn’t have any doubles. Online showed they still had them. The room itself stank and someone had used the bathroom prior to use using the room. A soap was opened, hand towel used, etc. There was mold in the shower and on the last night we found a cockroach. There was a horrible leak in the hallway right by the office are and eating lounge. The desk staff was extremely unprofessional. For a “executive” site i would certainly expect more. The breakfast was nothing to brag about and the milk sour. My family of three all had to share the king size bed. None of us got any sleep. It completely ruined our weekend. I dreaded having to return to the hotel. I rarely make complaints but this stay was one of the worst in my 30 years of traveling. I was in town for a event and there were no other options. This unit should condemned.

However, our room and the overall stay was terrible. Picture 4 shows the decaying ceiling in the bathroom. In addition, the water pressure was low and there was NO hot water available. Picture 3 shows a bed-side table that is peeling. Picture 2 shows the noisy AC unit that has a hole in the grate. Picture 1 shows holes in the closet with possible mold. In addition, the bedroom door has a big gap underneath which would NOT make it fireproof. Finally, the back entry door was broken where a keycard is not needed so anyone could walk in. We never felt secure and left in the morning without being able to take a shower. I never experienced a motel this bad, even in college. This motel needs MAJOR renovation.

We didn’t have hot water for 3 days. It was ridiculous. There were no managers to talk to. No discounts or refunds. No changing rooms. The pool, one of the reasons we booked was closed and not announced until we checked in. Wall paper peeling off the walls, warrants by police officers being served with guns and pounding on the doors. Broken glass windows on exterior side & back doors that were never locked. And clothing hanging in my room from previous guests. Hair on the bedspread. Do not recommend!
