I purchased my room and showed up a few hours later and there was NO ONE at the desk to check me in. Instructions said to dial 500 from the lobby phone, which I did, and was told that I was a \"no show\" for arriving so late, which was just a few hours after I bought the room. They would do nothing for me and I had to raise a great deal of noise with Hotels.com to ensure I got a refund. I went to another hotel nearby, NOT through Hotels.com, and got a room with no hassle at all.
I would not recommend this crappy property and their non-existent guest support under any circumstances. No matter the attractive rate, it is not worth the risk. Stay somewhere else!

The hotel is infested with cockroaches. The elevator is expired for its inspection date. The staff are unwilling to address any problems or help. When you ask them about the roaches, they yell at you and threaten to call the police! They told me I’m never welcome back because I complained.

The floor was so sticky my shoes made noise with every step. There was black mold in two places in the bathroom Bugs, Bugs everywhere! I killed 3 live ones that I saw. The room was not merely dirty-it was filthy. I spent two hours trying to the internet to work for a meeting I had. Went to a coffee shop to get on line. Fridgerator had huge visibole stains ion the outside. Worse room I have ever stayed in> I took pictures with my phone. I WILL NEVER STAY IN AN EXTENDED STAY AMERICA AGAIN.

Absolutely disgusting, just needed a place to sleep, wasn’t paying attention, thought double beds meant 2, ok my fault, but the one little full size bed had all sorts of stains, so I pulled the blanket off, just to find blood stains in the sheets, great but we were starving and exhausted so I started looking up food places for a few and my kid started screaming bc a crew of cockroaches were crawling on the floor next to the bed, right by where our bags were. That was it. Luckily the guy working was understanding and refunded my money, but really not fun to try and find another place and then dinner w a kid when you’re already exhausted… really would never consider this place ever nor suggest anyone else to. Also, did not even have a bar of handsoap which is disgusting as well.

They also refused to provide trash bags, telling me I had to buy my own. I saw other guests carrying their trash to the dumpster without bags. I believe the staff's decision not to treat my room was a way of keeping the roaches out of their own living spaces.
The hotel claims to be pet-friendly, but the grounds are unusable. The grass is completely covered in dog feces, leaving no clean place for a dog to relieve itself. The number of large, uncontrolled pit bull mixes on the property is also concerning, even for someone who loves the breed. This review is a completely factual account of my experience. I would also like to add if you do to choose to stay in the roach hotel be prepared a staff member May cop knock on your door at any given time and call you a liar good luck KD

Honestly, I would like to request a refund. I arrived at the place, and immediately checked-out. The advertised laundry facility was \"shut down,\" and no reason was given. My room key didn't work. As I walked down towards my room, the hall was full of noise from people who were blasting loud music with their doors wide open. The parking lot was full of suspicious people coming and going and the place not only seemed uncomfortable and not as advertised, it also seemed unsafe. So, I left. Honestly, I'd love a refund, since I didn't actually stay there and paid for the travel insurance. Otherwise, I probably won't use Hotels.com again. I travel quite a bit for work, and this is the only time I have ever immediately checked-out of a hotel.

Pretty bad experience. Keys didn't work at first, very kind front desk employee showed me how to insert them (wiggle it a little?) in the door. Outer doors were not locked (i.e. keycard access only) when I last entered about 10pm. At 7am, one of them did require my keycard.

NEVER Again!! I felt very unsafe in the hotel with non locking doors even though signage stated it was 24/7 secured. Heavy smell of smoke even though non smoking and DIRTY / FILTHY room. No where to really put luggage with easy access, broken lock on room door; filthy/moldy bathtub; and TV inop. Heard something scurry near headboard shortly after falling asleep, but no nightlights / desk lamps in room to see anything. I booked a 2 night stay and only stayed one night (due to arriving near midnight anyway) but highly considered just sleeping in my truck. Dropped my room key at first light on day 2 (before desk opened for the day) and found a different hotel.

*Roaches** - I stayed here 3/28. There are really too many issues to list here. The main one is I woke up the next morning and found roaches running around my room. I brought this complaint to the staff at the front desk and they simply told me they have pest control once a week and would let them know. I captured video of the bugs in my room and I am waiting for a call back from corporate. I have stayed at Extended Stays in the past and this is probably the worst place I have ever stayed and it doesn’t belong on Expedia until it fixes issues.

We never actually stayed the night here. When we got there, there was drug deals happening in the parking lot. Went inside. It was filthy and more illegal activity happening in the lobby. The room was filthy. We never checked into the hotel. The photos on the website Was nothing like the room actually was it was horrible. Have to say this was my first time having such a terrible experience.

The roaches come out really bad at night crawling everywhere all over the bed the walls the floor do not book this hotel, they need to be shut down for how infested they are disgusting. The check in was great. The first room was not clean so the front desk lady changed our room for us. Our new room was good. The floors could have been cleaned better, but with it being winter and there being salt everywhere it is understandable. All in all I would stay again.

Upon our check in the Night clerk was nowhere around, upon her arriving she advised us that she locked the keys in the office, she smelled of alcohol. Then we had to wait 20 minutes for maintenance to open up the door to the office. After traveling this is no way to start off, the room had bugs in the sink on the morning of our check out

There are blood stains on the toilet. Clog toilet with poop still in the toilet unflushed when we checked in. and the beds we worn out and old! thank God we only booked for a night because this was an emergency. i would never recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!

Not happy with this hotel location is my first time in this hotel thi first thing smell so bad The hallways look dirty. I asked for dishes for the kitchen and they told me they don't have that service. No kitchen utensils. The TV is old and doesn't work. I told them to change rooms and they didn't want to, so I couldn't watch TV. The bed all the sheets looked new and unwashed and they smell bad. I can't sleep because of the itching the sheets are giving me. I really regret having made my reservation at this hotel. I give it 2 stars because the room is clean and it has a kitchen.

Staff was nice but when out to dinner came back to find bugs small roaches killed 5 while on phone with staff couldn’t get out fast enough they refunded us and we went to Hamilton inn down road it was great just 50 dollars more but couldn’t stay with bugs at other place

The area is nice, but the room was filthy. Pubic hair in the bed, hair all over the bathroom, hard floor turned the soles of feet and socks black, sink clogged, and the walls were filthy. The only plus side was I didn’t witness any roaches or other pests, surprisingly.

I've stayed in Extended StayAmerica before, so I knew exactly what I was getting. Additionally, I made these reservations at the last minute for a reasonable price, so I have no heavy complaints. However, I will say that this property had not been taken care of. In the two rooms I reserved. There were cracks in the drywall, baseboards loose from the walls, and in one of the rooms what appeared to be coffee beans on the floor, giving the strong impression that the floor had not been swept or cleaned before we checked in. The door to one of our rooms was difficult to open and had to be shoved, and add to that that the key card did not work regularly either. On our first morning there, one of the elevators did not work. Staying in Extended StayAmerica always means a no-frills accommodation, and that is fine. However, I did note that this property was in dire need of some attention.

Nothing Close to What Was Expected
The room was in worn out looking condition there was a cockroach I seen the morning of checkout. The elevator stopped working it was not well kept up with. Not to mention a room on the first floor’s door had been broken into literally by what looks like only the police and there equipment could do. For being located in greenwood it was very trashy.

The clerk said that they couldn't check me in because of computer issue. They wanted me to go elsewhere. She said that previous person experienced same as I did and she tried contacting the manager,and couldn't contact.

Then, kicker part is that they changed me one night. I had to contact the customer support hotel.com to get a refund.
They said that even though it is a non-refundable, hotel.com representative recommended them to refund my money. I am waiting for refund.

The clerk said that they couldn't check me in because of computer issue. They wanted me to go elsewhere. She said that previous person experienced same as I did and she tried contacting the manager,and couldn't contact.

Then, kicker part is that they changed me one night. I had to contact the customer support hotel.com to get a refund.
They said that even though it is a non-refundable, hotel.com representative recommended them to refund my money. I am waiting for refund.

Traveling for work booked room showed up at hotel 2hrs later. Had to wait in lobby for 30 minutes after using phone in lobby multiple times for a worker to come to lobby . Room was nasty and I killed two cockroaches upon arrival at 1 in the morning due to flight delay. Took 30 min to get someone to check me in. When I sat on the end of the bed I fell through it as springs were broken. The next evening I got around to using the toilet and mold was growing everywhere on the sets and in the bowl . I reported both issues on Tuesday at 2 pm and was told it would be dealt with. Was not done until my last day there. I had to walk down 4 flights of stairs as the elevator was not working . I reported that and they said people are holding them. I waited 15 minutes before I walked down.

It smelled like dog urine when you walked in the front entrance; the TV didn't work in our room, and the staff changed us to a different room. There were not enough towels to accommodate three people on the room. A lot of people who lived on-site stood outside at night, making it uncomfortable to get out of your car.

Horrible, midding cieling tiles in hallways, awful smells. We got to the room late 2:30am to be greeted by a roach waiting for us. To late to find different accommodations so we stay. Was very uncomfortable bed, wake up look at wall accross the room after a couple of hours of awful rest, to see a roach running along the wall. Quickly get up open cutains get dressed, go down no one at front desk again, dealt with this at check in ( you have to call a numbe and wait for a answer then wait for someone to come to the desk) the GM notices us (cousin went down also because same issues in the next room) GM goes up with us looks in room looking with curtains open floor looks to never been cleaned i point that out, GM looks under sink pulls out fridge, states not infestation, because she saw none. I informed i have pictures showed them to her, because otherwise i would not have gotten a refund and been able to get out of second night. DO NOT STAY HERE, area is nice and convenient but not this nasty place. Will not let me add photos

The bed was the hardest bed ive ever slept on. I might as well have slept in the floor. There were grease streaks all along the wall behind the mini stove top. There was streaks of some sticky substance on the fridge. And there were smears of something, i dont even want to know what, all in the bathroom walls. The elevator took 10 min to go up and down 4 stories so i ended up just walking the stairs.
