One bed was covered in crumbs and bed wasn't clean under the sheets either, luckily the other bed was fine. Floors weren't clean either. One lamp didn't work. No soap in the bathroom. Door safety latch was falling off so probably not a safe area.

Only thing I could think for improvement was the air conditioner seemed to output too much moisture, the bedding seemed a little damp the first night. The room was dirty. There was pubic hair in the tub and on a towel. Microwave was dirty, the toilet had small remains of feces, the bedsheets seem clean but I did not want to look deeper into it other wise I would not sleep. I canceled the second night and management refunded the money. I would not stay there again and I don’t recommend it.

Reasonable Greenwood Stay

We needed a place to stay for several nights that wasn't too expensive but clean and comfortable. This place is undergoing renovation on the grounds, so the campus is a bit of a mess. Our room was adequate for our needs. The floor, however, looked clean but left the bottom of our feet black. I reported this and it seemed better the second day. The cleaning was good otherwise, with room done every day. The jetted tub was large. This stay met our needs. Originally I requested a room type that the service desk told me wasn't something they had on the property even though it showed on the website. We were offered a different room, but it was on the back side of the building and had no direct parking in front of it - it would have been difficult to take our suitcases to it. If they ever finish the remodel of this location, it will be better.

The stay at the Red Roof Inn was a pretty decent stay overall. The cleanliness of the rooms were very good, and it was pretty nice inside. Not that good breakfast. My kids saw ants crawling on the juice machine. Other complaints would be the key cards not working consistently. Alot of smoking around the area.

Unfortunately, our room reeked smoke/pot from people smoking right outside our room and the A/C sucking the smell in. Not something the property can control, I understand, but unfortunate.

Overall, it was perfect for a quick overnight as we passed through, just needing a clean shower and beds. Great value for the price.

I had three rooms. They were all just grubby outdated in the inside. two of the rooms smell like a chainsmokers live there and one of the rooms had this weird strong chemical smell, not a cleaning chemical.

I asked for a non-smoking room. The rooms were filled with cigarette smoke, and the furniture and drapes had an excessive smell. I asked for another room—the same! I am susceptible to cigarette smoke, so I had to stand outside the room. I was meeting my grandchildren, who were going to change in the room and use the pool. The edge of the pool had goose feces around it. Horrible place to stay!
