Spacious room and very friendly and accommodating staff. Pool area could use a little upgrade but was absolutely usable. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Attached Italian restaurant was so good we ate there twice. Nearby shopping for clothing, snacks, and coffee. Spa was lovely and the highlight of our stay!

Nice place to stay and the rooms were well serviced. The place was a bit run down and not actually on the beach as suggested by the title. The beach was about 5mins walk away. There was not too much in the immediate area. The restaurant was average. The staff were lovely and kind and I liked the pool and the room. Plenty of space in the room and bathroom.

Very satisfied!

I was so happy that I had chosen Kuku Kupu for a 2 night stay with my visiting niece. It was great getting rides in the hotel bugee to go to the beach. Loved having the choice between eating breakfast at the hotel or at their restaurant on the beach. Food at both places was ample and tasty. All the staff were friendly and made us feel very welcomed.

This place was just wonderful. I stayed in a little duplex with a 24 hour infinity pool out front. Staff were warm, friendly and attentive. The breakfast was amazing, including a variety or French pastries, or English fries and Balinese choices, as well as fresh fruit and cereals. The spa was amazing, with Candra being my awesome masseuse. They offer a golf cart to the beach club, which is just a short an interesting walk away anyway. I cannot recommend this place to stay or the staff or their wecome enough.

The most beautiful villa so spacious with a beautiful bed, huge bath, separate shower and toilet room, our own sunbed by the pool at the front of the villa, very friendly staff at the hotel and beach part of the hotel which has a free shuttle from

The hotel was very comfortable, clean and well maintained. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the grounds were beautiful. Our complimentary breakfast each day was delicious, and we had plenty of choices.
The location was not the best for us, since we had no car to get around, although the hotel did have a shuttle that took us where we wanted to go. There weren't many restaurants nearby and the roads were very congested and we felt unsafe walking around because of the traffic.

Beautiful hotel, clean, modern, luxurious with a super helpful and attentive staff! Lovely pool and bathrooms! 5 minute walk to the beach and all the bbq places there, but the road around it is very busy and not super for walking. I would definitely stay here again if I wanted to be in that area.

The staff is excellent!! They responded very quickly to questions prior to the trip and also on WhatsApp. They schedule a pick up from the airport that was very convenient and easy. We stayed in the private Villa and was super quiet. Breakfast every morning was great and again the staff was amazing. The shuttle to the beach club was easy and the walk isn’t bad either. After a day in the beach at the beach club we highly recommend a walk down the beach at sunset to one of the many restaurants with tables on the beach it fill the entire beach and food is amazing and very reasonable. We used this as our first place in Bali for two nights before venturing to other locations. If you are thinking about it just stop scrolling and book it you won’t regret it.

An indeed Five Star

Stayed in December 12-17, 2022, this hotel is quite unique. The location near street crossing nevertheless kinda confusing to find the lobby since it is not visible directly from outside

Fast and Convenience Check in with Extraordinary Service (really a Five Star one), we feels as individually precious. Anything you need just WA to the staff....someting that you didn't find in most big hotels.

Staying in Rooftop Villa which has 2 floor witch spacious room....you might occupied with 6-8 person instead of 2. Clean, cozy, and exotic with some best quality bed and pillow made resting everyday very enjoyable.

One note, the bath tub water was not clear and clean, seems that the hotel in a recovery phase after a long sleep. I Hope future experience will be better

As Additional, there are 3 pools here (including one in front of my room) with Pool towel is exchanged everyday. The Breakfast was delicious, a la carte with big plenty portion, thus we only need to sit and everything will be done nicely. The Coffee was really good, give a spirit in a dull hard working day...

The tub was broken as the drain was not holding the water when closed. Not a big deal to us but disappointing. The first night was extremely noisy as there was a local ceremony next door. Music was blasting all night and we finally complained after midnight which they accommodated with switching rooms for one night. The second night I saw a rat run across one of the ledges in the room. This was the original room that we went back to. They tried to compensate for the noisy first night with a free massage but it felt like one thing after the other. Also, upon check out they held up our taxi to the airport because they couldn’t figure out if we paid or not even though I showed them a paid receipt. We were cutting it close for our flight since it was a very early morning flight but that is something that should have been handled beforehand. I would not come back or recommend.

This is not a five star resort. We booked three nights here and left after one. The building feels like a renovated motel from the 60s. Breakfast was included but a disaster. The staff were all so lovely that I feel bad leaving this review but do yourself a favor and book the intercontinental down the street.

I feel the hotel is overpriced for what one gets. Some bits are ok but many others need renovation and it doesn’t live up to the possibly quite old marketing photos. Breakfast wasn’t good so we ate elsewhere. The beach club is just as shabby - faded umbrellas, ragged cushions.

One can spend less and get a nicer hotel in the area or spend a small amount more for something considerably grander like the Intercontinental.

My partner and I stayed at Kupu Kupu Jimbaran from the 9th-13th of August.

The room was massively spacious but I wished the the lights had a dimmer control because we felt that it was too dim. Ladies - pretty tricky to do your makeup in that super warm and dim lighting as well.

The hotel staff were very nice and well-mannered. Hotel breakfast ain’t great at all and need improvement. However, they do offer breakfast at the dining area downstairs and also by the Jimbaran Beach Club. Although we were entitled to free breakfast daily, we ended up on having it for one day by the beach as the staff communication was poor and got our order wrong.

Our room had an amazing shower area and also a massive bathtub which is the most disappointing part because there was absolutely NO hot water at all and the hotel/ technician couldn’t do anything about it despite several calls and direct feedback were made to them.

For a massive room size, I also think that the TV in the room was way too small to be sitting on the bed to watch and the distance was quite far.

There two pools - one by the dining area which is a small pool, it looked as if it was mouldy and had a lot of dried leaves in it (you wouldn’t wanna step in).
The other pool was a rooftop pool - it was nice and clean and you can sunbathe there too.

Gym was pretty much a “blah” as there wasn’t many options of equipment.

Spa - we tried the spa as the offered hotel guests a one-for-one promo. It was okay only.

We were upgraded to a suite which was nice - it was a very large area with an upstairs lounge which oddly had hardly any furniture and looked like an afterthought....the bedroom/bathroom area was very nice though as was the swimming pool area near the suites. There was a rather large leak in the hotel lobby which meant that water dripping from the ceiling and the resultant puddle were the first thing that you saw. Ate dinner at the Japanese restaurant which was very average. Spa was excellent.

We loved the superb quality of the amenities, original L'occitane products, the lavish rooms, the manicured tropical gardens, the iddylic setting for both swimming pools, the magical check-in experience, the fast Wifi, the excellence of the staff and facilites at the spa (massage services), the high end dining experience for room service and attentive staff across the hotel. We did not like at all the breakfast buffet experience. The breakfast buffet is what brought the whole experience down and the rating of this hotel overall, the staff there are unwelcoming, unhelpful, rude and never crack a smile. The food variety limited and the breakfast area needs proper airconditioning. Horrible breakfast experience.

Very spacious room thought it is a bit old.

Positive: welcoming staff are good. The honeymoon suite looks as beautiful as in the photos. cakes are yummy.

Negative: 1/ the honeymoon suite is very dark. There are not enough lighting for such a big room. If the curtains are open there will be no privacy because the windows face outside directly. although the space is relatively isolated for only customers and staff fir the 3 honeymoon suites, there are people crossing.
2/ the housekeeping members are probably the most unsatisfied part of this stay. They probably forgot to make our room until we came back at 3.30 and two men came. One of them is not even in uniform. The non-uniform guy made our bed. When he made the bed he threw the quilt and pillows on the floor. When the bed is done he just had a pet on the pillows and put them back. When the uniformed man did the floor he used one mop and walked across the room in a very fast pace, so only the floor on his route was touched!
3/the facilities in the honeymoon suite are old. This is understandable but some problems should be found if proper cleaning jobs were done. The basin pop up for the right side basin and the one in the bathtub are not working. You need to use nails to lift them up so water can drain.
4/ breakfast is honestly nothing, bread, sausage, fried rice, hams, coffee and soup.
5/pool is not maintained at all.

It's not beachfront, but you have access to the beach club. Everything physically was okay about this hotel, not spectacular but not terrible. Staff was very kind and friendly. Only issue we had was that air con was not able to go below 23.5 C as Jimbaran is very hot.

The expectations on booking were high. Rated 5,star but No Way !!! The reception was disappointing. The pool area was dangerous with boards loose and nails sticking out. Thevroom facilities were poor and tacky pieces of fabric on walls as curtains to try to hide the fact there were no windows and no outlook or view. The breakfast buffet was shocking and coffee disgusting. The bedroom is upstairs but nothing else there. In the nights it’s pitch black and you have to navigate down very dangerous stairs to go to bathroom. Totally unsuitable for older guests. There was no ambience at all and no redeeming features I normally trust Wotif. It was advertised as a bargain 38% discount and still $278 a night. Therefore I believe I was misled thinking 5 star and relatively expensive full price that it would be better. I stay in Bali regularly and often in private villas. This experience has done nothing to encourage me to try hotels again.

Had a really pleasant stay. The staff were friendly especially Lukmin who picked us up and dropped us from the airport. Also Yves was very supportive and everyday checked on how we were going.
I worked in the hotel industry and have been away from the industry for about two years now. But staying at Kupu Kupu Jimbaran made me think again about the joy of working in hotels.

Jimbaran: a good hotel but not a good site

The suits were great indeed, so was the breakfast. Rather than this other restaurants within the complex is not as good as you can expect.
The Beach Club is a bit far from the hotel; however there s always a little shuttle car ready to take you there and back. The beach looks nice however for this season means nothing if you are interested in swimming; because of waves it is impossible and water is because of sand, dark brown. Meanwhile since waves are running in short distance; also not interesting for surfers maybe only beginners. For sea lovers; there is no need to go to Jimbaran side (maybe valid for this season) but Sanur region is highly recommended with crystal clear water. Meanwhile if u stay there; Padang Padang and Balangan beach is worth of seeing.
In case you wanna go out for another restaurant or for shopping; you can only reach by taxi, not very centric location. Have not tried SPA, cause the prices are almost more than double compared to other hotels in any part of the island.

Does not look like the pictures.

The hotel does not look anything like the pictures. It was old and run down. My duplex room had creaking stairs. And it doesn't make sense that the toilets are down stairs. Why is the floors so oily, I nearly died while waking up to pee in the middle of the night. The bed dipped in the middle. The only thing keeping this hotel afloat is the enthusiesm of the staff.

Overall a great place to stay for couples

For some reason I had not expected that the cost was as high as the final bill. After checking my reservation it appeared correct and was my mistake. The cost was high compared to an earlier four day stay at another resort which was much better in comparison and for whatever reason had a much lower cost.Overall the hotel Kupu Kupu was very good.The personnel were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the facility pool and breakfast were very nice, and the free ride down to the Jinbaran Beach was very nice. The wooden floors in our room had some soft spots that made walking a little unsettling and uncomfortable. Also the wooden decking around the pool is in disrepair.

I would recommend this for couples as a good choice if it fits your budget.

Kupu Kupu Jimbaran

We stayed at Kupu Kupu over the Easter Weekend. As we were arriving fairly late we arranged a transfer from the hotel and whilst we had to pay extra for this, the service was prompt and we had no issues getting to the hotel.
We stayed in a Uluwatu suite and found this to be well appointed with a massive bed and the bathroom area was huge. The free provisions such as tea, coffee and water were plentiful and the bed very comfortable.
The staff were all very friendly and polite and when we had to raise an issue around a leaky bathroom tap there was a maintenance person at the room in less than 5 minutes.
We spent most of our time at the beach club which was a short walk or buggy ride away. There were plenty of sun beds and towels provided. Unfortunately we tended to eat elsewhere though as the prices were a lot higher in comparison. We didn't use the spa for the same reason.
We had a very early start on the morning we left so went to settle our bill the night before and were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel even provide breakfast boxes for you to take so we could eat on the go!!
Overall we were happy with the hotel and service and would recommend it to others.

A peaceful escape close to Jimbaran beach

We were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary room upgrade. Having a poolside room was delightful! The Jimbaran Beach Club was low key with everything we needed (loungers, towel, shower, drinks) and not busy during our stay in March. The sushi and Indian restaurants were both excellent.
The only suggestions for improvement would be better lighting around the bathroom/shower/toilet in our room. The TV reception was also poor.
Overall, highly recommend!

Great facilities with the most comfort

The last hotel we stayed for long Bali trip,and it was a great relax before travel back. The location is great with only few minutes walk to beach,the facilities are amazing both interior and exterior,and the service quality was really high. The staff are very helpful and even let us check out at 3pm as we had really late flight that night.The only down point was that the swimming pool was not so clean where you can so comfortably jump in.

Kupa Kupa Jimabaran was a unexpected surprise. The Staff were friendly and unobtrusive. They were very helpful and provided full assistance when required. Greeted by manager on arrival and departure. Restaurants and shops in complex to cater for all needs. Rooms were very cleaned and always stocked up with bottled water, sometimes twice a day. Shuttle to the beach club was a added bonus on the really hot days where you didn't want to walk. Highly recommend it for a quiet and serene getaway.

Staff members were very helpful and seemed genuinely concerned with ensuring needs/requests were satisfied quickly - including the manager. Breakfast included with booking; two restaurants to choose from and many options to select from. Beach club associated with hotel is only a short walk from the hotel. Not a lot of tourist things do within walking distance of the hotel (Jimbaran), but cabs are inexpensive and readily available.

Too many choices to stay here again

Arrived just before check in time, took 20-30 mins to get our room. Had the family room tucked away in the corner with no views of anything. One shower squirted over the top of the shower and onto the bathroom floor, the other shower barely had any pressure. Told the staff as we went to the beach came back. And they were both pretty much hanging off the ceiling now but worked slightly better, the room was fine but tired in places. Could have spent a day there sorting out problems my self and it would be much better, but im on holiday! overpriced for what you get.

We stayed in kupukupu 3 nights and we feel very disappointed.
1.The first day we ate in kupukupu chocolate restaurant I ordered an orange juice then I found a small bug in my juice I asked them for change a new one then they gave me a new one but I still could see the wings in the Orange juice I don't know if it's a new bug or they just took the bugs body out and refill it ???

2. Whenever the housekeeping finished the room they forgot to lock the room .
3. shower is not hot enough.

4.we stayed kupukupu 3 nights they didnt provide us with new shampoo and conditioner everyday and until the third night the shampoo and conditioner just a litte left we ask for them gave us new one, which make me think kupukupu is very slow stingy .

Perfect way to end a holiday

Wonderful stay! the suite was extremely comfortable, very clean and the personnalized service was excellent, with attention to details. Jimbaran beach is a 5 minutes easy walk with lots of choices for restaurant and there is also a shuttle on demand. Airport 10 km away, quick taxi ride.

Relaxing stay for the end of our honeymoon in Bali

We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of our honeymoon in Bali. Hotel was amazing! Staff very friendly and accommodating. Room was gorgeous very spacious and beautifully decorated. Good position only 10 minute walk from the beach and seafood restaurants. Buggy ride available if you need. Beach club access with sunbeds, towels and shower and bar. Breakfast in the Chocolate Cafe was delicious! Can't fault the place at all.

Boutique hotel in a nice and quiet area

Boutique hotel. Nicer atmosphere than tourist resorts. Welcoming staff - guided tour of the property instead of just showing one the room. Huge room. Bathroom as big and spacious as the bedroom. Room with terrace. Free shuttle to their beach club (Jimbaran Beach). Jimbaran Bay... Nice and quiet area, many restaurants on the beach, not too crowded:)

The hotel is peaceful and beautiful. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. They have high tea in the afternoon with delicious pastries, and a Sunday brunch that was excellent. There's a free shuttle to the beach.

Swish and nice for spa types or a little treat

We splashed out a little more on KupuKupu at the end of our holiday and while it was a good quality hotel with a high standard of service and cleanliness - it perhaps lacked the personal touch that we had associated with Bali elsewhere. We didn't realise it was a rooftop hotel but that was fine although the pool was a bit limited and a slightly disconcerting colour (intentional?). You can occupy yourself in the hotel happily but it is a short walk (or free buggy) to the nice Jimbaran beach. Unfortunately the main road is a nightmare to walk along due to construction (and lack of pavements!!!)...this made getting to the nice restaurants nearby slightly tricky.

Really Nice boutique style hotel

Hotel is very nicely done up. The hotel stuff had been very helpful showing us around the hotel.

I like the pool on the 2nd floor and I think there are two more pools in the hotel.

Breakfast is served in set and reasonable.

Connected to the hotel lobby are a few shops and restaurants which I think offers limited selection.

The hotel provides a buggy to the Jimbaran Beach Club and you can take that for easy access to the beach and of course the famous Jimbaran BBQ restaurants.

I'm just concerned with the bathtub inour room as it seem not to hold water very well but nto abig issue.

Overall, my wife likes the hotel and so do I.

A thoroughly enjoyable stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and polite, always smiling and asking how you are. We ate in the one of the hotel complex restaurants and the food was excellent, a wide choice, freshly cooked and not expensive. The hotel was very well positioned close to the shops, and only a few minutes walk to the beach. The hotel also provided transport to the beach club. We felt that it was the beach club that let the hotel down. The food was disappointing and the cockails lacked alcohol and was more expensive than the hotel restaurant.

Great Hotel. We would go back!

Upon arriving at the Kupu Kupu it felt really boutique and very personal. The photos they show are exactly how the place looks and the room itself was lovely.

We were allocated our own personal butler (Deeah) and on more than one occasion my partner said we should take her home with us as she (as well as most staff) went above an beyond the call of duty.

The free breakfast and afternoon tea was amazing and free wifi for the room was fast and efficient.

Only a couple of this that you should be aware of too:
+ If you can, request for an even number room which is furthest from the street. We did and never heard any of the traffic other reviews mentioned.
+ Our room air-conditioning initially was set so it was a constant 27 degrees. Ensure the setting in the room is much lower (23 degrees was lovely) otherwise you will be hot all night (This must be changed by the staff)
+ To be picked up or dropped off from the airport from the hotel is US$15 one way. A taxi will only cost you about $5 (50,000Rp). If your first time here I would suggest getting the hotel’s car there, but a taxi back to the airport. If you are an experienced Bali traveler, taxi all the way. (But remember, always BlueBird Taxis)

Dark, gloomy, wouldn't recommend

As we walked in our first impression was 'this place is small, dark and has a weird vibe'
The entrance isn't even a entrance..the taxi pulls over on the side of the road and the door is right there into this room they call a lobby.
The lobby is gloomy feeling and people yelling talking to each other in the corridors. It took a while to sort out our signing in process, and then we got a tour of the hotel. Not only is the lobby dark..the restaurant and rooms where too! The pool is right in the center so the only windows that there is to look out is on people swimming, which makes you feel that if you go swimming people can't look anywhere else but at you!
So at the end of the experience we left and went to another hotel.
I definitely won't be recommending this hotel, that's for sure!

A diamond in Jimbaran

We decided to stay in Jimbaran for the last 5 days of our latest trip to Bali. The area itself is nice, but very quiet. So I was a little concerned about what we would do. Turn out we spent most of the time in the hotel. The rooms were huge, (Muaya Duples suite) double storey and had everything we needed. The room service was excellent, including food and drinks. Fairly well priced, but a little more expensive than other areas of Bali. This was to be expected as the hotel was at the upper end of the market. The hotel is located above a boutique shopping mall, but this was not an issue at all, in fact it was nice to browse throught the jewellery, clothing and book store amongst restaurants and a bakery. Speaking of, we received a knock on our door around 6pm and were greeted with fresh samples from the bakery, hand delivered. This occurred each night! We had a huge free standing bath in the middle of the room, which could be covered by a long curtain. This was certainly enjoyed by the two of us. The 25m lap pool was fantastic.. it was great to be able to actually swim rather than just float in a pool. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to wind down at the end of their holiday (no kids) and enjoy the quiet spoils of Jimabaran (including the seafood) L'Occitane spa downstairs. But expensive (normal western prices)

Good choice

Conveniently close to the airport for early departing flight and we were provided with breakfast boxes. Big rooms, comfy bed although downstairs a bit dim. Good pool at hotel and the beach club easily accessed with the shuttle service. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was great, close to the beach by walk or shuttle. The service was outstanding and they went out of their way to retrieve a video camera left on a taxi and deliver it to another hotel in time for filming a wedding at another hotel. You cant get better than that. the resturants were very good and breakfast was fabulous and part of the package. The endless pool was a bonus and frequent retreat after outings. The only downfall was the stairs to the upper room were tricky to navigate at night on the way to the bathroom located downstairs. We would definitely go back.

Great hotel with lovely, attentive staff. Well appointed, large rooms and a memorable spa experience if you use the hotel's L'Occitane spa. The only thing that I could possibly fault was the noisy air-conditioning, however this was such a minor issue given the other great experiences during my stay. Excellent value for money.

This hotel was very nice. It is above a little shopping arcade so if you like resort facilities it is not for you, but the shops are nice (japanese restaurant, grocer & grind and a few up markets spas) and the hotel has a very cool pool area and impeccably clean rooms. We enjoyed our stay.

Hotel with a difference of piont to experience.

This hotel is quite different to most, it has it's own character, within a complex that has two very good coffee shops, which also do great food. It's not so much created for families, but perfect for couples, single travellers, professionals with a hotel service that really does try it's best to please it's guests, which is not easy task. I have been to Bali nine times, I know it well, and I do recommend this alternative high standard hotel. The beach club restaurant does great breakfas, along with all meals, and you have a million dollar view to enjoy with your meal. The hotel will drop you off and pick you up anytime, the beach is only two minutes drive in there buggy, or you can walk easliy to the beach and to wonderful Jimbabran fish restaurants, right on the beach for dinner, which is, on a nice evening, lovely.
I will stay with at the KupuKupu again, without hesitation, the bedroom is wow, the shower great, it's different, it's not the norm to most hotels, but it's worth staying here to another Bali experience., if you are not of the Kuta type of party animals, but for a more refined holiday stay experenice, and the staff really do try there beat for you.

Is it worth paying the rates?

o/all =so so. Our room was facing afternoon sun, the airconditioners were switched off by the staff in the afternoon and not powerful enough to bring down the room temp to our comfort level. The tap & shower water was salty. But, the breakfast was thumb-up!
The one thing that we need to complain about was the exorbitant telephone charges. We made 2 short calls from the room, one to local fixed line No. and another to local mobile No. We were charged Rp 96,334.00

Wonderful family vacation

Spacious rooms and bathrooms. We had some minor problems in the beginning but these were resolved quickly and graciously. Breakfast was wonderful. The beach club is a short 3 minute golf cart ride away. Staff were always pleasant and willing to help.

This is an awesome boutique hotel very close to the Ayana, Four Seasons and Intercontinental in Jimbaran. The service is outstanding, and the rooms very nice with fabulous design. Manage your expectations though, this is NOT a resort. It is not by the beach, and it does not have a large premises with acres of green grass in a poetic setting. It is in a sleepy village, a 5-7 minute walk from a public beach (albeit literally adjacent/spitting distance to the Four Seasons' beach) where Kupu Kupu has their own restaurant/bar and some other facilities. It has a really nice pool perfect for romantic midnight dips as well as lounging the day away in the Bali sun, but this is on a rooftop where there is a great atmosphere. There is a small shopping mall of about 10 shops/restos attached to the hotel. This is great as it offers 3 additional dining options without leaving the building plus a bookstore and a spa. It is perfect for a chilled holiday for people not hung-up on being on a beach or in a traditional resort. Perfect also for those who know Bali well and looking to spend a chilled few days together. Great food, great service. Ideal in its price range. The manager is also awesome.

Pretty hotel but ...

The hotel room was impressive at first - we had our own \"villa\", which had two floors, and a bath tub in the middle of the floor. However, the layout of the room was not very convenient. For example, the bathroom is on the ground floor and the bed is on the first floor. Going to the bathroom at night was a pain - and sometimes dangerous, given that the light switches were also inconveniently located (my husband hurt himself walking down the stairs at night...)
The location is also not great. The best thing going for it is that it is near the Southern fish warung (8 min walk from hotel). The Jimbaran beach is also 8 min walk and is a nice calm beach, but nothing spectacular. If you want to just lie on a beach with white sand and not care about having any waves, then it is a good place. Otherwise, there is NOTHING nearby. Going to Kuta or Seminyak is not as close as it may seem on the map since there is the airport in the middle and the traffic is always a disaster. It can take about 30 minutes to go to Kuta from our hotel by taxi.

There is a pretty pool which is shared by all the guests in the villa. It is very narrow and long so there isn't much room for people to swim (unless if you are the only one in the pool).

The breakfast was rather uninspired and the room service menu was extremely boring (though not bad. There was not a single Indonesian/Balinese dish).
