The room itself was fine but expected a little better based on the reviews. My visitor ended up staying with me because the air conditioning was not very good in the room and it stayed humid. The staff was nice enough and as accommodating as they could be. The area of the hotel was a bit inconvenient to stay in Vicenza due to construction and traffic.

Great price/quality ratio. Don’t be deceived by the anodyne-looking exterior. The hotel is charming, even stylish in the public areas, staff couldn’t be more accommodating, parking (outside or in garage) is convenient and free, and road access is easy. In a quasi-industrial and fair area, so of most use for business stays. I stayed because of nearby social plans and it was a perfect choice.

We have stayed here before, last time our room was bigger and of a better quality. Twice no bath matt was left and the shower temperature kept fluctuating. However it is a nice hotel in a good location.

On top of the usual amenities, nice change to standard european hotels with coffee in the room, full breakfast with eggs (cheap at 3 euros/person) and a small gym. Fairly large and comfy room. In between vicenza (20 min) and verona (40 min) but location is very industrial so nothing to see there per say and need a car.

Noisy at night.\n\n

Very noisy late at night when attempting to sleep. Complained to night shift reception man who came to my room to check noise. I asked him to inform hotel manager which he said he would do. When I checked out the following morning nobody at the reception desk never mentioned anything which I thought was disgusting not to reconize the problems I had. Room 115 date of stay 21& 22nd October 2015.

Very good hotel...

I stayed in a twin bed-room. Very clean, very good and fast wi-fi. I arrived at around 00,30 and the person at reception was very helpful in giving me some toiletries items as my bag did not arrive from Amsterdam..
I will certainly go back when back to that area...

This hotel is conveniently located if you have car, not much to see and do close to it. The restaurant is very high level compare to the hotel standard most of customers weren't hotel guests) but not easy to order if you don't speak Italian, printed menu very short but Chef offering daily specials…. only in italian; Only negative point was the wifi, unstable and very limited spec.

Good option to stay in the Verona/Padova area

Nice hotel between Verona and Padova if you are driving and want to avoid the high prices of hotels located inside the touristic cities. We were driving, so the location near the highway made it very easy to explore Padova (20 minutes drive), Verona (30 minutes drive) and Lago de Garda (45 minutes drive).
Near the hotel you can find some good restaurants and small shops.

Chose this hotel because of its location to the local bus stop, and it is within easy walking distance to the train station. For the price, this hotel was great. Room was small but very functional, service was exceptional and breakfast was more than we expected. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to be close to local transportation, and wants a comfortable stay.

The staff was very pleasant. The breakfast was very good, a nice plus. The beds were terrific with excellent mattresses. It also was very quiet at night so we could get a good nights sleep, and breakfast was ready when we began our day at 6:30, despite being posted as 7 am.

We traveled with our children and loved that they offered family rooms. The hotel staff was very friendly, and spoke English. The rooms were very nice and clean. Breakfast was included and it too was wonderful. It's a little off the main roads, but was still easy to get to and easy to find. We would recomend this hotel to anyone!

Great hotel to stay at

Don't judge a book by its cover. The exterior of the hotel is just average, but the interior is gorgeous. We stayed in a family suite, which was 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with a king size bed). Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The free breakfast buffet was delicious. Every employee we encountered was friendly, helpful, and extremely courteous. I rated the comfort a 3 because we like our bedrooms to be cold, and the air conditioning had been shut off for the winter. We just left the windows open, and it was good enough. The hotel is right next to train tracks, but I can't remember any trains running at night. The restaurant in the hotel is fantastic, even if it is a little expensive.

Overall, we had a great experience at the hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Best Western but indifferent service!

The hotel is very modern and is smart, clean and very well air conditioned. However, service - especially in the restaurant - was indifferent at best. Staff levels seemed to be at an absolute minimum and those that were on duty seemed more inclined to attend to and chat with local (Italian) guests rather than other nationalities. Breakfast was plentiful.

A refurbished 70's hotel?

Having spent more than a week enjoying medieval Italian buildings in old cities this hotel was initially a bit of a shock. A typical 60's/70's block construction in an area that looks like it should be developed was, in fact, a very nice place inside. Only the block construction columns in the reception area and the small, slow lift gave the hint of the buildings past. The room was very nice and modern with a really large bed with quality bedding. The air con had been running which made the room comfortable on arrival. The ensuite was nicely tiled in a soft blue colour and had a good shower over a full-size bath with a bidet and toilet alongside. There was no noise at all and we slept very well. The breakfast was served in an open, airy room and had a full buffet. We noted that they catered for ethnic/religious diets as well as the usual Western hotel provision. So we learned once again not to judge from initial impressions - this is a place worth staying in.

A Hidden Gem

Since this was our first road trip to Italy, we were slightly disappointed with the area of the hotel. Highly industrial along this area of the autostrade. However, at such a great price, we should have figured. It was actually very quiet. The train went by every once and a while, but we did not notice it at night. Highly recommend Angelo's Pizzaria in walking distance. Great food and service, and open late. We are a family of four, two adults and two small childen, so we had to reserve the largest room. We were given a two bedroom, two bathroom suite with one king and two twins. Very comfortable beds, and very clean. Housekeeping even folded some clothes we had left on the floor. Free internet, free breakfast with a large selection.

Its a good place and staff is caring ( normally)

I think everythng is good excepting the lifts. Breakfast is very nice and rooms are small but good. Service levels are also very good. The location is ideal for covering Verona & Venice because its in the centre of both these locations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and strongly recommend.

Great Value hotel

We were surprised that the hotel was very good for the price. Obviously it isn't the hilton but the staff were great, the rooms were very comfortable. The hotel is a bit out of the way but the area is good. There are a number of car dealerships close by and we found a very good discount store just a block away that had some good deals my wife discovered (leave it to a woman to find a deal!)

Definately would stay their again.

My stay at this hotel was very nice. Hotel personnel were professional and willing to help. In vicinity of Hotel I have visited a nice Pizzeria \"All' Angolo Ristorante Pizzeria\". Food was delicious. Highly recommended!
I was not happy with the breakfast at hotel. It was very poor.

Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and the breakfast was quite good. The bed, to be honest, was a bit crippling! Could feel the springs - definitely not a pillow top! Location was fine - if you are on your way from Venice to Verona or points in between. As it turned out we went to Verona and then had to double back to find our hotel (certainly not the hotel's fault) I'd stay again.

When we arrived at our hotel after touring Venice and Murano in the heat all day we were disappointed that our room reservations were messed up- we had reserved 2 triple rooms and they gave us 1 triple and 1 double. To make it more frustrating the hotel clerk was insisting that it was my mistake even when I showed her the confirmed email the hotel had sent me (luckily I had it one me because it I didn't I would not be able to prove it). It was only when she referred us to her superior that he admitted that it was the hotel's oversight but were unable to give us the 2 triple rooms but instead a double with a king size bed so three people had to sleep in this king size bed. We were not given any discount and it was too late to go somewhere else. Unacceptable!

First Time To Italy

The rooms were modern and clean. Beds were firm and comfortable. The AC worked like a charm to keep us cool in the Italian summer heat. The breakfast buffet was great with plenty of fresh pastries, fruits, variety of cheeses, cold cut meats, yogurt and cerearl. The coffee at the buffet was \"blah\", but the specialty coffee was great at the BAR. It was difficulty finding the hotel even with our GPS. There was plenty of free parking, The neighborhood did not seem very nice, but our car was left unbothered throughout our 2 nights stay.

Nice, comfortable hotel. The A/C worked well in the room, which was a God send in the heat. The room was non-smoking, but obviously someone had smoked tobacco in the room previously (we found this throughout our trip to Italy). Good breakfast.

Well-maintained property, very helpful staff, very nice and reasonably priced in-house restaurant, 7-minute walk to the train station, fast internet, easy free parking. Sound-proof windows work well, we had a room right next to the tracks and slept through the night. The only downs were the fitness room, which is very outdated and not well ventilated (can get pretty hot), and the breakfast bar was ok, just a little disappointing.
If you are driving, you can get to town easily and park in a very conveniently located garage (0,50€/hour) just outside the historic center. Trains don't run very often, especially at night, so if you're not driving yourself the taxi ride can get expensive. Trains do run to Venice though (about once every hour), and cost about 4,60€ each way. Hotel staff was extremely helpful with checking train times, printing schedules and explaining directions.

The exterior is not impressive (Typical Best Western)...but once you enter it is classic Italian style and hospitality. The rooms are large, well appointed and the bed was the best we have had. The bathrooms were spacious, beautifully designed and a pleasure.

A very good hotel, the service was good and staff were mostly helpful and professional. Being there in the hot month of August a swimming pool would have been ideal. Having a car is essential to get to get around and to the city centre.

However, we had a family room and whilst the kids part was good (apart from a vague smell of cigarettes despite the no smoking sign) our room was tiny and really cramped and the aircon was a bit hit and miss. However,considering the price we paid it was still very good value for money and we would use it again

Pas de climatisation malgré ce qui est indiqué

En pleine canicule, mon seul critère de réservation pour un hôtel sur la route de Venise était la climatisation. Nous sommes arrivés vers 23 heures et pas de chance, elle ne fonctionnait pas dans aucune des 2 chambres réservées et il faisait plus de 30 degrés dans la chambre ! Impossible de dormir dans ces conditions.Payer 176 euro pour finir la nuit dans la voiture avec la clim, je trouve que c'est trop !

Se sono a vicenza o nelle se vicinanze, torno sempre molto volentieri in questo albergo. Ottima posizione per i miei spostamenti di lavoro, personale sempre molto gentile, ottima la cucina del ristorante annesso, così come la colazione. Darei solo il consiglio di mettere il dispenser del sapone anche sul lavandino oltre che nella vasca da bagno: così da non sprecare saponette e la loro confezione.

Alcune cose da migliorare. Peccato.

Ho soggiornato presso il Best Western Tre Torri da diversi anni e so che le camere sono piccole come pure ottima è la colazione. Ma questa volta ho trovato (almeno nella mia camera n° 120) dei problemi che non avevo mai riscontrato prima. Polvere sulla parte posteriore dei comodini (alla faccia della sanificazione della stanza) le tende sono piccole e non si riescono a chiudere col grosso inconveniente che la mattina ti svegli con la luce (io sono molto sensibile). Sarebbe meglio l'utilizzo di tende totalmente oscurate e delle dimensioni corrette. Ultimo problema sono i nuovi sanitari. Circolari e di piccole dimensioni. Francamente scomodi e poco funzionali anche se magari di design. In bagno serve la funzionalità e non il design.

Tenendo presente che siamo ancora nel periodo del Covid e quindi dei protocolli di sanificazione, sono profondamente deluso e preoccupato. La camera scelta era la suite, mi spiace scrivere che nel WC c'era ciò che qualcuno aveva lasciato prima del mio arrivo. Mi hanno dato un'altra camera, mi hanno fatto uno sconto, ma sinceramente non posso essere certo della sanificazione in generale.

La camera doppia uso singolo era molto piccola. Durante la notte si accendeva, senza ragione, la luce dell'anticamera (piccola). Per darvi un'idea, in bagno se si era seduti sul water si aveva il portarotolo quasi davanti al naso. Non posso credere ci siano stanze progettate in questo modo. Poco accoglienti.
