We stayed here mostly because it was close to the Valley of the Temples (which btw are not worth going to if you've been to the Acropolis).
It's a nice property, with an ok breakfast, and good staff.

The hotel is well located at the entrance to Agrigento on the side of the Valley of Temples, which can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. It has a beautiful large garden with views of the temples. Easy and free hotel parking, good breakfast.

The property is very close to the monuments walking distance to the entrance . The gardens are beautiful lots of seating available Valle di Agrigento can be seen. The only negative I had was that the shower floor was very slippery .

Great view of the temples

This is a beautiful hotel with fantastic views over the Valley of the Temples. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with the most massive bed. Unfortunately the mattress was too firm for me so I didn’t have the most comfortable sleep but that’s just a personal preference. The grounds are beautiful with plenty of places to sit, especially to enjoy the evening view. There was a decent selection at breakfast. I’d happily stay again.

We wanted to stay at a hotel next to the temples. The hotel is nice and well located but the room we got was really warm despite the central air conditioning supposedly working. The lobby was fresher than our room with the AC working. Upon reporting the problem, we got a fan to cool the room down which was noisy and not cooling the room much more. We stayed at lower star hotels (3 stars) and the air conditioning worked (not like on this 4 star hotel).

To top it off, when we were checking out, we mentioned we consumed 2 waters from the mini bar. The checkout staff charged us for this when they could have redeemed themselves a little bit for the warm room. Complete lack of empathy and service for the guests. I would not recommend staying in this hotel that I doubt is 4 stars.

My family of 6 recently stayed at this property and we absolutely enjoyed every min. The location is perfect to visit the Valley of the Temples. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and breakfast was great. Our rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

There is nothing around the hotel. It was old but clean. One could walk to the ruins but nothing else. Had to drive a distance to restaurants. Would have been quiet but a dog barked nearby for hours in the night.

Hotel staff was very friendly. They gave us great recommendation for dinner just steps away from the property.
Also, very good to have parking available, sin driving in Agrigento is a nightmare.
This is a four start hotel but the bedroom looked like a 2 star hotel, or worse, and the bathroom, well, I cannot even rate it. It needed a serious update. Very small, old, mirror with damages,poor lighting and in bad conditions. There were no hangers for towels. No toiletries offered. Old hair dryer. All painted in beige, no ceramic. Definitely it is not like in the pictures.
I asked at the front desk but I could not get my room changed.
I would not be back, just because of how bad the bathroom was .

The location and view was spectacular. Quick walk for dinner or coffee. Easy to walk to Valley of the Temples. There was a large outdoor area/ garden overlooking the Mediterranean where you could sit and enjoy. The staff were always happy, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and had a great shower. Breakfast in the mornings was fresh with a huge variety. Will definitely be coming back!

Hotel recommended by our cousin who neat Agrigento. Very clean hotel. Rooms were good size and clean. They had a restaurant that was open for the breakfast buffet only. Very good food, all fresh. Hot out of the oven croissants (cornetto) cakes, meats, cheeses, fruit, scrambled eggs.
The grounds were beautiful! Botanical garden to walk through. Views overlooking the Valley of the Temples were stunning.
We would definitely stay here again when we return.

The hotel is a beautiful property. The lobby and public rooms are beautifully furnished. There is a large covered patio where you can have drinks at gaze at the Valley of the Temples in the distance. At night the ruins are lit up and you can see them from the hotel. Our room was lovely, and we had dinner at the hotel, which was very convenient as there was not a lot to walk to and we didn't want to drive. We were able to walk to a cafe for lunch. Dinner was fine. We had a view of the ruins and the ocean from our room window, which was beautiful. The room was modern and lovely. All in all this is an exceptional property with friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.

I had thought that I requested a room with a view and the price of our room did reflect this. It was a great disappointment to have a terrible view of the backyard considering the amount we paid.

This is a bit of a gem. I arrived here tired and weary having picked the hotel on a bit of a whim. I spend a glorious peaceful evening in the lounge with some excellent wine. The bedroom was spotless. Breakfast was fine and overseen by an outstanding gent who was matte d’hotel, and followed by a coffee in the beautiful garden with some lovely sunshine. The staff whether on the front desk, bar or restaurant could not have been more helpful. Overall excellent - a quiet gem in southern Sicily; thank you.

Shower did not drain. Parking lot is small and difficult to maneuver in if there are other vehicles parked there. Hotel is walkable to some nearby restaurants, but there’s no consistent sidewalk to walk on towards the park and other restaurants.

Beautiful hotel with great views

The location is great for visiting the Valley of the Temples. The A/C wasn't the best, but we opened the window and it was comfortable. When we checked in I wish we would have been told about the beautiful and huge gardens that are part of the hotel. We could have gotten some beautiful pictures of the temples lit up at night from the garden terrace, but we were never told it was even back there. Ditto for the fact that they served food in the evening. They need to be better at sharing the amenities of their hotel. I would have rated it better if I could have taken advantage of some of the amenities they offer. We were given our key and that was it.

Our room was very clean and the bed sheets are the whitest we seen so far in Sicily. AC wasn’t working well the 1st night, so the next morning we informed so to the very polite lady at the desk about the issue, and she got on it right away, by the time we came back from
the temples it was already working fine (although a bit loud)
The best here is the restaurant! The view is superb, and the food was the best we had in the 3 weeks we spent in Sicily. We ate here the both nights we stayed & I gotta admit: we would go back to stay at this hotel just to have dinner at its restaurant.
While the service was high end and the food was truly amazing, the bill came with very fair prices.
The spicy pasta was incredible and so was the fresh fish. The desserts were succulent.
The service was also top notch.

This hotel's entire outside is under construction full of dust and workers. The A/C did not work, the room refrigerator had to be replaced. They had to move us at 8pm to another hotel because it was 90 degrees hot outside. They should not take reservations until they are in condition to properly host guests. This property should not be classified as 4 stars.

Great Hotel To visit the Vally of Temples

Very clean and well located hotel. Friendly staff well trained in customer service. Excellent standards throughout the hotel. Ideally placed to visit the Valley of Temples. Breakfast rather awkward with the Covid situation and of course we didn’t get any tea or coffee in the communal areas. Was difficult not having tea making facilities in the room as we always use that as a criteria for booking. Nevertheless we have given a 5 star review as we could award them no less. The bedroom was spotlessly clean and good quality bed linen with extra pillows and quilts. Basic toiletries, shower gel soap and shower cap . Beautiful gardens and stunning views from the property. We would definitely use this hotel again and would recommend

The Only issue wew had is that google maps positions this in the wrong place, accross the street.

The location of this hotel was phenomenal! It was walking distance to the valley of temples and the museum. We actually ate in the hotel dining room and it was excellent, but there were several restaurants with great ratings wIthin a five minute walk.
The staff was friendly and informative… The free morning breakfast was outstanding.

If I should ever be in Agrigento again, this is the hotel I would choose!

Very close to Valley of the Temples.

This hotel is in a great location for seeing the Valley of the Temples. The front staff was very helpful. The breakfast had both hot and cold options with fresh fruit and pastries in a nice atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and the water pressure was good.

Very friendly/helpful staff. The facilities are beautiful. Parking was free and convenient. The air conditioner and wi-fi worked well and we had a TV. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the meal was excellent. It is close to the Valley of the Temples; in fact, you can see some of the them from the hotel patio.

The interior is nicely decorated with typical Sicilian ceramics. The garden is lovely with a view of the temples. You can walk to the museum and to the temples in about 30 minutes. Nice place!
