Staff are super friendly. About a 15 min walk from the station. On the way u will pass by a Max Value supermarket that closes at 11pm. Beautiful public onsen. Free 1 hr private selected onsen and some has a very small fee. Dinner was amazing and is served early between 6 to 7pm sittings, so after dinner and onsen, we headed to the supermarket to grab some snacks. Breakfast were definitely a highlight as well. We went there for our anniversary and the host gifted us a nice picture for memoirs.

Excellent service! Breakfast and dinner were amazing. So much thoughts and efforts put into the food presentation, we truly appreciate the Japanese Kaiseki. Room was clean and cosy. Over the 3 night stay, we tried the public and family onsens. The public onsen has a wonderful snow-capped mountain view! Despite the icy cold weather, we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor public onsen. So relaxing!

This was our first time ever in a ryokan and we could not have enjoyed it more! The staff here is wonderful- totally committed to your comfort and sooo helpful. We are from US and do not speak Japanese but everyone was patient and worked with us. And the food- incredible!!!

Very good service, the ryokan emailed us immediately after our booking, to ask about the number of guests to prepare the amenities. They provided free pick up service from the train station as well. The dinner and breakfast was very yummy. The ryokan was very cost and futons very comfortable!

가족여행으로 다녀왔고 료칸이 처음이신 부모님께서 너무 좋아하셨습니다. 가이세키가 코스형식으로 나오고 직원들이 친절해서 더 좋아하셨어요. 물론 노천온천도 좋았습니다. 야외에서 씻을때가 좀 춥긴했는데 그마저도 좋은기억으로 남아있습니다.

入住前，旅館會email聯絡，提供相關資訊，而且提問後很快會回覆，令安排行程更加方便。環境很好，旅館範圍內已有很多特色地方拍照。職員有禮，基本上可以英語溝通，旅館設有獨立湯屋，可以一家人一齊享用。但得一小時其實有少許匆忙。晚餐美味，賣相也很精緻。但有指定時間，安排行程就要留意一下。
不過入住當日發現廁板上留有污漬沒有清潔，紙巾也沒有refill。
車站步行約10分鐘可到達，不過沿途沒有地方遮蓋，如果下雨就會有點狼狽。

전반적으로 만족. 가성비도 좋고 가이세키 저녁과 벤토같은 아침 다 좋음! 간도 세지 않고, 아주 건강식으로... 짜고 매운 음식에 길들여진 입맛에는 심심할수 있음. 직원들의 서비스도 좋왔고 시설도 깨끗했고 노천탕도 아주 좋왔음! 역이나 버스터미널에서도 비가 오거나 너무 춥거나 짐이 많치 않음 걸을만함. 송영서비스는 없는것 같음!

정말 최고였습니다. 다들 어쩔 줄 모를 정도로 친절하셨고 한국어가 가능한 직원이 있어서 의사소통도 불편하지 않았습니다. 역에서 걸어서 10분 거리이면서 한적한 곳에 있어 위치도 좋았습니다. 대욕장도, 가이세키도 모든 것이 다 기억에 남습니다. 재방문 의사 200퍼센트입니다.

유후인 역에서 도보로 약 20분(천천히 걸어가는 기준) 기린코 호수 약 20분 관광 명소들 도보로 이동하기 좋은 위치에 있었고 조식, 석식 모두 맛있고 좋았습니다. 남자 둘이 여행했는데 방도 크고 료칸도 퍼블릭, 프라이빗으로 나뉘어 다양하게 온천욕을 즐길 수 있었고 료칸 바로 앞 카페 그리고 걸어서 약 8분내 맥스벨류 마트가 있어 좋았습니다. 무엇보다 주변이 너무 조용해서 휴식하기에는 최고의 숙소가 아니였나 싶어요 또한 직원분들도 너무 친절하시고 한국말도 조금씩 하셔서 소통하기도 너무 편했습니다. 휴식과 온천욕이 필요하시다면 꼭!! 추천 드립니다.

유후인에 어울리는 운치있는 숙소
유후인 시내와 대체로 가까운 편입니다. 숙소의 구조물이 토토로의 배경이 되었다는 유후인과 매우 잘 어울립니다. 한국어를 꽤 잘하시는 스텝이 있습니다. 제일 큰 노천온천이 하루에 한번 남여 사용이 바뀌는데 어느 쪽이든 시설이 좋고 넓었습니다. 제가 간 날은 구름이 많은 날이라 유후다케산이 잘 보이지 않았지만, 날이 좋으면 온천에서의 풍경이 좋을 듯 합니다. 석식과 조식 모두 맛있었고 양도 충분했습니다. 식사 중간에 스텝이 아이들을 위해 간단한 이벤트도 해주었고요.
