スタッフのおもてなしがとても良い宿です。湯布院のメインストリートまで観光案内付きで送迎してくれました。また、宿泊当日は花火大会だったのですが、私の部屋からは見えなかったためスタッフの方に相談したところ、特別にベットメイキング待ちの部屋を解放してくれました。貸切温泉もとてもGOOD！宿泊費以上のサービスで大満足です。

유후인 버스터미널에서 걸어서 10분 정도 걸렸구요 주변 경관이 좋습니다. 사장님이 간단한 영어는 하셔서 의사소통에는 크게 문제가 없었고 엄청 친절하셔서 기분이 좋았습니다. 차로 긴린코호수까지 데려다주시고 관광 후에 다시 픽업오셔서 장도 편하게 봤네요 자전거도 무료로 대여해주시고 온천 이용시간 미리 얘기하고 방에서 쉬고 있으면 전화주시는데 온천이 정말 최고였습니다. 따끈뜨끈매끈하니 물이 질이 다르고 샤워시설이 같이 있으며 단독으로 사용한 점이 정말 좋았습니다.

버스정류장까지 걸어서 오가면 거리가 꽤 되는데 따로 신청하지도 않았는데 아침일찍 나가니까 사장님께서 유후인 버스정류장까지 태워다 주셨습니다. 이 점 편한것도 있고, 겨울에 이용하였는데 방도 따뜻해서 만족하였습니다. 저랑 같이 온 친구들 다 반응 좋았습니다. 추천드려요. 와이파이도 잘 통합니다.

저희는 삼층에 묵었었는데 담배냄새가 너무 심했어요. 그나마 방에 들어가면 괜찮았었고 정말 다다미 방이라는 것을 처음 접했었는데 춥더라고요. 한국이 왜 좋은지 알려줬던 계기.... 온천 물은 그냥 온천 물이었는데 깨끗하지는 못했던 것 같아요. 다른 분들 말대로 사장님이 정말 친절하셨고 저희 엄마랑 언니 말로는 조식에 나왔던 녹차가 맛있었대요.

조석식포함 20만원대 료칸은 사실 유후인에서 볼 수 없는 가격이라 긴가민가하면서 예약했습니다. 물론 고급 료칸은 아니지만 가격을 생각한다면 최고인것 같네요. 일단 주인장분이 되게 친절했습니다 중간중간 말이 막혀도 끝까지 의사소통 하려고 노력해주셨고 하나하나 신경써주셔서 좋았네요. 덕분에 4인 가족 잘쉬다 갑니다^^
