I'm a solo traveler and spent four nights at Hasuwa in September intending to do some light touring and catching up with my reading and writing. The hotel is owned by an older Japanese couple and staffed with international crews who speak good English. I was given a room with the views of the mountains and the hotel's hot springs. The facilities are basic but clean and functional. Being a light-sleeper, I rested well despite of the occasional passing-by trains. I am particularly impressed by the hospitality of the owners. In addition to offering pick-ups and lifts to the bus terminal, the owners offered to take me on a ride to Beppu and we did a hot sand bath together on my last day of the stay considering that it rained all four days while I was there. I left with a warm feeling about the place. I invite you to experience the Hasuwa hospitality soon.

별채 공간에는 침실이 2군데로 나뉘어 2팀이 사용하기 편하고 거실도있어 저녁에 얘기나누기도 좋아요. 산이 보이는 탁트인 경치와 한적한 시골마을 분위기라 더 좋네요. 온천도 저녁식사도 모두 만족합니다. 부모님들고 좋아하셨어요.

湯布院有個人湯屋的日式旅館
這次入住挺驚艷的，唯一可惜的是車站接送服務已經取消了，不過我一個人入住含早晚餐，還有溫泉，房內有廁所，榻榻米房，大概25K我覺得很滿意，這家旅館四間私人湯屋都不錯，尤其戶外兩個，餐食也不錯。離車站走路大概十分鐘，還可以接受，不然叫計程車也可以~旅館有四台免費腳踏車可以使用。非常感謝！

관리하시는 분들이 젊으신데 굉장히 친절함, 시설은 오래되었으나 깨끗하게 관리됨. 방이 6개인가 있어 붐비지않아 좋은데 일본인반 한국인 반이었음. 석식,조식 맛있음. 노천탕2개 실내탕 2개인데 아무도 안써서 1박2일동안 울가족만 3번씀. 노천탕중 하나가 크기가 커서 4아가족에 애기들은 물놀이가능함. 유일한 단점은 좀 추움. 코타츠안은 따뜻한데 바닥도 차서 난방 쌩쌩트니 너무 건조함. 근데 이건 일본 모든 숙소가 그랬어서 그냥 그러려니함.

상당히 만족합니다. 가성비 좋고 방도 넓고 깨끗해요. 일단 직원이 영어를 매우 잘하시구여, 셔틀이 있어 너무 편리했어요 ㅠ 그날 아기가 아팠고 비도 와서 버스터미널에서 은근 멀게 느껴졌는데 마중 오셔서 너무 좋았고, 중간에 마트에 들려서 장도 보게 해주셨어요. (너무너무 고마워요) 다다미방은 일본 방 치고 상당히 컸고, 방에 큰 문을 열면 정원이 보이는 이쁘고 아담한 방이었습니다. 밤에 즐기는 노천탕은 너무 좋았고 많이 안뜨거웠어요. 실내 욕실(욕실겸 온천) 은 은근 커서 2-3인도 가능할거 같고 넓고 좋았어요. 조식은.... 밥이 참 맛있었어요 ㅎㅎ 갈때도 역시 셔틀 운행 해주셨고 또 가고싶어요!

服務態度良好，基本上有求必應；地點與JR站有點距離，但只要預先作預約，盡可能安排專車接送至JR站；懐石料理晚餐豐富，但日式早餐略為少了點；兩間戶外的風呂環境不錯，只是沒有花灑淋浴有點不便，但可以鎖上門獨自享受，全館只有7間房共用。

세련된 느낌의 숙소는 아닙니다.
예상했던 것 보다 조금 더 오래된 건물의 느낌이 들었습니다.
그치만 친절한 주인분과 직원분들 덕분에 할머니댁에 놀러온듯한 친근하고 편안한 느낌을 받았습니다. 자전거도 무료로 이용할 수 있어서 사방이 산으로 둘러싸인 유후인을 자전거로 산책하는 잊지 못할 경험을 할 수 있었구요. 그리고 야외에 위치한 온천이 아주 만족스러웠습니다.

只能說得上是有膳食供應的民宿
如果大家抱著入住酒店的心情，恐怕會有點失望，如果說是民宿還可接受，旅館合共有四個溫泉，但不要抱太大期望，溫泉只是較浴缸大些少，戶外雖然有私人溫泉，但沒有花灑裝置，沖涼不是很方便，我訂了兩間房，旅館安排了一間獨立屋，但只得一個廁所，不是很方便。
