Pleasant short stay

Spacious apartment, clean, minimal housekeeping, room doors very noisy, need to oil the hinges, swimming pool was very crowded (holiday period). Overall was a pleasant stay.

NOT EVEN STAY THIS HOTEL ANYMORE

Very Bad experience and terible hotel during this stay.. My room is with kitchen, but no provide any utensils set, as need to request only have.. the pan is very very old and thin, can't even cook... bedsheet very old and dirty, floor no mop at all... No Chinese channel, no water dispenser to refill outside the room, need to buy. The cleaner staff very bad, haven check out, got cleaner direct come in with key, luckily got lock the door.. very no privacy and NO holiday feel.. ataff very not friendly.. WILL NOT EVEN STAY THIS HOTEL ANYMORE.. IF YOUR GUY NEED TO STAY THIS HOTEL, PLEASE THINK TWICE..DON'T KNOW WHY THEIR HOTEL GOT KITCHEN, LIKE NOT TO GIVE GUESS TO USE, NEED TO REQUEST ONLY HAVE IT.

Steep price for food and beverages. Property not connected to the beach but have to access beach crossing a public road. Beach congested with people no privacy at all. Property severely lacks parking space. Dirty, murky swimming pool because guest used the pool fully clothed.No restaurant or coffee house in the property. The only thing I can give credit is its clean and well-maintained apartment units.

Its gud coz we can just walk to the beach n de kids can enjoy de swimming pool. Unfortunately cant cook n our car got scratched by other car at parking lot coz the parking lot is too narrow n cramp.plz upgrade de parking system.

Terrible and run down place

It's such an old property that desperately needs upgrading. The staff tries hard to work in a the property and we checked out after 1 night's stay. Will not recommend as the carpet are needs shampooing and toliet tiles are moldy.

Nece hotel with clean beach

Went there for family vacation and we took the 3 bedroom apartment. We got the beach view which was very nice. The beach is clean but avoid going on the weekends as it open for public as well and will be crowd with the public. The hotel also provided BBQ place with surcharge.

Breakfast buffet is good.The area also have water activity like banana boat and jet ski which was fun.

The only thing that need to improve is their facilities because a lot of it is quite old but overall nice hotel for family trip and definitely will go back.

Good job on the hotel management.

Ancasa Port Dickson is a lousy place

This is the worst suite apartment anyone can ever stay. I am deeply dissapointed and concerned over over the integrity of the management in running the Apartment which carries the Ancasa brand. The facilities are old and not working. The wall paints are dirty. I was checked into my first apartment where we found a big lizard stuck to the kitchen door. The phone is not working and the wall was vandalised. There are mugs in the kitchen unwashed and the toilet is so dirty and facilities not in working conditions. After complaining to a supervisir we were checked into a different room. There are still lizards loitering around. The window handle is broken and the kitchen is in a very sorry state. The whole apartment building looks very very old and about to collapsed with the paint look so dull.

The worst of all, there is no wifi service in the rooms.

I truly felt cheated of our money. We paid over RM2000 for such a lousy, run down place.

I am truly dissapointed over how the apartment was managed. I know that Ancasa have goood hotels around Malaysia but what happened to this one? It is the worst accomodation experience I ever encoutered in all these years of travelling around.

I am also dissapointed at Hotel.sg as you should have made some research before posting up the good photos in your website. I truly truly felt cheated.

Just so crowded..

It could have been better, referring to my earlier stay a few years back. This time around it was just too many people. Obviously a popular place for family gathering and corporate family days. Crowded all facilities everywhere - restaurant and especially swimming pool. every hang out place was crowded. Poolside karaoke blasting into the midnight, too noisy to have a good night rest for the rest. I took two apartments and in each, there was ac unit not working. Waste of time telling front desk as they either don't bother escalating or doing anything about it or very short of hand, or no option to move guests to other apartment... Location though is very good.

Fuss-free. Family friendly.

Situated in a very quiet area, with a 7-11 located 10 minutes walk away. 2-bedroom unit was very cost and comfortable for a family of 4 adults. Our bedrooms were facing the sea so we had pretty good views. Check-in process was pretty erratic and front desk staff could improve on their communication and efficiency. Our towels were also not changed in the morning after housekeeping tidy up the rooms, and the request to have them changed was not promptly attended to as well. Nonetheless, Ancasa is one of the better maintained and equipped residential properties in the area for family trips.

Recommended..easy to find..nearby beach.nice swimming pool..love the breakfast variety of foods very delicious.except need to improve on lightning .. too dark in the night and pillow too soft..my 2nd time stay here.will come again.

Location was good, walking distance to the beach and pasar malam. Good for family staycation / outing. My family of 4 stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Our neighbours had approx 30 pax in their room during the day. Had a great sea view from our room.

Cons:
Room was not so clean, can see dust and dirt on the bed and sofa. Slope at the lobby was really slippery during rainy days. Had a very bad fall right on the first day. Upgrading works need to be done.

the experience is suck. How can they rent out the apartment when it is in bad conditions ? We booked for 2 nights but immediately checked out on the second morning, wasted the money for one night rental. The apartment is smelly, dark, carpet is dirty, air cond in a room not functioning, water heater in a bathroom also spoiled, no activity at all at night time. Totally uncomfortable experience. Definitely wont go back again even get a complimentary offer.

The hotel was great but the check in took 1 hour and customer had to stand and Que in line. It was during peak weekend and only 2 reservation staff on duty. We only received the towel at 8pm. The management should look into this matter and improved it because the hotel is good bin term of size, facilities and location. (We have many ants companies us in the room)
