We booked a room for 3 people, contacted the property in advance to inform them that we will be arriving late, after midnight and asked if the room could be prepared with the extra bed for the 3rd person so that we could have a fuss free check in. Asked again when checking in if the room was already set up, told that it should be and if not to call them from the room. Main focus of the person checking us in was trying to get us to pay for an upgrade even though we should have been offered it as part of Expedia's VIP stay. Room was only set up for 2 people, waiting over 45mins after 1am and a long day of travel for the rollaway bed to be brought to our room.

Location is ok, over the road is the promenade and 10-15mins walk inland are decent coffee and food options.

Our room with sea view was also facing the busy main road, you do hear a lot of the noise. It was bad during rush hour but manageable at night.

Best location . Walking distance to all tourist attractions, 12 minutes walk to Nizami street - nice shopping mall and few restaurants are just cross street of the hotel . Staff were very friendly, helpful! Special Samir at the front desk . He is amazing, speak perfect English and goes extra miles to help the guests. Also The Bar manager Shar Yar was very helpful too always trying to help us. Good housekeeping, bed was comfortable. Also breakfast was very delicious! Variety food and best Azerbaijan tea. I definitely recommend this hotel .

The map of the road closures and Baku Circuit traffic restrictions should be emailed to the guests in advance (even you local and licensed can driver didn't know where to drop us off) instead of being left in the room (if I'm already in the room that means we've managed to get to the hotel already). Same as the fact there was a complimentary shuttle provided from the temp reception desk to the hotel - we carried our suitcases around and across the track.

Stayed for 5 nights in June. Lovely hotel, great locality. Really walkable into the old city and the Bay Area. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Felt very safe even in the evening. Lots of local families out enjoying the promenade etc. Fantastic options for shopping nearby including a small supermarket in the small mall opposite. Close to the F1 pit lanes. The views of the F1 track would be amazing during the Grand Prix. Lovely city, a great stay.

Did not like the way the hotel staff treated me. Firstly they charged me for the upgrade. Secondly, the person who came to pick me up- can’t stop and park the car because there is a sign Stop is prohibited . The hotel staff is in an agreement with police, so police is writing up the fees. I asked the security guy to remove a cone to let the vehicle park while picking me up. He said he does not understand Russian. I asked in English, he shrugged the shoulders and left me . Terrible service. After I made a first comment via Expedia- the staff stopped me at the desk and reimbursed the money. Should have not charge it in a first place. The discount for breakfast I did not receive despite asking.

Excellent location. 5 minutes walk to Nizami street. In front of the hotel there's a mall. The staff and the service were great. I was given a room overlooking the street on my first night and I couldn't sleep, i brought this problem to the staff at 12 am and they were quick to change my room.

Location is great. close to all attractions on foot inclduing shopping malls. Breakfast did not have egg benedict, had to go to hilton right next to radisson for breakfast. They had egg benedict. They may also introduce hot milk tea in their menu. Overall, great chocie to spend holdiays at Radison.

Fantastic hotel near the seafront!

Highly recommended. I enjoyed my short stay in Radisson. The staff were very helpful. My room was spacious and clean. Breakfast served in the restaurant was tasty - a lot of options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the fruit tea as I wasn’t feeling well. The restaurant serves some traditional dishes, e.g. dushbere and dolma.

My stay at Radisson Baku was somewhat underwhelming compared to the typical Radisson experience. The hotel delivered standard quality, but lacked the premium touch I’ve come to expect from the brand.

The bar was just okay—not terrible, but nothing special either. However, the location was a standout. Situated in the heart of Baku, it’s within walking distance of key attractions like the Baku Boulevard, Old City, and a variety of restaurants and shops. The central location made it easy to explore the city and enjoy its vibrant atmosphere.

Overall, while the location was excellent and a highlight of the stay, the rest of the experience felt average, falling short of the usual Radisson standard.

Great hotel in an excellent location. Across the road from the sea & a shopping centre. Beautiful 20 mins flat walk into the centre. Used Bolt for taxi to airport. Very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend the hotel. We had a great stay.

Convenient location. Some of the staff provided good service but some seems really frustrated when you clarified with them about certain mistakes they made. The room key doesnt work for me everyday! Even from the second time onwards, I never kept it near my phone!

We had the Caspian sea view which was perfect. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and had some time to look through some of the books on display in the lobby which gave me further insight into this beautiful country. Decent sized mall steps away and much larger mall at 28 May area which is around 5-10 min drive (I walked there in about 1/2 hr and love the area.) Would definitely stay here again when in Baku.

I had a great experience. They checked in was incredible. The manager, Mr. OZHAN was extremely courteous professional offer me an upgrade and I had the opportunity to upgrade with. Yes an extra charge, but it was really worth it because I had to opportunity to have a beautiful ocean view in the 11th floor with a terrace which I highly recommend for whoever wants to have a fantastic night. he like I said was very attentive. He realize that it was our anniversary. And he went an extra mile being very courteous, making us feel at home for our wonderful anniversary. The place was fantastic. Location was incredible very close to everything and again, Mr. Ozhan is somebody to recognize. There is a lot of shopping around. The cinema is right across the street. Excellent place.

Very helpful and welcoming team - great location

We were very glad we chose this hotel. We wanted a clean hotel with all the essential amenities, knowing that we would be out and about most of the time, so that we did not in room luxury as such. Cleanliness and space were more important.
The staff were very helpful, expecially in giving tips for evenings out and in arranging a clinic to come in and do our pre-departure covid pcr tests.

Toiletries are relatively simple but perfectly adequate.
I ordered a room service breakfast one morning and it was lovely. Lots of fresh, tasty fruit, bread, cheeses and omelette. Great value for money.
The hotel is well located for a gentle stroll into the main centre around Fountain Square and also for the corniche as well as having the Park Bullvar shopping mall right opposite. Our sea view rooms gave onto a lovely view of the Caspian Sea and the corniche.
Thank you to all the team for their welcome and ever present helpfulness with any request.

location is a plus. during formula 1 time they provided collection or transfer point opposite to Rashid Behbudov Song Theatre which was very helpful giving rides to from the hotel. Lobby has only 5 seaters. I could not use shuttle bus to airport due to blocked roads according to the receptionist. room service and cleaning is super.

Great location on Baku Boulevard, short walk from Old Town and the city centre.
Staff all round were fantastic.
Room was clean and modern with good views, though a little sparse for a 'Junior Suite'.
Food was OK, but drinks are bit pricey for Baku.
All in all a good stay and I would definitely return.
