Another Amazing Stay!
This was our second year staying at this hotel, and once again, they did not disappoint! The location is perfect, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a premium room, which was a wonderful touch—especially since we were traveling with a toddler.
The pool, beach, and water slides were absolutely fantastic and kept our little one entertained for hours. Whether you're traveling with kids or not, this hotel has something for everyone. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation experience!

This was our second time staying at this beautiful resort, and it was just as amazing as we remembered. The staff were warm and welcoming, and we truly appreciated the room upgrade — it made our stay even more comfortable.
Our son had a fantastic time at the water slide pool and the kids club, which were both highlights of the trip. The resort’s location is also perfect — very convenient and close to a variety of great dining options.
We’re already looking forward to returning next summer

I just want to say a big thank you for a fantastic stay during my recent vacation. Everything—from the room to the service—was absolutely perfect, and I truly felt relaxed and well taken care of throughout my time there.

A special thanks to Mr. Serdar, General Manager, for going above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. His friendly attitude, helpfulness, and attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed and really made a difference in my experience.

Please pass on my thanks to the rest of the staff as well with again special thanks to Ms. Evrim at the Customer Relations and Ms. Gözde at the Lobby. Everyone was so welcoming and professional, and it made my stay all the more enjoyable. I’m already looking forward to coming back one day!

Great place to stay. Breakfast was great with so many options, beach was wonderful and if you are with little kids, the hotel has a pool with water slides which was wonderful. I would highly recommend this place and I will stay again there when I go back. The only downside was that no one spoke English other than everything was great!

We had a great stay at the hotel. It was very clean, and the rooms looked good, although there were a few minor issues. The staff was excellent and very helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which was very fulfilling.

However, the only downside is that the hotel’s beach is too close to a public beach. Our friends’ kids had their shoes taken, and unfortunately, someone took money out of our bag that we had planned to use for tips.

The overall resort is very nice and you can easily stay here for a week snd relax. It also has a short trip into Alacati.
The room was not clean, and even after advising staff of this, was never cleaned properly.
Almost no English spoken at the resort, which makes all interactions difficult.
Also got ripped off at reception booking a taxi.

Great facilities and good looking hotel but the 5-star ends there. The service was very disappointing, very hard to get any drinks in a timely manner and haphazard approach to billing. Some waiters had to come back 3-4 times to get an order of 2 drinks correct!

When it comes to meal-times, the food is awful, not even 3-star quality let alone 5-star. Don't opt for half-board or full-inclusive, eat outside! The outside facilities are a 100 times better and much cheaper.

For the advantage of the pool and beach it wasn't worth paying the extra for this. I would recommend a small boutique hotel in Alacati centre itself and day-trips to beaches / pools as you wish. Every day we were leaving the hotel to find some \"life\" and good food.

Not sure how this is rated the best hotel in Alacati area... I wouldn't return.

Good experience overall. The only negative was the noise coming every night from the adjacent beach club. You can't enjoy the sea view at night because of that. Staff very friendly, breakfast was average for the price. Seawater was cold.

The hotel was absolutely amazing, it felt like a luxury holiday! I would highly recommend staying here and would 100% stay here again. We had everything we could ever think of at our beck and call - especially loved the 3 restaurants to choose from, as well as the coffee bar. A special mention has to go to our waiter Burak who was fantastic! On our first night at the hotel, we couldn't decide what to eat and Burak suggested he could make us a cheeseburger - he could probably see it's what we needed after a long flight. The meal was amazing, the service was superb. I don't know if this is the standard in Turkey, but Burak really made our holiday that much more fantastic. On top of that, the hotel is so beautiful, I never wanted to leave. It's right on one of the best beaches in the area, and hotel guests have their own secluded section of the beach. Just looking at the picture makes me wish I was still there!

The “design” in the name does not only refer to the designer objects used in decorations, but more importantly uncovers a very well designed user experience while using the hotel facilities; the hotel is planned perfectly for the convenience and comfort for the guests. You do not get exhausted going from somewhere to somewhere, rooms are sufficiently spacious, the staff is helpful and nice... food is delicious as well.. looking at the pictures before getting there, I thought that the beach might be small but it was perfectly fine and again well planned.. some might think that the sea is a bit cold, but you get used to it as soon as you dive into.. a memorable stay for us, our 2.5 year old enjoyed it too :)

This is not only a great hotel, but it’s really a resort. Their staff at all levels are excellent, cultured & offer great service. As an example from our 2nd day, they remembered what kind of coffee we liked & how many sugars! Now this is service. Their Guest Services specialist, Buket Tandogan, is just great. She is both very helpful, attentive & goes above & beyond. Also, their spa was one of the main reasons of our extended stay at this hotel. Their Hamam, their staf’s expertise & helpfulness is superbly superior. Yaren, Batuhan & their colleagues provide an excellent service in the resturant which also has a great breakfast buffet, included in the rate. We will be back, enjoy your stay.

We stayed one night on a road trip. It was low season and most of hotels were still closed. We are more into charming boutique hotels... We had a good price for a nice room with a beautiful view!!! Very comfy bed. But also...
Very strong smell of perfume in the room.
Breakfast was horrible, the worse we had in 2 weeks in Turkey. Some people in the staff were nice, but generally very cold. You can’t walk 2 feet without having someone taking what you have in your hands (without asking if you need help) and carrying it for you. Very unpleasant feeling for me. It’s a nice, big, cold hotel.

Elegant and worth the stay

We stayed at Seya Beach for two nights in winter time. The hotel was elegantly decorated for Christmas and New Year’s Eve. It looked so elegant.. actually gorgeous!! The town was very quiet in winter as many shops and beach activities were closed, but Seya Beach made our visit so worth it, and we enjoyed the hotel atmo!

We were upgraded to a sea view room at check-in and enjoyed beautiful views of sunset and sunrise.

It is obvious that the management has taken care of the little details from the decor & design, to the rooms, music and food at breakfast restaurant. The food presentation was very nice. You can say that every thing was made with a style.

I will definitely stay again.

Beautiful hotel and facilities point by 18 hours of solid music. Hotel has to outside areas which play music - in opposition to each other. At night there is a nightclub which blasts out music until 3am. Such a pity because it is a lovely place.

Korkmaz beye teşekkür ederim bizimle çok iyi ilgilendi. Gece ve gündüz jiç etkinlik yapılmadı yada bizim ilgimizi çeken birşey olmadı. Animasyon falan yoktu havuz başında. Beach gayet güzel kumluk deniz çok soğuktu. Havuz iyiydi. Duş vs beach te vardı. Dinlenme tatili gibi düşünülebilir. Evcil hayvan çok fazlaydı biz gittiğimizde hem alaçatı çarşıda hem otelde bilginiz olsun. Bizim araca ya otelde yada çarşı otoparkta birisi sürtmüş otel ve çarşıdaki otoparka gifip bilgi verdiğimde hiçbiri oralı olmadı sadece bilgi almakla yetindiler. Bu konuda biraz zayıf buldum açıkçası.

Otel genel olarak çok keyifli, hem çocuklu hem çocuksuz ailelerin keyif aldığı bir otel kesinlikle. Kendi plajının olması Alaçatı için büyük konfor, Alaçatı merkeze araçla ulaşım yakın. Biz bir akşam kendi arabamızla bir akşam taksiyle git gel yaptık. Taksi de kabul edilebilir bir ücret tutuyor, mesafe olarak. Kahvaltısı açık büfe mükemmeldi. Plaj menüsünün biraz daha uygun fiyatlı olmasını dilerim. Fiyatlar uygun olsa birer değil ikişer üçer içerdik. Kesinlikle pahalıydı. Biz oda kahvaltı kaldık o yüzden yemekle ilgili yorum yapmıyorum. Ama kahvaltı mutfağı güzeldi, oda güzeldir kesin.

Otele bugün giriş yaptık. Karşılama esnasında hemen sizi özel hissettirmeye başlıyorlar. Deniz manzaralı oda satın almıştık ve buna istinaden çok güzel manzarası olan bir oda verildi. Odayla ilgili hiçbir problem olmamasına rağmen kişisel sebeplerle farklı bir oda talebinde bulunduk. Bunun üzerine ricamızı kırmayıp yapılabilecek en güzel şekilde bu talebimizi yerine getirdiler. Das Hotel und unser Zimmer mit Meerblick hat uns sehr gefallen, wir würden wiederkommen.
Wir hatten ein Auto und ein kostenloser Parkplatz stand uns zur Verfügung, deshalb waren wir flexibel und konnten Cesme leicht erkunden. Alternative zum Auto fahren auch kostenlose Shuttels vom Hotel, allerdings haben wir hier keine Erfahrung gemacht.

Erst ab dem 3 Tag hatten wir ein voll funktionsfähiges Zimmer erhalten wir hatten am ersten Tag schon Probleme und mussten das Zimmer ändern. Beim 2 Zimmer hatten wir einen Wasserschaden der room Service kommt erst nach dem 3 Anruf. Das Essen Abendessen war teuer und hat nach nichts geschmeckt und bei Aufforderung auf einen Entschädigung wurden wir nur hingewiesen das wir extrem laut und störerisch für andere Hotelgäste sind.

Bu zamana kadar gerek yurt içi gerek yurt dışında sayısız otelde konakladım.bu otelin personeli kadar dinamik,işini seven,güleryüzlü bir personele rastlamadım.hepsimi aynı olur sadece bu özelliklerinden dolayı bile tercih edilir.otelin konumu çok iyi bir yerde çarşıya ve diğer favori mekanlara çok yakın.temizlik kusursuz.biz yetişkin grubuyduk ama çocuklu ailede çok fazlaydı

Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum

Otel konumu güzel. Deniz ve plaji özellikle gok iyiydi.
Denizi temiz ve berrakti. Biz kara tarafi odada kaldik.
Temizligi ve oda büyüklügü çok iyiydi. Odalari
konforluydu. Yemekleri çok çesitli ve kaliteliydi. Mutlaka
her damak zevkine uygun bir şeyler bulunur. Özellikle dj ozzy müziklerine happy hour saatletine bayildik. Biz çok eglendik. Ama özellikle resepsiyonda Dilara hanimdan bahsetmek istiyorum. ilgisi, güler yüzle bizi karşilamasi ve yardimlari ile kendisine teşekkür etmek istiyoruz. Otelin girisinde güler yüzle ve müsteri odakli yaklasimlari karşilamas ile gerçekten fark yarattigini düşünüyoruz.
Tegekkürler. Tekrar mutlaka gelecegiz:)

Salle de bain dans un état exécrable, pommeau de douche cassé, personne ne vient le réparer. Ménage pas fait, juste draps tirés sur le lit, pas d’aspirateur ni lavage global. Service catastrophique au petit-déjeuner.

Wir waren generell zufrieden bis auf die Sauberkeit dieses Jahr hat es leider gefehlt.
Wenn ich das mit anderen Hotels vergleiche ist es der DJ der die ganze Stimmung voran bringt.
