We booked for a 2 night stag but left after the first night . No hot water in the shower or the taps. Empty tissue box in the room. Dirty looking sofa, empty water bottle from previous guests. Behind the tv and under the bed also dirty. Lighting in the rooms is very poor.

Room was clean and nice, the road,car,bike noise ll day and all night is so loud,you be lucky to get sleep,windows are old so keep very little noise out.pool was booked for maintenance never told.me thats why i booked, a good bit away from main bangkok, very cheap, so you pay for what u get.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Bella B for just under two weeks in September 2024, and absolutely loved it!! The rooms are like mini apartments with a bedroom, bathroom, small living room area and mjni kitchenette (microwave, mini fridge, sink, plates and bowls and coffee mugs). Downstairs past the lobby and outside is also a washer and dryer for clothing, it cost 30 baht (specifically with 10 baht coins) which I used often and housekeepinf provided me a way to hanf clothing up to dry. Housekeeping was also fantastic, they did a wonderful job even when we left the place quite messy a few times. The pool is also a great feature on the roof, and the hotel is within walking distance of IconSiam!! We had a great time, my only recommendation/warning would be that the hotel is not very well known and so it was difficult at times to get a Tuk-Tuk or taxi back to the place. Other than IconSiam the location was about a 20-30 minute Grab/Bolt ride (these are like Uber and Lyft) to other attractions, but rides are quite affordable so not really a big deal, plus when using Grab/Bolt the address you want to go to is provided so the location difficulties are easy enough to overcome! I would definitely recommend Bella B All Suites!!

Please and in particular the suite I stayed in was extremely clean it was well taken care of with very pleasant staff however English was certainly something that was difficult for them the pool area is lovely however I wouldn't do it during the day as the noise from the six lane highway did inpeed into the area even at night it was noisy. And the internet was extremely poor in its consistency it was cutting in and out regularly in my particular room. On a positive note they allow you to keep your luggage secured if you have the late flight this is most convenient as you can get out and enjoy Bangkok without all your luggage and knowing that they are safe overall for what I pay I still think this is good value for money however if you want better I would stay at the prince palace hotel for similar money it is grand and without equal two beautiful swimming pools wonderful opulent large well appointed rooms.

Staff so nice and took good care of us! We ha four rooms on same floor. Onl 4 blocks to fantastic mall Icon siam. Three blocks to public ferry which you can ride for an hour to last stop get off and ride back on next ferry. Cheap and you get to see entire city!!

Ok hotel with a nice pool

The pool area was really nice and looked like the ones from more expensive hotels. Breakfast was sufficient, you could order the kind of eggs you wanted and they were freshly made for you.
The hotel itself could use some renovation and we feel that the rooms didn’t really match the pictures. We also feel that the cleaning could be improved.

Not what I was expecting

I booked this hotel for my last for days in Bangkok. I checked out after staying there for two nights. The shower in the room was covered with black mold. We mentioned it to the person in the front desk and asked to have it cleaned up. They said it would be taken care off. When we got back to our room that night it was still in the same condition. So the following morning we checked out. The breakfast was very limited. They were always out of orange juice and the food was cold.

The room was spacious however lacking in basic comforts of a suite and minimally cleaned. While the floors were kept cleaned, the bathroom was modly and housekeeping missed all the nopks and crannies. The kitchen was an appealing feature for a picky eater traveling abroad however, no utensils, plates, paper towels, towels, or sponges were provided, making it essentially usueless without purchasing all these items. The safe in the room was broken and the wifi was inadequate to support media streaming which was dissapointing as the TV had only one channel in Thai. Small balconywas littered with cigarette buds and windows were dirty. Location was a few feet from highway so the view was u pleasant and the noise was constabnt. Five minute wall from Skytrain was rje best featute.
Fitness center was not conditioned so unusable. Minimal seating at rooftop pool was uncomfortable. Nice staff but difficult to commubciat with as they hardly understood English. Breakfast was a nice spread but often empty. still, this was more than you would get for the same price in most of the US but a real budget motel disguised as a hotel due to the room sizes.

This is an older but well-maintained hotel. The rooms' doors face a center area that is several floors high and looks gloomy. It gives the feeling of an apartment complex, rather than a hotel. The rooms are decorated in a contemporary style. Electricity in the room is controlled via the room's card key. Therefore, AC will be off and electrical outlets inoperable while you are away. You will be asked to pay a deposit for the card key and receive a receipt for your deposit.

The hotel offers a buffet which is varied and tasty. Within walking distance, you will find two or three small shopping centers with coffee shops, restaurants, etc.

It is a breeze to find transportation to the central business district and many other tourist attractions.

Comfortable Hotel Apartment with Friendly Staff

The hotel is built like a private apartment with good housekeeping and friendly staff, especially front counter ladies during check-in. Value for money spent during our first honeymoon in Thailand. Breakfast is well topped up. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one for life, especially my lovely gal. Our Facebook has been updated already. We'll recommend to our friends and relatives. Horrible, I would not recommend this place at all!

We booked in for 5 nights here but made a mistake with the booking and we were flying out a day earlier. The hotel was completely inflexible about refunding any money even though we told them as soon as we arrived. Generally the place wasn't very clean and everything was a bit run-down (broken deck chairs around the pool). Furthermore, there were all these hidden cost 1000 baht deposit for a key card. But the biggest shocker was the 1350 baht they got us to pay as we were checking out to clean our sheets. I would have thought cleaning sheets was a pretty standard cost included in the $70 a night we were paying but the hotel informed us they needed to send their expensive sheets away to be cleaned. Overall this was by far the worst (and most expensive) place we stayed during our 3 weeks in South East Asia.

This was a great place but a little too far from everything for us. We did do a 20 min walk to a storefront on the river; stopping at wats/temples on the way. But it is hard to get taxis to want to take you back to your hotel from the main Bangkok area.

Great Location

Large, decent rooms like a mini-apartment with microwave, fridge and sink. Good aircon. Well located 10min walk from BTS station making access to the rest of Bangkok simple and easy. Staff very helpful although some speak little English which makes communication difficult sometimes.

Not a good place for families. Situated on a roundabout between two busy roads. Dangerous walk to BTS station crossing up to six lanes of traffic, some on a blind bend. Traffic noise all night/day with HGV's and motorbikes revving at night a particular problem when you are trying to sleep. Pool has no step access/exit. Tip; if travelling into town on BTS in morning rush hour, go a couple of stops the other way first. Otherwise you could be on the platform a long time as trains are packed when they reach your station.

Massive disappoinment - Fails to do simple things.

A massive disappointment from the start. We arrived about 11pm after a 17 hour journey, the doorman/porter couldnt be bothered to help us with our 6 bags (me & 2 children) - was more concerned with lecturing the taxi for stopping and guarding the car park. After we struggled up the stairs to the foyer he magically reappeared on the inside and begrudgingly helped load onto the trolley but probably only because the reception staff could now see us & him.

Then he had the front to hover in the room for a tip even though he didnt show us the air con the Tv the card reader, do the door, tell us what time breakfast was, nothing!!!

Additional bed was just a sofabed so a bit uncomfortable due to the folds plus there was no bedding for it. Had to phone downstairs & wait & then the same porter forced his way in (my daughters getting changed) & I had to strong arm him away from their room. He couldnt understand what i needed and was quite aggressive. Had to call downstairs again and they said I had to wait to next day for the cleaners. I paid a supplement for extra bed/person so where is it?

Set-up sofabed requires moving table - underneath there were all these black hairs which were everywhere infact behind the sofa, under the curtains, in the shower trap, layer of dust over work surfaces. We had a kitchen but no cutlery/crockery.

Room looks out onto busy 5 lane road leading to main bridge- the noise is like the door/window is open as only 7 floors up & rubbish glazing.

I'd stay here again

I was worrird when I read previous comments. Prepared myself for a budget inn. A little hard to find, but worth it. Great help from receptionist desk. The bed was a little too firm, but large. A/C worked great! Light sleepers may have trouble with traffic and train noise. English channels showed a bit fuzzy. Overall, clean, large room.

Great value and well placed

Great value for money and convenient for skytrain service. Suite was roomy BUT no cutlery or crockery was provided for the kitchen, wifi didn't work throughout my stay and traffic noise might disturb a light sleeper. Swimming pool had no steps into the pool SO if you are slightly less than athletic getting in and certainly getting out is not an easy task and could be quite dangerous. Staff were attentive and restaurant was adequate

Nice hotel but suburban area and bad housekeeping

Decent swimming pool and gym. Housekeeping ladies do not change dirty pillow cases or sheets. Had pillow case with someone else's blood stain. Most of the staff for not speak English do very hard to communicate but nice staff. Breakfast was great probably the best part of the hotel however was either slow on restocking or no more finishing so early then the correct time at 10am.
Avoid the rock hard pillows but overall was happy with our stay

Neat & clean hotel, but location is problem

It is a neat & clean hotel. Amenities were very good and included a micro wave oven as well. A sky train station was just 5 min away. A ferry jetty was 10 min away. But being on the other side of Phraya River, tour operators were refusing to come and pick up from this hotel. So for all tours I had to find my own means to reach the spot. River cruise was just 20 min walking distance, still tour operator did not come to pick. It was strange to me.

This hotel is located very near to BTS, the room is comfortable even thought has the kitchen but do not have any utensils or bowl and plate to use. The bed is good as our room do not face the main road so we were able to sleep well. This hotel also has a swimming pool at 9 floor but do not have any stairs for us to use after our swim. Is dangerous and not safe for kids too. I may recommend for those who want a cheap hotel to stay for short trip.

Nice hotel close to BTS Train station

Overall e enjoyed our stay. The hotel has some lovely aspects to it including the beautiful rooftop pool area, the convinient gym and the longe area with computers. The rooms itself are lovely, the bedroom is spacious, modern and clean, a lovely kitchenette is available also.
The area surrounding the hotel is ok, close of nice small shopping complex with restaurants and grocery stores.
It is also within walking distance from the sky train which is handy and convenient when wanting to get more central eu thoughts having to pay a lot for a taxi.
Breakfast was ok, nice that it was a buffet and had a few different things to it.
It may have made our stay easier if there were more pamphlets about different activities and excursions to do available within the hotel, and if first point of contact staff spoke a little bit more English.
Overall our stay was nice and the staff were nice to and helpful when they could be.

Great for fans of prison architecture!

The room is really nice for the price, but that's because there are a lot of detractors. Lots of road noise in the room. The walk from the BTS isn't too far, but it crosses a busy road. The hotel's interior is bizzarely styled after a prison. The televisions are tiny.

1 Night Amazing Stay at Amazing Price

It's an amazing stay as all rooms are suites. We were on a corner suite.
Nothing great about views. Breakfast is ok and nothing to shout about. Close to the river Pier, just a few minutes walk. Highly recommended for comfort stay and an amazing affordable price in Bangkok. Only bad experience I had was asking the receptionist to book me a taxi to Don Muang Airport and to my surprise, the taxi was going to Suvarnabhumi airport until we had to make a big turn causing me double the journey time and taxi fare, luckily we left early.

Nice modern, not so great location, couldstayagain

Overall I had a great experience. The hotel had everything you need, a living room with a small balcony, chaise sectional, 2 tvs, fridge, 2 cups coffee, microwave, 2 free bottles of water. Sliding door for privacy, decent storage for luggage, a safe, tissue (it makes a difference :)) The furniture was modern and in good condition.

The staff were very friendly, they open your door upon entering and exiting a cab. (the only exception is the front desk woman mentioned in other reviews, she needs to smile and put a little more effort to make people feel appreciated.) Note, if you have her call a cab in addition to the address write the phone number down.

We enjoyed the Sarasinee but felt the room could have been in better condition, the cleaning seemed cursory at best and no attention to detail, however, the breakfast was good, the staff were friendly and the pool area was great for relaxing after sightseeing.

Perfect place at a very reasonable price

I love everything about this place. The location couldn't be better ( just on the other side of the Taksin Bridge) the staff is lovely, the bed is the comfiest I've stayed in, the rooms are large ( they are suites) there is a gorgeous rooftop pool, the shower is great, and the restaurant is fine. I will stay here on all future trips to Bangkok, and highly recommend it to all.

A very good hotel

The Sarasinee provides a lot of space and comfort for a reasonable price. Its room value, comfort, service, and breakfast are excellent. It's an easy 6-8 minute walk to the Krung Thonburi station (with one somewhat hazardous road crossing) and only a few minutes walking distance to a decent mini-mall with a few basic food options. However be aware of two issues: (i) WiFi comes and goes; and (ii) the location is noisy, even by Bangkok standards. I was on the better side of the hotel (the north side) where noise was substantial. I cannot even imagine staying on the south side of the building, which facing and very close to a large highway and the BTS Skytrain. Earplugs essential for light sleepers.

Very convenient and good area

We had a nice stay, helpful staff, restaurant from 6 AM was great but traffic noise is a minus. Bangkok itself is easy to access but there is little entertainment here. To get to Bangkok you either have to walk to BTS or take the ferry.

In the middle of a roundabout

Large rooftop pool without other guests. Separate kitchen, dirty small balcony. No breakfast available in the hotel in March. The big minus was poor access to the hotel. Quite a walking distance to the skytrain station. The hotel is in the middle of a roundabout, difficult to cross the road with heavy traffic, you have to walk longer to the crosswalk without traffic lights and risk your life crossing as the cars don’t stop.

部屋はキレイで過ごしやすい。エントランスに喫煙所あり。シャワーの水圧も⭕️です。
ただ廊下が暗く違和感がある。プールは掃除が行き届いてない感じがしました。
周辺には大きいショッピングモール、駅があるのでご飯には困らないと思います。

wegen der Coronakriese waren wir die einzigen Gäste.
Das geraeumige Zimmer war sauber mit großen LCD
Fernseher und bar. Leider wurde der Pool erst am vortag
unserer Abreise gereinigt. Dadurch komnnten wir an den
Tag den großen pool nicht nutzen. wegen der corona-kriese war die fruehstucksauswahl eingeschränkt.

โรงแรมใกล้รถไฟฟ้า BTS กรุงธน เดินแค่ 7-8 นาทีเอง พนักงานน่ารักมากเดินไปส่งถึงบีทีเอสเลย เพราะตอนนี้กำลังทำรถไฟไปไอคอนอยู่ แต่ก็เดินไปเที่ยวไอคอนสยามได้เหมือนกันประมาณ 10 นาที เราพักห้องที่เป็น 1ห้องนอน 1 ห้องนั่งเล่น กว้างขวาง นอนสบาย สระว่ายน้ำบนดาดฟ้าสวยมาก

大規模改装中で工事現場で寝泊まりしてる感。事前説明が欲しかったです。
あと、室内の清掃が他の方のコメントにもある通りかなり雑です。あまりに気になって持ち込んだウェットティッシュで全体的に拭きました。

Not recommended especially for families

There is a construction site blocking the way to the nearest station. You can get past it despite the sign saying no entry but definitely not recommended for families doing so. The building is dark and drab. The hallway is not air conditioned. The staff are far from being helpful. Most of the time during my weeklong stay they didn’t change make the bed or change the towel. The only thing good about the hotel was that they resupplied the free water bottles every day. Feeling a lot better at the new hotel in the city in the same price range.

My go to place in Bangkok

I have stayed many times and will stay again. Great for the price, clean, located close to the Saphan Taksin MRT station and the river, very nice and suiet rooftop pool, spacious rooms. The suites are perfect for extended periods. Great night food court under the Robinson store and good small street market right in front of the plaza.

Firstly, the location is not satisfied. It is not in the central area and don't have many shopping mall or supermarket nearby. The road from bts to hotel is difficult to walk.
Secondly, the hotel facilities condition is not good. No tv channels for foreign. The swimming pool is not clean and dont have any stair for entering the pool.
At last, the staff is not polite. It takes me 30 mins for check out. And, they said It was broken glass in my room. But, it is not true. It makes me very angry.
I am are frequent visitor to bangkok. But, I won't stay in this hotel again.
It is not worry for this price.

此酒店的設施陳舊，保養欠佳，除了衛生紙、基本洗頭及沐浴用品外，並無面紙提供，根本未達4星水準。本人在2019年1月的行程中租住了兩間Premiere suite套房四晚，一間給80歲的老父，一間給本人，由於第一晚入住時已是零晨時分，而第二天早上又一大早外出遊覽，沒有查看清楚套房的狀況，到下午5時左右回到酒店時，被一名叫Tony 的助理經理指控本人老父損毀其套房內的浴室洗臉盆，要求我們賠償2000泰銖。該名叫Tony 的經理聲稱客人入住前會檢查房間的狀況，而客人入住後亦會每天進入客人的房間檢查，所以才會發現該損毀。本人親自檢查該損毀程度，發現整個洗臉盆的檯面被用力拉扯幾乎跌落地上，根本不可能是80歲老人有能力造成的，而是有人趁客人外出後入內造成損毀，然後誣捏客人榨取金錢，這麼荒謬的事情，本人還是第一趟遇到，從而影響了旅遊泰國的心情。

Super fint hotel med hyggeligt rooftop pool. Ligger nede af en sidevej som er svær at finde uden gps selv for taxa chauffører. Ligger dejligt placeret i forhold til kanalturen i bangkok og der er shoppingcenter lige ved siden af. Super lækkert storby hotel som dog ligger noget uden for selve bangkok City men bestemt stadig en del at tage sig til. Super sødt personale der har styr på hvem der er hvem.

Meget for pengene, men i ikke 4 stjernet

Hotel med en god beliggenhed ved floden. Lidt slidt med mangler (f.eks. virkede den ene af 2 air cons på det ene værelse ikke). Meget larm fra gaden. Men man får meget for pengene, men dette er ikke et 4 stjernet hotel, når man sammenligner med andre 4 stjernede hoteller i Bangkok. Sparsom - men OK morgenmad. Meget venligt personale, der absolut er hjælpsomme. (Kun Thai TV kanaler).

Bon appart-hotel de l'autre cote du Chao Phraya

J'ai bien aime la chambre qui est en fait un petit appartement avec une un salon, un coin cuisine/bar, un petit balcon, une salle de bain, et une chambre a coucher. Le quartier est residentiel et il n'y a pas beaucoup d'opportunites pour diner, mais le restaurant italien-thai au RDC sert de bons plats. Sinon un centre commercial et un 7-Eleven se trouve a quelques mn de marche. La piscine sur le toit de l'hotel est tres agreable et offre de superbes vues sur la ville.

スイートルームというよりサービスアパートメント

全部スイートルームということだが、実際には共同住宅という造りです。プールはゴミや虫が多数浮いているので不衛生でした。廊下が暗いことも気になりますが、なにより幹線道路に隣接していて昼も夜もうるさいです。寝室はカーテンで音が多少遮音されますが、リビング側はカーテンもなく騒音そのままです。部屋の交換を希望しましたが、連日満室とのことで交換できませんでした。

Gutes Hotel, laute Umgebung

Sauberes Hotel, gutes Zimmer mit zwei guten Klimaanlagen. Wir haben nur dort geschlafen und geduscht dafür wahrscheinlich etwas zu teuer. Die Garage hat keine Tür und ist auch offen zum Gebäude bzw. Flur wo die Zimmer sind. Dadurch hört man nicht nur durch die dünnen Fenster den Verkehr der Straße sondern auch von innen. Am Tag unserer Abreise konnten wir bis abends am Pool bleiben und dann noch die Dusche (sehr spärlicher Wasserstrahl) benutzen. Einmal hat ein Gast fälschlicherweise nachts um 23 Uhr an unsere Tür geklopft. Daraufhin haben wir die Rezeption kontaktiert, diese konnte kein Englisch, hat einen Mitarbeiter geschickt der auch kein Englisch konnte und nur gegen unsere Tür geklopft hat. In der zweiten Nacht schrie ein Gast durch das ganze Haus, welchem wohl dann der Zugang zum Hotel verwehrt wurde.

Günstiges Hotel in der Nähe des Flusses

zu Beginn gleich der erste Schock. Die auf Expedia angegebene Adresse ist vielleicht der Hintereingang, jedenfalls führte uns das Taxi in eine ganz dunkle Seitenstraße von Bangkok. Dank Google Maps konnten wir dann doch den richtigen Eingang finden.
Diese Irrfahrt hat uns einiges an Geld und Zeit gekostet -.-
Das Hotel ist in Ordnung, die Ausstattung der Suite sehr gut.
Leider war es im Zimmer sehr laut, da das Hotel an einer großen Straße liegt. Es war als würde man auf dem Seitenstreifen schlafen. Frühstück ist nicht empfehlenswert, da es sehr mager ist.
Absolutes Highlight ist der Swimmingpool auf dem Dach mit einem traumhaften Ausblick. Einige Gartenmöbel laden zum verweilen ein.
Das Hotel ist direkt an der Hochbahn angeschlossen, somit kommt man schnell mit Zug oder mit der Fähre ins Zentrum.

En blandet fornøjelse

Vi havde 6 overnatninger her på hotellet, og samlet set var det en blandet fornøjelse. Morgenmaden var ok men kun lige det nødvendige. Hvad rengøring ang. så var der daglig rengøring men sengetøjet blev ikke skiftet i de 6 dage vi var der og håndklæderne kun hver anden dag. Selve området var ret kedeligt ingen restauranter og indkøbsmuligheder i nærheden, men Skytrain var lige i nærheden. Poolområdet trængte bestemt også til lidt daglig rengøring, og Wi-Fi var temmelig dårlig, så alt i alt ikke et hotel vi vil gøre brug af igen.

在入住的4晚，只有1晚有新的浴巾。其他日子都给舊浴巾，我不是大陸團的客。

太嘈，中國一講嘢，嘈到全座酒店都聽到，影响來液假的心情。

近BTS站，不同成晚都有車聲。
