We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Golden Crown in Prague. The pre-trip correspondence was easy and efficient. The hotel arranged a car to pick us up at the airport (via Liftago).
The location of the hotel is right across from the Frank Kafka rotating art display; we could watch it from our window. Both the metro and tram stops are across the street making it an ideal location to move about the city. There are also several cafes across the street as well, in addition to a Tesco grocery.
We added the morning breakfast to our stay and it turned out to be a great way to start each day. It was tidy and well attended to by the staff. Everyone from the hotel that we interacted with was friendly and helpful. If you are traveling from the U.S. the staff speak English. Our hotel room was spacious and comfortable. Our room had both a large bathtub and separate shower.
Overall, it was a great experience and we would stay at the Golden Crown again!

This hotel was a great place to stop off in Prague. The location was really central so was easy to walk everywhere - there is also good public transport routes around the hotel. The staff were always so lovely and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and had everything you need - toiletries, hair dryer etc. The bed was really comfy and we slept really well each night.
They did take 2000 CZK upon arrival, for a deposit, which gets refunded at the end as long as there are no damages etc. This was fine but we weren’t aware of this charge before check in so just bear in mind for budgets.

Very good. My only complaint was I sent three pairs of jeans for laundry, wasn’t told the price and then upon cleaning was told the fee was $43 Euro.

This hotel was beautiful! My fiancé proposed in our room before a lovely evening of celebrations in Prague and it couldn’t have been better. This hotel has a high rating and is extremely charming but to be honest is really more like a strong three star hotel with regards to amenities and the quality of the interior. Having said that they have the absolute best staff I have seen in quite some time and I travel quite quite quite quite quite frequently internationally and stay at five and six star hotels the front desk staff is equal to all of those period specifically Nicole and Giovanni were some of the most amazing encounters I have had at a hotel in my life period this trip alone we started in Prague at another five star hotel flew to crack out Poland to enjoy Christmas then flew to Budapest and then back to Prague and I will openly tell you that this hotel based on its location and staff are absolutely worth visiting

This is great hotel that deal quite intimate. In a great location for all the sights that Prague has to offer as well as being close to a metro station and a shopping centre if needed. Staff are friendly and very good at their jobs and breakfast is well stocked with a good variety. Highly recommend

Our corner room was spacious with a great view. The shower was the best ever! Especially after a long day of sight seeing. The walk to old town and Charles bridge is about a half mile but very beautiful. Breakfast was good, limited selection but enough to fuel your day! We would stay again.

We have stayed at this hotel several times before. The location is near enough to old town yet far enough away from the noise of the crowds. If you get a corner room it will be spacious. The rooms are starting to show alittle wear so care should be given for future repairs to maintain their highest level of confort

However, we would stay here again and for the room rate was great value.

A hidden gem. It is not a large hotel, only a few rooms per floor but that makes it quieter. Found it by mistake but I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were comfortably large and clean. Feels luxurious, especially after staying in some small spaces in Europe. The best shower I have had with the waterfall head. I only wish I was staying longer than a day!
