We had an issue with the brakes on one of the beds. Jessica came to the room to fix the issue but was unable to correct it. So Cristian offered us to move to another room with a nice view. Excellent customer service from everyone. The restaurant team is also very good and attentive to your needs.

We arrived early, but the staff was super attentive. They were able to store our bags as we went out and explored. Cristian took care of us from start to finish, great customer service skills. Margarita was our cleaning lady and had the room spotless. We visited the restaurant, the selection was good with some local cuisine. Portions are big enough for two. Location was ideal right on the Straight and only blocks from downtown, the port and just about anywhere.

This place was everything I needed after traveling through Patagonia for two weeks. Walking the streets from the city center to the waterfront. I saw a lot in the last day and a half of my trip. The room was comfy and clean. The breakfast was plentiful they even let me keep my car parked there while I was walking around even after I checked out since I had a later flight. Thank you so much

This property needs updating. The shower is narrow and the shower liner keeps sticking to you while you shower. The shower tiles also have mold. The bed is not the most comfortable. Its not terrible.. the facility just older. The breakfast is good. The food at dinner is good as well.

This property is in a great location, and could be really fantastic...but it's not. To be fair, the room was pretty clean and the bed was comfy. However, the carpet was badly stained and the linens are dingy (think Motel 6). Free breakfast buffet is totally acceptable, but the restaurant is extremely loud, as staff are yelling to one another across the room, throwing silverware around and bussing tables as loudly as possible. Lunch/dinner are available from a menu, but I found the food to be less than desirable. Overall, this hotel offers all of the basics, but is certainly missing the polish and professionalism one would expect. We found a truly luxurious property nearby for less money and with same view.

Functional, good location

At check-in, we were told there was only a room with two twins, although I had booked a king bed room. After arguing for a minute they gave us a king bedroom as requested.
Everything else was very good.
Hotel inside needs some renovation, but otherwise was clean and modern.

On noisy road. They rev engines until 330am. Windows in my room didnt seal properly. Noise and draft. Pool was chilly. Shower curtain attacks you. Taxi here was 13k. Back 15k. Pretty good overall.

Huge hotel, very dated. Inside the room was very basic, no kettle for making drinks, however, the bed was comfortable and shower was good. Good wifi. It was clean and warm. Good parking facilities and good breakfast. Stay was comfortable just the building decor, furniture and interior are basic and old but still functional.

The location was very good. The physical plant was beat up. Just about everything that had been laminated was delaminating. Bed was OK. Restaurant beef was abysmally poor - the worst I ever had at the price point. Breakfast was very good (not excellent). Laundry service was good and fairly priced. There was no alarm clock in the room. There was no air conditioning, even though the Expedia information (when booking) said there was. The safe was an oddity with no instructions. The phone system was another oddity with no directory or instructions. When we left on early tours so that we missed breakfast, the front desk extended the courtesy of packing us a box lunch.

Comfortable but be warned - watch stolen

Cleanliness was fine - what you expect from a pretty expensive hotel. The breakfast was pretty poor and could be improved. The rooms were comfortable though and good location.

Unfortunately, I had my watch stolen from my room so the whole experience of the hotel was marred. The reception were particularly unhelpful in addressing the problem and I wasn't allowed, at first, to go and check the room which makes me believe that, knowing I had told them I had left my watch there, whoever \"checked\" thought it was fine for them to steal it and say that the watch wasn't in the room. Only after housekeeping at been and \"checked\" the room was I able to go and check myself with another member of the housekeeping team. Staff at reception were pretty dismissive and gave very little care.

I stayed when I got to Patagonia and at the end of my travels. Easy to find, clean, comfortable. Perfect for a couple of days in Punta Arenas. Breakfast included and it was the usual fare.
