A very nice manager, unlike the lady at the front desk, who forgot about us. Huge, almost gigantic rooms. Kitchen with a refrigerator. Very friendly staff (except the lady at the front desk). A wonderful heated rooftop pool with jacuzzi. A good and varied breakfast. Ample underground parking. I recommend it.

Very nice people.

The hotel is in an excellent location.
There is a supermarket next door.
Many restaurants around.
Try the restaurant Seven Fish
I paid 7 OMR
It was delicious 3 minutes walk.
Get out from the hotel then you turn left and walk you will see it the same side as the hotel.

Hoping to go back to Oman next year Insha Allah.

Great location with a tasty breakfast. Rooftop pool is a must offering great views over the city! Large supermarket just around the corner, I do not stay anywhere else in Muscat.

The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was extremely comfortable and well tended by the cleaners. Breakfast was ok. However, the WiFi was awful and for that reason I cannot currently recommend this property. If the wifi situation is addressed by management, this property would be an acceptable choice.

I had a pleasant 9-night stay at City Seasons, which I recommend for its location right next to a hypermart and near many dinning options. If you're going to Muscat, this is the area you want to stay in. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices, and the staff was nice.

We were staying in the 2 bedroom flat, it was very convenient, used washing machine, big fridge and cooker. Swimming pool is warmed and there is a hot water jacuzzi on the roof as well. Many food points and supermarket in the hotel itself. Good location overall.

Nothing overly great about this place, but it is fantastic value for the 1 bedroom apartments. My unit had some maintenance issues but when I called the front desk they were immediately resolved. Including a new washing machine and hot water tank. Very friendly and professional staff and a well equipped kitchen. Clean, comfortable, has AC and heat. I booked it again next week.

Overall, a nice place. The staff is exceptionally friendly and the food served at the hotel I thought was very good. I can’t speak for all rooms but the one I was staying in did have to stains on the carpet, but isn’t rally that big of a deal. The room overlooked the courtyard below with a restaurant and shops and it was quite loud on the weekend until after 11 PM. Only other issue was the hot water in the shower would cool and lose pressure and then pressure would increase and the water temp would heat up almost too hot.

It was ok. The window seals were damaged and therefore it was very noisy especially where you are located on the (busy) street side. The carpet was dirty.

Towels were missing, reception did not provide them even after calling them, and the WiFi is limited to only a few devices so if you have a laptop, personal phone, private phone, you will be in trouble. Reception was rude and did not want to open access to more devices, I had to argue for a long time with them to get WiFi on my other devices. For a 4* hotel it is not appropriate to \"beg\" for WiFi.

One of the worst hotel I stayed in. I was given a room that smells of damp. I asked to change and was given another one which smells the same. I couldn’t sleep because of the smell. You call the reception and they never answer.

The hotel upgraded me from single room to an amazing apartment 3-bed rooms with the same amount I paid.

Everything is nice about the hotel, the only thing that I noticed an unpleasant odor in all bathrooms.

Great hotel, really helpful staff

I spent 3 days in Oman, I had booked excursions most days so I didnt want to spend too much on a hotel I wouldnt spend any time in. However I was pleasantly surprised, I expected this to feel like I'd got mixed up in a conference. The hotel was comfortable, staff friendly and the pool area was an added bonus

Better options around for the price

Very difficult to access despite being right alongside an 8-lane highway. Not in an ideal location: staff not particularly helpful, no breakfast, very limited food/drink options. Room was reasonably clean and comfortable, but overall overpriced for what was provided. Better options available locally.

The hotel looks okay fron the outside and the lobby is okay as well. The hallway decor is also okay but seemed like it was dirty and needed a deep cleaning. The room was spacious but very drab. It was dark and dingy. There was alot of empty space that made the room quite awkward. The decor and furnishings need to be updated.

Overall, it was quiet and cheap. But if you need something a little nicer and also cheap I woild try a familiar chain hotel in the area.

Nice hotel close to airport

We picked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and free parking. The staff was very accommodating especially since we did not arrive until 2am because of our flight. The room was clean and very large. We did eat breakfast at the hotel which was a very large buffet with many choices and an attentive staff.

This hotel was obviously once very good as seen by the awards won in 2015 that they proudly display. It seems very tired now and in need of updating.
On the plus side the staff were generally friendly and the gym was very good.
On the minus we had road noise due to the window not sealing correctly, we had no hot water (which was improved somewhat after we requested it be addressed), the hotel generally feels abandoned in its common areas and it is very poor value at the rates charged.
There are far better hotels at a more reasonable price point to choose from.

First Time, First Impression

What an amazing stay in Muscat. City Season is not located in the Middle of the City however is a center point for any particular destination and attractions. Near to the malls, supermarkets and traditional restaurants. The staff were all the time looking after the cleaning and customer services, except for the staff at the leisure facilities which are less friendly however the place runs smoothly. The events taking place do not affect at all the clients and its privacy and comfort. The reception team was amazing and supporting. There is a local working feont desk always impeccably white and polite. I definitely recommend the hotel and I will come back if the possibility arise.

This hotel has a great location if you are coming to Muscat for business. Its a little pricey for what it is. The rooms are very spacious, but need a renovation. It is generally clean. The service is not bad.

Though this hotel says 4star hotel, hotel operation seems below 3 star rating. None to assist guests in the front door, nor vallet service.
Breakfast buffet dont have more options. None to serve or care guests during breakfast. Lot of noise because of crowd in restaurant. When booking through Hotels.com, no option to choose breakfast. Only one coffe machine.
For business people, its not a good option to choose this hotel. Internet is too slow, sometimes disconnecting.
Room booked Delux room, it seems they given me standard room which was small and tidy. Cant sit on chair as it was touching the bed. And I paid 69 OMR.
Not recommended.

Perfect Business Hotel

The hotel is extremely well located in terms of being central to all the authorities and my contacts that I needed to meet with. The room was not large but a good size however the bed was a single bed which is less than i am used to sleeping in even on my own. Breakfast was excellent as was lunch.

I've stayed at the City Seasons numerous times, but on this occasion I was placed in an Apartment
with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, etc and whilst it was ok, it wasn't up to the usual standard of room I've stayed
in and it also hadn't been cleaned as there was food, etc left in the living room area.

Disaster abd misrepresentation

This was a disaster stay.Hotels,com and the hotel are fraudulent.I boked a deluxe double seaview room.I was not given a sea view deluxe double.this room does not exist.I want a free room from hotels.com and them to correct their listin.I booked this hotel only because hotels.com guaranteed me a sea view room.dont book at this hotel until this negligence is corrected
