The internet did not work the entire trip.
They double billed me $250 for Christmas Dinner and said they could not refund me the money.

This was my third time there.
The staff at the breakfast always super friendly. Aline at the front desk helped me with an issue with the WiFi changing my room.
Great size bedrooms. Bathrooms need to be updated.
First night was not very pleasant, WiFi did not work at all, complained 3 times and the answer was the technician would be there to check the following day. No updates on fixing but Aline went above and beyond and changed my room.
I love the location.
Next time I will probably try the ones more modern around the area

The hotel is falling apart i had major issues with my room including bathroom lighting smell etc they took care of everything but it seems like they do not maintain anything i also had an issue with an employee by the name of chagas who refused to confirm an airport transfer claiming that he had no authority to do that seriously it is a liability to have this property in your menu it was a major dissappointment

Bathroom trash can was really old, rusted and damaged. Completely unacceptable for a hotel with this level as f classification. Still on bathroom, the ceramic tiles grout needs urgent attention.
At the restaurant, no sign plates with juice flavors and desserts. What if I’m allergic to shrimp, how can I identify the appetizers with shrimp, if there’s no plates?
Overall very poor experience. They need to renew and remodel the management techniques.

The hotel's location was great. However check-in took almost 30 minutes as they only had one person and guests with issues. Yet the rest of the services were great, from valet parking to check-out. The room was clean and cool, however the bed was too firm and I woke each morning with aches in pains on my body. Breakfast services were average...I've had better in João Pessoa and the northeast of Brazil. Overall is was great for the location and prompt service.

Nice pool, near some good restaurant and walking distance to the mall. Safe neighborhood and great breakfar. The only thing not a100% was the internet that was slow at times but overall one of the best hotels in Joao Pessoa.

Hotel looks nice and is in a good location. However it is clearly suffering from lack of maintenance.
The games room has broekn games and the gym is mouldy. My shower was leaking and poorly looked after
WiFi signal is too weak to work within rooms and you have to go to reception.
Breakfast is okay, a nice touch is a chef who makes your omellete for you. On the down side the juice is watered down and one day guests were served sour milk.

As informações não foram claras trazendo diversos problemas a hospedagem, como por exemplo deixar o seu quarto por ultimo a ser arrumado. Uauuuu… peguei a suíte pra me arrumar no dia do meu casamento, apesar do atraso, (pq quando cheguei a suíte ainda não estava pronta) o hotel entrega conforto e espaço. A suite golden é magnífica e as fotos ficaram maravilhosas. O café da manhã estava literalmente lotado, mas não deixamos de comer bem e Aproveitar tudo o que ele oferece.

Boa localização, na frente da praia. O banheiro é muito apertado para o tipo de quarto selecionado (reservei a Suite Master Varanda, vista Mar). O restante da suíte tinha um bom tamanho, bons aparelhos de ar condicionado. O banheiro tem um problema de escoamento de água: a água do box empoçava demorando muito a descer depois do banho, e o vaso sanitário entupiu (mesmo respeitando o adesivo que está no banheiro pedindo para não jogar nada no vaso - algo típico de hotéis com problema de saneamento). Ao pedir que desentupissem o banheiro não consegui que alguém nos atendesse (pedido realizado 3 vezes), resolvemos o problema por nossa conta. Horas depois de termos resolvido o problema por nossa conta apareceu um funcionário que basicamente só olhou o vaso e foi embora. O café da manhã do hotel é bom (o atendimento dos garçons pode demorar também, normalmente fazíamos a mesma solicitação cerca de 3 vezes antes de sermos atendidos). Escolheria outro hotel caso retornasse à cidade, pelo preço que pagamos, há outras opções no mesmo padrão.

A localização do hotel é excelente. Mas para por aí!! O estacionamento é pago, até toalha se quiser eles “emprestam” por 2,00 cada. O atendimento deixa muito a desejar! O café da manhã é fraco, eles ofertam muitas massas (pães, bolos, bolachas) mas o sabor dos bolos são horríveis. A tapioca faz na hora, mas vem crua. Sem falar no atendimento do café da manhã, o pessoal nem olha na sua cara.

Hotel normal, nada demais. O bom que é bem de frente para a praia. Café na manhã bom, camas bem grandes. O maior problema foi o mal cheiro do banheiro pois, a janela dos banheiros fica para a onde fica os canos então fica com muito mal cheiro. Reclamei mas não adiantou.

Pessimo! Primeiro momento que ao chegar no hotel fui coagida e obrigada a pagar a totalidade da reserva, nao ha qualquer informação sobre pagamento antecipado no check in. Ressalto que ainda efetusram a cobrança de uma diaria em outubro de 2024 mesmo inserindo o cancelamento gratuito ate o dia 26/12. Sinceramente nunca mais ponhomos oes nesse hotel

Gentem quando voce entra no hotel o cheiro é maravilhoso e ja da uma sensação de frescor e limpo. Podiam estudar a possibilidade de vender o cheiro do hotel. Gostei muito da estadia, tive uma grata surpresa no dia do meu aniversario, comida do hotel com o cafe da manha muito boa. Na sexta no final da tarde teve Sax na area da piscina. Ha 2 pontos a melhorar é a iluminação no quarto ( não da para maquiar) e como fiquei em quarto triplo o banheiro e minúsculo e o chuveiro tb não é dos melhores não sei como é em outros quartos. Hotel muito confortável e com uma equipe sempre muito atenciosa. Café da manhã com bastante variedade de itens. O bar da piscina tem uma boa carta de drinks, e tambem tem serviço de praia. Manobristas muito cuidadosos, filmam o carro antes de levarem para a garagem, como forma de registrar o estado do veiculo, ao receberem-no. Senti falta de um cesto de lixo no quarto, para poder descartar garrafas plasticas, latas etc. No hotel não havia um único cesto de lixo destinado apenas para materiais reciclaveis. Os lixos são únicos, e recebem orgânicos e recicláveis. Podiam dedicar uma atenção maior para a questão da reciclagem. Fora isso, o hotel atende muitíssimo bem, e ficaria muito feliz em passar novas férias nesse lugar.

Estava em uma vaigem familiar, reservamos 4 quartos, chegando lá o RG do meu filho de 3 anos havia ficado em casa, na outra cidade, o recepcionista não quis deixar nos hospedarmos, mesmo estando eu e minha esposa, os avós dele, os tios... todos com documentação, tentamos mostrar a contrato da escola dele (com nome dos pais inclusos, era o que tinhamos lá na hora), tinhamos fotos de todas as épocas do crescimento dele, os avós, a tia, os tio-avós, todos hospedados lá e atestando que era nossos filho, mesmo assim ele foi irredutível. Achei falta de sensibilidade do hotel. Não pretendo retornar mais nunca ao mesmo estabelecimento.

Lamentável. Tivemos uma estadia cheia de contratempos. Pedimos os quartos vizinhos, por ainda amamentar minha filha mais nova e não fui atendida. Um dos nossos quartos ficou sem energia, resolveram fazer a troca à 1 da manhã, nos colocaram em outro quatro, nos entregaram as chaves e ao entrar tivemos o constrangimento de ver que o quarto já estava ocupado. Após a meia noite um funcionário do hotel foi literalmente “arrastar” uma cama no corredor, acordando as crianças da família com o barulho. Sequer nos pediram desculpas! Uma decepção a hospedagem. Não indico a ninguém!

O que mais gostei foram: o respeito ao protocolo Covid19, a vista do estabelecimento, a segurança, a prestatividade dos funcionários e a limpeza. O que não gostei foi que não havia água, nem café de cortesia.As roupas de cama e de banho desgastadas e com manchas, o prédio e o quarto precisando de reforma e o preço desproporcional ao serviço. O primeiro problema de tivemos foi em relação a reserva, pois informavam que o adolescente não poderia estar enquadrado na mesma. Tanto foi que quando chegamos ao quarto, só havia a cama de casal e não tinha cama de solteiro. No outro dia, pedimos a limpeza do quarto, quando retornamos as 18:00, o quarto não havia sido limpo e quando solicitamos queriam que nos retirássemos, dispensamos a limpeza. Muita demora para retirada dos carros. Enfim, estrutura boa, mas não possui muita qualidade no atendimento de uma parte da recepção, pois outros tornam mais amena a situação. Precisam de ORGANIZAÇÃO.

O banheiro do quarto estava simplesmente nojento! Box encardido, vidro opaco de tanta sujeira, lixeira enferrujada, mofo nos rejuntes da pia. A roupa de cama só vai até a metade da cama, e usam sobre lençol como lençol. A geladeira estava fedendo e mesmo reclamando nada fizeram. Café da manhã muito fraco, depois das 9 só sobrava um tipo de pão.

O estabelecimento fica muito bem localizado, na beira da praia de maneira. Conta com um serviço de manobrista eficiente e gratuito e um excelente café da manhã. O único inconveniente da estadia foi que ao chegarmos para fazer o check in o hotel não localizou a nossa reserva e o atendente me fez mostrar o voucher, a confirmação do email e até a fatura do cartão de crédito, mesmo assim continuo alegando que a minha reserva e a de mais um casal que viajava comigo (também realizada através da expedia) não constava em seus sistemas. Depois de mais de uma hora de espera liguei para o serviço de assistência ao cliente da expedia, onde após explicar o ocorrido peguei outro número de reserva. Mesmo com o novo número não encontraram nossa reserva e admitiram que o hotel estava lotado. Após mais meia hora de espera resolveram nos dar um up grade e nos colocaram num quarto superior. Sendo que fiquei sem saber se a culpa foi da expedia que não repassou as reservas ou do hotel que recebeu e não cadastrou. Espero uma resposta, pois o fato gerou muito constrangimento.
