Great hotel, great price.

I love Corais de Tambau. It is a wonderful hotel right on the beach in Joao Pessoa. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The staff was very helpful with any issues that we had and the breakfast is a can't miss. If my travels take me back to Joao Pessoa, I'll definitely book there again.

A estadia foi tranquilo, os funcionários foram todos excelentes mas o quarto que fiquei tinha muito barulho, principalmente pela manhã as 05:30 e o condicionador de ar estava quebrado , parando com frequência... Foi avisado , mandaram um "técnico" olhar e não resolveu nada ... Como estava um clima não muito quente ... Deu p ficar com esse problema... Mas nas madrugadas acordava p tentar religar o aparelho.

O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente, super educados, facilitaram nosso check in e estacionamento antes do horário, pois teríamos um passeio meio dia. O café da manhã é maravilhoso com opções também do cardápio. O hotel fica numa excelente localização, em frente a praia onde saem os passeios para as piscinas de picãozinho, além de ter vários restaurantes e feira de artesanato bem pertinho. Dá pra fazer tudo andando e de forma vem segura. Já fiquei no hotel outras vezes e sempre gostei muito, o único ponto que não gostei dessa vez é que a roupa de cama estava com cheiro de roupa guardada, aquela sensação de mofo e pra quem é alérgico incomoda muito. No mais, não temos do que reclamar.

Pelo preço pago não vale. Me cobrou diaria de R$900 sendo que não vale R$500. Não oferece nenhum atrativo. Estacionamento muito pequeno no subsolo. Atendentes desesperados para completar o checkout: chegaram a invadir, sim! Invadir o quarto 2x para ver se houve consumo de algo do frigobar.

Foi uma estadia excelente! Equipe atenciosa, hotel bastante limpo. Café da manhã bem variado e saboroso. Ótima localização.

Apenas no quarto que eu fiquei, ter perto da bancada opções de tomadas de 10A e 20A seria interessante.

Ah! E a trava interior da porta é um pouco insegura no quesito da criança abrir facilmente só puxando a maçaneta. Porque o certo seria só girando a trava para depois poder abrir.

No mais uma excelente estadia.

Hotel muito bem localizado, equipe super atenciosa, café da manhã com opções variadas e tudo muito limpo. O único ponto de atenção que encontramos foi na hora do banho: não espere uma ducha com bastante água..... tirando isso, é uma ótima opção e adoramos a estadia lá.

Tem uma excelente localização. Os funcionários são muito educados e atenciosos. Havia formigas no quarto e senti a falta de um móvel mais adequado para guardar as roupas. As instalações, de uma maneira geral, apresentam sinais de desgaste. O café da manhã atende bem as necessidades para essa refeição. Os preços dos produtos do frigobar e hotel são caros.

Minha estadia foi incrível. Os funcionários são extremamente gentis e prestativos. Fazem de tudo para te ajudar. A limpeza é impecável, desde os quartos até as áreas comuns. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, com comida para todos os gostos, e você ainda pode pedir omelete especial ou tapioca de vários sabores que as funcionárias fazem na hora. A localização é perfeita, perto de vários restaurantes e lojas e a beira mar. Comprei os passeios na recepção do hotel com uma empresa incrível. A piscina é deliciosa e tem uma vista linda. Fica aqui meu muito obrigado a todos os funcionários do hotel, especialmente aos recepcionistas, que são extremamente simpáticos. Vocês deixaram minha viagem muito mais especial.

O destaque do hotel é sua localização, em frente ao calçadão da praia de Tambaú, perto de tudo. Também a cordialidade e simpatia dos funcionários. Sendo antigo, o hotel deixa a desejar em alguma comodidades. O ponto fraco é o tamanho dos quartos, bem apertados.Também o barulho da rua e dos quiosques, que pode incomodar omais sensíveis.

Muito bom, o hotel fica em um local de fácil acesso a restaurantes e aos principais passeios de João Pessoa, café da manhã compatível com o valor cobrado, limpo e organizado. Atendimento da equipe esta de parabéns. A rua do hotel tem bares com música ao vivo até a meia noite, portanto se tem o sono leve peça um quarto nos fundoa.

Hotel muito bem localizado. Excelente café da manhã. Atendimento muito bom na recepção na chegada e saída. O único ruim foi o quarto que era muito pequeno. Quando fizemos a reserva e pagamos antecipadamente foi para dois adultos e duas crianças, mas o quarto que nos foi dado tinham apenas 3 camas. Tivemos que juntar as 3 para domirmos os 4. Quando juntamos as camas, tinham papeis sujos embaixo de uma delas.

Furto de peça de roupa na acomodação/quarto

Infelizmente se hospedar neste hotel tornou a experiência de viagem a mais péssima possível em uma mini férias. Me hospedei por 3 dias e ao fazer a mala para o check out, uma blusa minha (que havia usado no primeiro dia) havia sumido. No dia do check out acionamos a recepção. Nada foi feito, além de conversarem com as camareiras. Pedimos para conversar com a gerência, que muito educados e prestativos, nos deram a oportunidade de checar as câmeras de segurança de todo período da estadia, a fim de averiguar se poderíamos descobrir o responsável pelo furto. Nas imagens, a visualização da câmera é apenas do corredor dos quartos, assim a limpeza do meu quarto feita pelas camareiras, não é possível fazer qualquer identificação mais precisa, pois não temos a visão 100% da porta do quarto. Ao conversar com a gerência, a única alternativa me dada foi apenas "realizar um B.O. na delegacia de polícia" e mais nada, embora a responsabilidade junto ao consumidor seja do Hotel, a quem compete a custódia das bagagens em segurança. Obviamente que essa estadia me frustrou em todos os sentidos, além de perder 1 dia inteiro para tentar resolver esse problema completamente desagradável e desanimador!!!!!

Adoramos o hotel corais de tambau, muito bem localizado, estrutura do hotel mediana, café da manha sentimos falta do pao de queijo; mas em geral é bom o café bastante variedades.
Hotel parece ser bem higienizado, só as almofadas do banco da frente e o ar condicionado do nosso quarto que não foi muito bom, era sentar no sofa ou ligar o ar que dava início a sessão alergia , precisa melhorar nisso, mas em geral adoramos o hotel, estadia e a cordialidade da equipe.

Foi ótima a estadia! O hotel fica em frente a praia, próximo da feirinha de artesanato de Tambaú, de restaurante, lanchonetes, etc. Ao chegarmos o quarto estava organizado e limpo, oferece um bom café da manhã, os funcionários que mantivemos contato foram todos muito educados e receptivos.
