We were promptly checked in upon arrival, and put in a small room in the back of the building. They have a nice backyard with some table and sun umbrella

I was unsure what to expect from this hotel. I booked it based on reviews online, but was later told by locals that it may not meet my expectations as an American traveler. Indeed, the room was a bit smaller than I had hoped for, and upon my arrival, a colleague who was joining me advised that he had booked a different hotel for me. I therefore had to move to another accommodation. The hotel staff was very helpful in this matter, which I greatly appreciated. I did stay one night at the Pousada, and enjoyed the wonderful breakfast in the morning. Had I been travelling for vacation rather than business, I may have preferred the Pousada, as it was very well located on a fun part of the beach, and the room is less important when you're spending the day on the beach. Unfortunately, because I was travelling for work, I needed a bit more space in my room though.

Ótima localização, mas o local é bem simples, um pouco abaixo das nossas expecativas, o atendimento e ok, tivemmos apenas 1 detalhe que nos deixou chatedos ( estavamos saindo para pedalar e perguntei se havia um filtro para enchermos nossa garrafinha, o recepcionista confirmou que tinha o filtro mas que não poderia nos ceder a água por normas internas, eu achei bizarro!!! O café da manhã é ótimo, embora seja servido em um hotel à uns 50 metros do local( isso não foi informado na reserva!! No demais tudo ok!

Galera, esse hotel tem ESCORPIÕES. Cuidado. Quase fui picada. Ao chegar tinha um no interruptor de luz. Disseram que eles são do terreno ao lado. Fora isso achei o preço muito alto pelo conforto (cama, banheiro, cafe) que ele entrega. Esperava mais. A localização é ótima. Gostei do pessoal da recepção. Outro ponto negativo é o barulho que os próprios funcionários fazem ao conversar e rir alto perto dos quartos. Eu tinha reservado 3 dias para dormir até um pouco mais tarde, mas às 7h já estavam fazendo barulho e não consegui descansar. A cama é ruim e banheiro muito pequeno pra banho.

Percebi que estadias compradas pelo aplicativo os hospedes são acomodados nos piores quartos. Me hospedei em um quarto pequeno, mas me mostrei inconformada. O quarto era próximos da cozinha, banheiro externo e área externa. Tive q solicitar a troca, eles trocaram, mas alegaram q os demais quartos estavam preservados. Positive experience for a long stay. The hotel is medium sized, at walking distance from touristic center and the craft market, very close to the beach, you just need to across the road and the bike lane, both can be busy so very careful especially if you have children.
If you are traveling solo you can use the safe of the room to keep your values while going to have a bath on the sea, and quickly get them back , for example, if you fancy to drink a coconut juice from the kiosk.
Pro: Close to the beach, staff very helpful and courtesy, breakfast varied and good with many homemade pies changing along the period I staid.
Cons: The structure is pretty old and on the room I was it would need some maintenance mainly at the air conditioners and doors.
The AC are very noisy and draining is missing with the usually outside unit placed in the hall and the stilling on the floor could be hear for a little at night even after it was switched off, the room entrance door lock was tricky and getting stuck sometimes when I need to lock and unlock at the point that once I got a broken key.
One of the close room has similar issues since I heard people soundly tinkering with keys a lot while opening or closing.

Pousada aconchegante e bem localizada. Ponto que deixou a desejar foi o oferecimento de toalhas de rosto, que, geralmente, de praxe, já ficam disponíveis nos quartos, e nessa pousada, era necessário solicitar. E o oferecimento de sabonetes e shampoo e precário. Tivemos que comprar sabonete, porque o estoque não era reposto no ato da limpeza. No mais, tudo de boa qualidade, como limpeza, cafe da manha, acomodação...etc.

A piscina é pequena, mas vale a pena subir por causa da vista. Wi-Fi intermitente, mas não acho que isso prejudique a avaliação geral do hotel

A localização da pousada é muito boa. O café da manhã é bonzinho. Só que o quarto em que ficamos (junto do café) não foi bom, pq nele dá pra escutar os barulhos de quem toma café ou o prepara, e também escutamos cada vez que alguém sobe as escadas da pousada. Não mudamos de quarto porque só ficamos por uma noite.

Passarela para caminhadas e ciclismo.Atendente super atenciosos.Passeios oferecidos com pessoas , também, super eficientes.Aconselho fazer passeio praias do litoral sul, por do sol praia Jacaré(não pode deixar de fazer).Lá tem uma excelente feira de artesanato.Eu loquei veículo, mas arrependi pois tem Uber que fica mais barato.Não deixem de visitar o restaurante Mangai, onde tem comidas regionais e ótimo preço.Restaurante Nau e rodízio de frutos do mar,churrascaria , próximo ao hotel. Muito cuidado no passeio ao centro histórico.Grande incidência de assaltos.Se tiver de carro próprio dá pra fazer todos os passeios, ao contrario do que me informaram. É só usar gps. Tem muitos outros hotéis e pousadas na orla da praia Tambaú. A praia da barra gramame é bem rústica , inclusive sem energia elétrica.Não achei ideal pra fazer refeições. Praia dos coqueirinhos excelente.Praia Tambada( praia normal e outra parte praia naturalista), linda pra se ver.Cuidado com passeios nos mirantes onde há ocorrência de assaltos.Em fim, em João Pessoa o turismo é muito em conta e o povo recebe muito bem os turistas.

Foram 2 dias e ao chegarmos nos colocaram no quarto de entrada do hotel no térreo. Pedimos outro e nos colocaram no quarto ao lado da sala de refeições. Não havia privacidade. Saiu do quarto de cara com outros hóspedes comendo. Porta do quarto não fechava com chave e sim com trinco. O lado bom é que as pessoas da cozinha educadas, e a atendente nos recebeu bem mas faltou maior empenho em nos colocar num quarto melhor. A localidade da Pousada excelente. A praia não é boa para banho, mas preço bom o q foi oferecido lá. As pessoas de João Pessoa são alegres e festeiras! Mt animação lá!
