Dirty markings on bed linen and pillow cases

The hotel was overall very good in appearance , with good amenities, but I gave it low ( lower ) marks because the bed linen and pillow cases had dirty markings on them in many places

The service and location area wonderful.
Three points I already told the front desk were the doors to the balconies that don't lock, the gym center needs to be upgraded, and one of the swimming pool's drain doesn't have a protective screen.

Tinha tudo para ser perfeito…

Excelente localização, com ótimo custo benefício. Funcionários gentis e eficientes. A infraestrutura deixa a desejar: o colchão estava velho e irregular; o ar condicionado congelava; e os elevadores são lentos e insuficientes quando o hotel está cheio. Além disso, pedidos de coberta extra não são atendidos.

Good hotel off the beach

It is one of the better places to stay in Joao Pessoa if you do not want to stay on the beach. It is just one block off the beach, so you can walk to the Ocean and come back and take a shower. Not much on a view out your window, but still very clean.

Mini apartments with great ocean views.

This hotel offers many good things and also many bad things. 1) it offers a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom and so is very spacious. However, if you plan on using the kitchen they do not offer any pots/pans/dishes and not even a tea kettle. The shower is small but nice and hot. The hotel does not offer any stoppers for the sink so no way to wash any clothes or bathing suits. The hotel does provide you with 2 bars of soap, which is a plus in my view. Beds are not that comfortable and really did not like that they do not own any fitted sheet and no mattress cover so bottom sheet tends to expose the mattress. Breakfast is free but adequate. Overall the hotel is OK but not great.

Quarto q fiquei estava com vaso entupido e a Equipe de funcionários nos trocou de quarto na mesma hora, excelentes no atendimento, cafe da manhã bom , poderia ser melhor. Vista excelente da praia . Cama do primeiro quarto com colchão muito macio e travesseiros um pouco duros , no primeiro dia fiquei com torcicolo . Depois q mudei de quarto melhorou. No mais nossa estadia foi boa. Férias casal.

Negativo: Roupa de cama e toalhas velhas e \"encardidas\". Tem colocar o aviso de não perturbe na porta, pois a camareira bateu na porta antes das 9hs para verificar se vai querer arrumação do quarto. Faltou lista de preços e consumo do frigobar (foi repassado na portaria e não resolvido). Um dos elevadores não estava marcando adequadamente a posição no andar . Alguns veículos estacionados na portaria do hotel, dificultando o embarque e desembarque dos passageiros.

Positivo: Check in e chek out, internet disponível, chuveiro e café da manhã.

Quarto ótimo e espaçoso, tem fogão mas não tem utensílios nenhum, então não adianta ter fogão. A cama são duas de solteiro com pillow top queen, o que ficou desconfortável . Café é fraco , pães e bolos não frescos, deixou a desejar pelo preço que foi pago tem opções bem melhores.

Essa é minha terceira vez no hotel, e da para perceber a diferença entre os anos anteriores. Os funcionários são prestativos, nada a reclamar, mas o café da manhã com poucas opções, não sei se terceirizaram, mas faltava reposição dos alimentos, hotel lotado e sem condições para atender a todos. Elevador lento e em manutenção, lençóis, fronhas e toalhas velhas e amareladas. A limpeza ok. Vale pela localização, mas é nítido que o hotel não está preparado para lotação máxima caindo assim a qualidade do atendimento.

Funcionários simpáticos e solicitos, destaque para a Natália do preparo das tapiocas. E a localização é excelente. De bom, só isso.

Café da manhã: pouca variedade, sem opções de suco de laranja e pão de queijo em nenhum dia.

Dos dois elevadores, apenas ambos estavam operando. A grande maioria do tempo, apenas um operativo. Eles também não tem inteligência - ou seja, aperta-se o botão e sobe ou desce independente da sua vontade.

Roupa de cama e toalhas surradas

Finalmente, o hotel já sente o peso da idade. Pinturas mal acabadas, torneiras antigas, e louças datadas entregan o peso da idade.

Não pretendo voltar.

Meu filho fez reserva em meu nome desde 03 de junho. Porém para surpresa minha ao chegar e apresentar identificação fui informada de que não havia nenhuma reserva em meu nome. O recepcionista fez novo cadastro , sendo que sou cliente mais ou menos há04 anos.

Restaurante na sexta-feira pela manhã com forte cheiro de mofo. Banheiro com pouco papel higiênico. Não havia copos/taças suficientemente para duas pessoas. Porta de correr da varanda batendo.
