I did not get any of my VIP benefits at all, and the room had an ugly view facing the hotel next door so I kept the windows closed the whole time I was in the room. BUT the location is great, price is great, staff were so very friendly and helpful and parking was a breeze.

Fun weekend in João Pessoa

The hotel was small but cute. The location was great right on the beach and close to bars and restaurants. Given that the hotel was short the views aren't as good as taller hotels but being right on the beachfront has its perks. Just know when you're booking a room with a "beach view" it's not the best.

The room was very spacious. The bathroom was very tight, difficult for two people to use at the same time. Hot water was good. Although the room did have AC it didn't really work that well, more of a fan. I had to sleep with no sheets/covers. But my preference is cold nights, im sure other people are fine with that. Shouldn't take away from the overall experience.

The pool was tiny but I guess appropriate for the size of the hotel. Nice views from the top of the building.

O hotel é muito bom, ótima localização, quarto e banheiro bem espaçoso, ótimo atendimento, café da manhã mt bom Só preciso fazer duas ressalvas: 1- logo pela manhã às 7, 8, 9hrs achei muito barulhento de portas batendo e conversas altas entre os funcionários da limpeza, isso atrapalha quem deseja descansar até mais tarde. 2- Ao chegar no hotel, na portaria tem um cheiro MUITO forte que parece ser de produto de limpeza ou cheirinho, que não me agradou, o hotel é bem limpo mas todas as vezes que passei pela portaria para entrar ou sair do hotel, esse cheiro me incomodou bastante. Desde o primeiro dia que cheguei no hotel tive problemas no meu quarto. Uma enorme falta de respeito por parte do hotel. Vim a trabalho para João Pessoa e só tive problemas durante minha hospedagem. Cheguei na madrugada de sábado para o domingo (31/10) às 3h da madrugada e tive que acordar às 6h do domingo pra uma reunião de trabalho na UFPB. Quando termino o banho o banheiro estava todo alagado! A descarga quebrada e foi um enorme transtorno pois tinha que me aprontar para ir para reunião. Chamei a manutenção que não resolveu no momento pois tinha que colocar silicone na área do box para não vazar e consertar a descarga. Tive que me aprontar com o banheiro todo alagado e sem poder utilizar a privada. Um absurdo. Em nenhum momento cogitaram em me colocar em outro quarto. Me deixaram neste que pra mim deve ser o pior do hotel. Ao chegar do trabalho a noite verifiquei que tinha ajeitado tudo no banheiro, porém minha TV não funcionava. Tive que chamar a manutenção e providenciou a troca de controle. Ou seja, mais uma perturbação! Porém um dia depois do acontecido, quando fui utilizar o banheiro, a privada quebrou e não tinha como dar descarga! Procurei a recepção à noite e me ignoraram que a descarga quebrou e somente no dia seguinte teriam como trocar a parte do vaso. E eu estava precisando utilizar o vaso e tinha que sair pra o congresso que estava participando. Adiantei meu voor meu voo para madrugada para sair desse hotel urgente. Não paguei e não fiquei bem nesse lugar!

Localização excelente, em frente à praia! Só atravessar a rua. Equipe do hotel excelente. A comida e o atendimento do restaurante Mareia foram muito bons! O único ponto foi que os quartos que não são de frente para o mar são pequenos, mas de resto a experiência foi ótima!

Achei tudo bem mais ou menos, a infraestrutura do hotel é simples, o quarto é menor do que aparenta nas fotos, o colchão e travesseiros bem de baixa qualidade, o café da manhã bem simples, bem mais ou menos, no que diz respeito a pães e bolos pouquíssimas opções e nada fresco, tudo com textura de que tinha sido feito há dias. O ponto mais positivo é a localização, fora isso, vale a pena se o valor da diária estiver bem abaixo da média dos demais hotéis. De outra forma não vale ....

Acredito que os quartos precisam melhorar na quantidade de travesseiros, qualidade da roupa de cama e banho. Peca na iluminação, onde a luz natural é precária e diversas partes do quarto. Café da manhã bom, porém, com alto fluxo de hóspedes, não restam mesas disponíveis, com demora da equipe e providenciar a limpeza das mesas desocupadas.

A noite o elevador ficou fazendo zuada,como se tivesse disparando alguma coisa, isso causou um desconforto, porque meu quarto ficou quase de frente. O café da manhã é excelente, e as pessoas que trabalham lá também. A piscina não estava limpa, e no frigobar não tem nenhuma bebida alcoólica.

Limpeza e manutenção deixam muito a desejar

O hotel é muito simples, antigo, e apresenta falhas de manutenção como vidros embassados e sujos logo na entrada. O staff não é simpático, café da manhã com poucas opções, bowls, talheres e pratos com higiene precária. O quarto é muito pequeno e não garante circulação adequada. Aréa de box e bancada da pia do banheiro ínfimos. É um hotel 3 estrelas, e não se espera luxos nessa categoria. Mas limpeza, cortesia, e manutenção adequados são coisaa básicas. É o mínimo que qualquer hotel deveria oferecer.

A localização do hotel é muito boa, de frente a praia de Cabo Branco, com bons restaurantes nas proximidades e fácil locomoção.
Mas infelizmente há pontos que merecem atenção, a saber:
Devido a área de praia talvez o mais indicado para a mobília da recepção fosse revestimento em corino ou couro, os móveis claros transparecem a sujeira mais visivelmente, avaliar possível higienização.
O quarto que ficamos hospedados tinha um cheiro muito forte de umidade/mofo e o mesmo acontecia no banheiro, cheiro de esgoto, odor intensificado após períodos de chuva.
As roupas de cama estavam bem desgastadas e as toalhas de banho e rosto manchadas e encardidas.
O hotel disponibiliza um link para check-in antecipado, mas é impossível utilizar, quando da finalização do cadastro retorna com mensagem de erro.
O café da manhã é outro ponto que merece destaque, devido a limitação do espaço físico em alguns horários as pessoas ficam numa fila do lado de fora do local onde o café é servido, esperando pela liberação de mesas. De acordo com a taxa de ocupação, fica como sugestão avaliarem a possibilidade de criar horários pré estabelecidos, onde os hóspedes escolhem aquele horário que melhor atenda a sua necessidade.
Se estiver de carro, talvez encontre dificuldades para estacionar, pois o espaço é limitado para a quantidade de quartos da propriedade.

O hotel é bem localizado, os funcionários são muito gentis, lençóis encardidos e travesseiros muito amarelos é um ponto negativo significativo, pois impacta diretamente o conforto e a higiene do ambiente.
Estrutura do Banheiro: A má qualidade na estrutura do banheiro, com um chuveiro mal posicionado, torna a experiência de tomar banho desagradável. O espaço do chuveiro parece mal projetado, o que causa desconforto ao direcionar a água para a parede. : Embora o hotel tenha uma boa localização e um atendimento excelente, a questão da limpeza e a estrutura do banheiro são aspectos que precisam de atenção. Melhorias nesses pontos poderiam tornar a estadia muito mais agradável.

Ruim, lençóis manchados e encardidos, banheiro muito pequeno, poucas tomadas no quarto, não fazem reposição de papel higiênico e sabonete, não tiram o lixo do quarto todos os dias. Só tem um elevador e é pequeno, barulhento e da solavancos. Café da manhã simples, todos os dias as mesmas coisas, não mudam nada, fora que só tem uma garrafa térmica de café que acaba toda hora e demoram uns 20 minutos pra repor, mesmo em horários de pouco movimento acabava e tinhamos que ficar um bom tempo esperando.

A localização é muito top, a estrutura do hotel boa, porém o quarto achei bem apertado, uma sensação de bastante poeira e o ar condicionado tava podre de sujo, acabou que eu e minha namorada desenvolvemos crise alérgicas durante toda a estadia, outra coisa bem chata, foi a moça que abastece o frigibar entrar no quarto de vez e de supresa, sendo que estavmos dentro do quarto a vontade, e para não dizer só questões ruins, o café da manhã muito bom, com variedades, fora esses problemas, deu para aproveitar. Obs: nao tem estacionamento privado, tem que dividir com todos os frequentadores da praia. Pois sao vagas públicas.

Hotel localizado em frente ao mar, com staff simpatico, check in e out rápidos, café da manhã razoável, porém com sucos naturais, limpo,com uma piscina na cobertura e com boa relação custo benefício no valor da diária.

Hotel bem localizado. Climatização agradável. Limpeza da recepção, corredores e tbm o quarto agradável e confortável. Ambiente da piscina limpo e agradável, com uma bela vista. Dei preferência por ficar no 4° andar, quarto com janela lateral possibilitando visualização da orla. Café da manhã com várias opções disponíveis. Viagem de casal, 02 - 05 de fevereiro de 2024, três diárias.

Hotel super bem localizado na praia de Cabo Branco, em frente aos quiosques/barracas e, ainda, de fácil acesso à Tambaú. Hospedei-me no quarto com vista para a o mar e recomendo!! O único ponto fraco é o café da manhã, pois é muito simples e deixa bastante a desejar.

Certamente voltaria pra esse hotel!

Foi uma escolha acertiva ficar nesse hotel. Quarto de frente para a praia, com 2 pontos de iluminação, bem claro e arejado. Ar condicionado top, cama confortável, café da manhã sem grandes novidades, mas gostoso e com ótima apresentação.

Bom, mas poderia ser melhor.

Gostamos do hotel, todavia sentimos falta de um café da manhã com mais variedade, o hotel estava em reforma e não haviam informado esta questão quando fizemos a reserva, alugamos um quarto com vista para o mar mas a acústica das janelas não é boa deixando passar muito barulho da rua, falta um estacionamento privativo e a tv do quarto não estava funcionando direito, mesmo tendo reclamado na recepção, não providenciaram a troca. Pelo preço que pagamos pela estadia, poderia ter mais conforto e comodidade.

Bem localizado, para mim faltou deixar um manta ou lençol mais grosso no quarto para dar mais conforto na hora de dormir, beira mar, e perto de tudo que se procura para um boa estadia.

O hotel corresponde às expectativas e as fotos condizem com o local, no entanto a recepção nunca atende interfone e nem ligação externa, além de termos solicitado uma manta porque não dispunha no quarto e não ter sido entregue. Minha filha desceu na recepção (pois não atendem interfone) para pedir à noite porque estava com frio para dormir e ninguém entregou.
Ponto negativo também para a acústica, pois se ouve até o que está passando na tv do quarto vizinho, sem contar com os hóspedes falando alto o tempo inteiro nos dois andares que ficamos hospedados e o hotel não solicita silêncio (o dia inteiro até de madrugada era barulho) .
Ponto positivo: a simpatia e presteza da camareira Elaine Cristina, sempre solícita para ajudar.

Minhas considerações: Boa localização, Café da manhã bom; quarto espaçoso, mas poderia ser melhor aproveitado, como estava em uma viagem longa e com mala grande, não havia um suporte/espaço adequado para comportar, a mala ficou no chão e toda hora que precisava mexer em algo nela tinha que me abaixar. Não há garagem , mas há vagas ao redor; Não há academia.

Baixa relação custo / benéfico, hotel sem estacionamento, apesar de bem localizado. Confesso que não chequei isso antes, mas me surpreendi em função do valor da diária. Lamentável. Pra completar, no sábado, a piscina com borda infinita (razão principal da nossa escolha do hotel), estava fechada aos hóspedes. Não usamos nem conhecemos, de raiva. Tivemos um upgrade gratuito de quarto, talvez pela nossa evidente decepção no checkin, mas o quarto não se apresentou tão confortável, apesar da posição em frente ao mar. Ar-condicionado fraco, e torneira do banheiro com vazamentos.

No site consta que o hotel tem estacionamento, mas é mentira, o estacionamento e público e nunca sobra vaga.

Localização excelente
Nos colocaram em um quarto sem sacada, sendo que nossa reserva era com sacada com vista para o mar. Reclamei e arrumaram rápido, porém o quarto muito pequeno.
Cama boa, porém lençóis não são presos, então desforrava o tempo todo.
Box do banheiro quebrado não fechava, banheiro virou uma piscina.
As 20:30 resolvemos pedir comida, porém não aceitaram nosso pedidos pq havia muitos pedidos, mas horário de fechamento era as 21:00.
Choveu e após isto começaram a aparecer insetos no quarto, porém janelas e sacada fechada. Reclamei e disseram que era por causa da chuva. Então se é algo que já de costume, deveriam colocar telas e/ou aviar hóspedes.
Hotel tem potencial , super bem localizado , precisam ajustar estes pontos .

Não gostei do hotel. Embora a localização seja ótima, o hotel é velho, quarto muito pequeno, o cartão da porta do meu quarto eu tinha que ficar esfregando para funcionar, tudo muito pequeno mesmo. Além disso o café da manha deixou muito a desejar. Poucas opções. Infelizmente não recomendo o hotel.

Estadia decepcionante

Estadia decepcionante em todos os aspectos. Nos acomodaram em um quarto sujo, chegando no mesmo o quarto e banheiro eram minúsculos. O cartao da porta nao funcionava a maioria das vezes. Jogo de cama e travesseiros horríveis. Cafe da manha era razoável. Alem do fato de ter deixado meu cartao de crédito dentro da bolsa no quarto todos os dias da estadia e ter sido vítima de fraude. No ultimo dia de estadia foi efetuada uma compra online no meu cartão por alguém que roubou os dados do mesmo, ao procurar a gerência do hotel para comunicar o ocorrido fui tratado de forma irônica. Em nenhum momento o hotel se prontificou em me auxiliar.
