The room is good, but the service really needs improvement, reception is not kind, employees talk so loud in the alley. The breakfast is poor and if you dont get there early you have less options. I don't recommend this hotel

The variety of food for breakfast is excellent and everything is delicious and well made. Always clean and fresh. The pool was in maintenance and we could not use but it is understandable. The gym equipments are old and poor in options but I reckon not many guests are using it as it was always empty.

Being close to the beach is a big plus. Also the breakfast was good and the staff always attentive. My only complaint would be that the Air Conditioning was limited to the bedroom and the fun provided had a short cable which would not allow it to be placed near the bedroom door to allow cooling the main room, a short extention would have been enough to help. Also, I am not sure the setting of the AC temperature was actually working as setting it to 21C or 27C made absolutely no difference. The air coming out of the unit was in my opinion freezing, maybe even around 10-15C.

The Littoral Gold Flat is a good place to stay with some disappointments the weekend I stayed recently. 1. The dining room was very warm as one of the 3 air conditioners did not work and the other two were turned on the minute they started serving breakfast. Large rooms need at least a hour to cool off. I felt very hot at breakfast. 2. My suite only had air conditioning in the bedroom. The living area had to be cooled by way of keeping the bedroom door open. I had coworkers over to hang out but we had to stop the meeting because it was too hot in my living area that has no air conditioning. Spend the money so that if I pay for a suite I can host visitors without embarrassing moments like I experienced. 3. There are many homeless people nearby. 2 times I was approached getting into my car by people begging who could have just as easily tried to rob me. I was parked outside the Flat’s parking garage on the street. I felt unsafe outside of the hotel. Inside was safe and secure. 4. They kept the gaming / recreation areas locked all dat long. I thought May keycard could be used to enter but I had to get a staff member. 5. Overall the place had some nicer features, especially the showers. They had a good hot shower. Good space as well in the bedroom and living rooms.

My stay was good, but the breakfast service was not fair for the level of the hotel. Items were not replaced, it means if you want to have everything on the buffet you should be there when the breakfast starts. Also, the service was passive aggressive for no reason, i am talking about me. I don't care if they had bad experience with others customers, they might provide good service for all.

Internet simplesmente inexistente. A equipe do \"restaurante\" responsavel pelo café da manhã claramente odeia trabalhar lá e transmite isso para todos os clientes. De resto, tudo ok.

Só tive duas questões: 1º) as toalhas (todas brancas) estavam com aparência de que precisavam de uma lavagem mais \"pesada\" e 2º) o fato de ser um \"flat\", com estrutura de pia e micro-ondas, mas não haver um talher ou prato disponíveis no quarto.

O quarto tinha barata. Todo dia elas apareciam à noite. O hotel indicava que tinha estacionamento com manobrista dando a entender que era gratuito mas tinha um custo de 18 reais por dia. Eles deveriam deixar isso explícito no anúncio.

O hotel é muito bom. A localização é excelente, perto do food parque Cabo Branco e da orla, longe da agitação do busto de Tamandaré. Há uma conveniência do lado que fica aberta até as 21h. tem garagem, sendo que agora é paga. Antes não era. CONFESSO QUE ME SURPREENDI. Não li sobre na hora de reservar. A estrutura dos flats, no geral, é muito boa. O hotel conta com uma excelente piscina, espaço fitness e um amplo saguão. Quanto aos quartos, varia. Não há um padrão. Eu já me hospedei lá várias vezes e a cada vez fico em um flat diferente. Dessa vez fiquei no 204, menor de todos em que já fiquei, mas, mesmo assim, o espaço do quarto é muito bom. O Flat conta com uma cama king confortável, frigobar, sofá cama, armários. Pia louça, mas não havia louça, pelo menos acessível. Chuveiro excelente. Quanto à estrutura do quarto, tudo certo. Só sugiro ao proprietário colocar ralos que fecham no banheiro, porque estava subindo mal cheiro. Minha nota não será 10, não por fatores que o proprietário possa resolver, mas por estrutura que diz respeito ao hotel no geral. A limpeza deixou muito a desejar. Fiquei 3 diárias. No segundo dia não houve limpeza do quarto. No terceiro dia, deixamos sinalizado que queríamos limpeza. Passaram no quarto, mas só arrumaram a cama e tiraram o papel das lixeiras. Não trocaram toalhas e não lavaram nem a pia do banheiro. E estava suja, porque a água estava descendo muito devagar (está quase entupindo) O café da manhã muito bom e variado, mas já foi melhor.

O hotel é bem limpo e conservado. Sua localização é excelente, o café da manhã é satisfatório e a equipe de atendimento cordial e simpática. No quarto, a cama é confortável e a ducha do banho é um destaque positivo. De negativo, o isolamento acústico do quarto (entra muito barulho da área da piscina e do corredor), assim como a luz intensa da circulação que entra pela fresta da porta. Erros de projeto que podem ser corrigidos.

Já havia me hospedado no local com anfitriões particulares. Esta foi a primeira vez que fiquei pelos serviços do flat propriamente dito, e acabou sendo a mais decepcionante. Desde o check-in sofrível com uma funcionária mal preparada, passando pelo café da manhã ruim e sem variedade, vazamento no banheiro, e toalhas de banho, disponibilizadas pelo flat, que eram ásperas e estavam se desfazendo de tão velhas. Enfim… frustrante.

Ao chegarmos ao hotel, tivemos uma experiência bastante desagradável com o apartamento que reservamos. Optamos por um flat com sala, quarto e cozinha, mas, ao chegarmos, a TV da sala não funcionava. Comunicamos imediatamente à recepção, que acionou a equipe de manutenção. Para nossa surpresa, os técnicos informaram que o problema já era conhecido e que haviam reportado anteriormente à recepção.
Logo depois, a recepção nos contatou dizendo que não havia outro apartamento disponível na mesma categoria, oferecendo-nos um de categoria inferior — proposta que, naturalmente, recusamos. Solicitamos, então, falar com a gerência, que só conseguiu resolver a situação no dia seguinte. Infelizmente, esse transtorno nos fez perder a primeira tarde da nossa estadia em João Pessoa.
Outro ponto frustrante foi descobrir que, apesar de o hotel oferecer apartamentos do tipo flat, não são disponibilizados utensílios de cozinha, o que nos pegou de surpresa e também gerou bastante incômodo.

O quarto fedia a cigarro, o ar soltava odor de mofo, reclamei na recepção pediram pra falar no dia seguinte quando fosse fazer checkout, a tv não funcionava, não havia copo nem talher, a cama com colchão bem sujo e dava pra sentir as molas, não dava pra dormir, dormimos todos na cama de casal.
De manhã já fiz o checkout pois não dava pra permanecer do quarto, sem contar um cachorro latindo a noite inteira no quarto da frente.
O porteiro foi super mal educado quando liguei para questionar sobre pois eu estava com meu filho de 4 anos, tivemos que dormir lá mesmo.
No dia seguinte te enviei mensagem para o hotel e vídeos onde nunca responderam.

Da mesma forma, entra muita claridade do corredor para o quarto pela fresta da porta. O hotel é razoável e a localização é boa. No quesito limpeza deixaram muito a desejar, arrumavam a cama mais ou menos, algumas vezes chegávamos dos passeios e nem tinham feito a arrumação. Nos dois últimos dias de estadia não tinha sabonete e nem toalhas, alegaram que o hotel estava lotado, falaram que era pra usar shampoo no lugar do sabonete. Nunca havia me hospedado no Littoral Gold Flat. Excelente localização. Cama maravilhosa. Parte da iluminação do quarto estava queimada. A TV as vezes não queria desligar com o controle.
