I would avoid the ocean front suites if you are looking for a quiet sleep. The sliding doors to the balcony are not the best at suppressing the sounds of the main street. But it’s proximity to the beach is pretty good

If you expecting top service or a 3-4 stars in Joao Pessoa, then get prepared because this stars won't exist there. Starting with the good stuff, the shower was ok, but none of the amenities were refueled. The cover blanket and pellow covers were disgusting, after 3 attempts the switched for clean ones. Their merchant machine to payoff the bill might not work so bring cash with you. The pool is nothing you see in pictures, it is really small. The towels from the room are very low quality and you will get one per person, we asked for the pool towels to use it at the room, it worked ok. The breakfast its better then a continental US breakfast, but be ready because its very oily.

Hotel tem classificação equivocada pois não merece nota acima de 7. Estava com quartos cheirando a mofo, lençóis rasgados, toalhas com cheiro ruim, água do chuveiro sem aquecer e a piscina é completamente diferente do que parece ser na foto. Absolutamente não recomendo!

I stayed in the same hotel my room was not as good like the first visit but it was ok the must I like about the hotel is how friendly the stuff is particularly the restaurant and the housekeepers they are always smailing and ready to do anything to make sure you are satisfied the housekeeper I really appreciated they fold my clouts I left the room in such a mess I told her I was rushing out the I was sorry for the mess when I came back she when the extra mile to make sure I was so over the moon I really hope she got the tip I left for her on reception .

O apartamento que fiquei tinha vista lateral para o mar, mas o que eu havia comprado exatamente era vista frente-mar duplo twin. Primeiro fui para o apto 219, depois para o apto 120 e, por último, para o apto 313. Essas trocas ocorreram porque não houve comunicação prévia com a governança para verificar que o apartamento deveria ser duplo twin. Continuando: o quarto estava limpo e os funcionários (camareiras e equipe do restaurante) foram super prestativos.
No dia do check-out entrei em contato com a recepção perguntando se seria possível um late check-out até às 13h e a resposta obtida foi: “infelizmente não”. Creio que é preciso trabalhar melhor as respostas negativas, pois também fazem parte do atendimento. O atendente poderia ter dito, por exemplo: “Sra., no momento não poderemos atender sua solicitação, pois o apartamento será ocupado hoje.” Veja a diferença de uma resposta coesa, sem soar excessivamente negativa.

Já me hospedei algumas vezes nesse hotel, deixe de ir por um tempo, pra ver ser melhorava… cade dia pior. Café da manhã péssimo, cama com luminária pendurada por tras dos travesseiros, serviço de manutenção de laje e split sendo feito as 6h no domingo. Nem tenho o que comentar, as fotos esclarecem tudo. Nord, vcs tem uma ótima rede hoteleira, não deixem esse se acabar.

Sou gold e e tenho upgrade de quarto, perguntei sobre isso para a recepcionista e ela disse que eu teria que pagar 250reais pelo upgrade e que tinha disponibilidade. porem mostrei que no site do Hoteis.com eu tinha direito gratis. ela levou para o supervisor e depois voltou dizendo que nao tinha disponibilidade. achei um absurdo isso. quarto 419 o chuveiro estava pessimo, rack embaixo da tv com uma parte estourada.

É um hotel em frente a uma das melhores praias urbanas do Nordeste (Cabo Branco). O hotel é simples mas atende bem quem quer estar em Cabo Branco. Café da manhã farto mas um pouco tumultuado (talvez por ser carnaval). Recomendo muito para quem quer ir conhecer e desfrutar Cabo Branco

Hotel muito abaixo do padrão 4 estrelas
Gente, esse hotel não é 4 estrelas. Já fiquei em vários hotéis de 4 e 5 estrelas e esse está muito diante do padrão de 4 estrelas. Uma pousada sem estrelas consegueria ser melhor.
Posso enumerar vários pontos negativos. O primeiro deles foi que recebemos o quarto sujo. Sujo aparente mesmo. A sorte é que levamos álcool 70°.
No café da manhã servem frutas passadas e o queijo azedo. Nada estava bom. Sem.exagero. Os bolos secos, o cuscuz seco, a tapioca com massa de chiclete...O que salvou foi uma funcionária da cozinha que foi de uma atenção e simpatia.
Na recepção, os atendentes não são receptivos e nem educados, com exceção do maleiro que foi uma simpatia e muito cuidadoso com o meus pais que são idosos.

A estadia foi bem razoável. Os recepcionista são bem antipáticos. Nunca tinha toalha pra piscina disponível. Tentamos upgrade na acomodação e não conseguimos, tentamos ficar uma hora a mais após o checkout e também não conseguimos. O quarto era bem mal limpo. Barulho nos corredores antes das 6h da manhã. Ficamos sete dias hospedados e o café da manhã era igual todos os dias.

Atendimento excelente, a limpeza precisa melhorar. Precisei juntar as camas para meus filhos pequenos dormirem, e ai em baixo estavam sujas. Ós lençóis estavam com mau cheiro, que não secou direito. Só percebi tarde quando fui dormir, mas, no outro dia solicitei a troca dos lençóis e trocaram. E tambem limpram em baixo das camas. Na piscina só pode consumir comida do hotel, então fui pedir batata fritas, e me informaram que pela manhã so sai bebidas, comidas a partir das 12:00(as crianças querendo comer, tivemos que sair da piscina, para dar lanche a eles). Então se so pode consumir do hotel, o hotel tem que disponibilizar comida no horário da piscina.

O Nord fez dois eventos em dias seguidos e estes eventos foram terríveis para os meus pais octagenários. Não foi possível dormir bem com tanto barulho. Acho um desrespeito. A limpeza ocorreu no fim da tarde com os hóspedes dentro do quarto em alguns dias de hospedagem.

A estadia, no geral, foi excelente. Faço apenas a ressalva quanto ao horário do café da manhã. O horário é até às 10 horas, porém entende-se que até às 10 é para chegar no restaurante. O que eu vi foi às 10 horas em ponto, os funcionários do hotel começaram a retirar as comidas, sem observar o mínimo de tolerância.

O hotel deixou a desejar em matéria de limpeza. Pela janela dava pra ver sucata de ar condicionado e plásticos espalhados na área externa, no banheiro além do chuveiro entupido, tinha muito lodo na lateral do vidro e no ralo. Televisão com modelo bem antigo, ou seja, apenas canal local. O café da manhã estava muito ruim dessa vez, a tapioca estava péssima, as frutas azedas e até o leite de coco estava com gosto estranho. Além de tudo isso, os funcionários não são dos mais agradáveis. A sensação é que não tem gerente preocupado com os detalhes que são importantes para uma estadia agradável.

A localização é excelente, tem tudo q precisa perto. Quando cheguei me puseram em um apto puro cheiro de mofo, 202, só depois da segunda reclamação que mudaram meu apto. Toalhas bem surradas, shampoo e sabonete só naqueles refil péssimos, saem nada, recomendo levar de casa. Não tem onde dependurar maiô molhado, não secam. Café da manhã médio. Alguns funcionários bem educados.

O hotel, a localização, cama, café da manhã são perfeitos. Infelizmente está carente de conservação e atualização. Ficamos no apto 120 e o split estava com a palheta quebrada, jogando o ar para baixo e a ventilação no máximo, sem opção de diminuir. A tv antiga, não era smart, hoje quase uma obrigação e o fio da antena sem conector, piorando o sinal dos poucos canais oferecidos.

Melhorar atendimento para viajantes em família
Hotel confortável e compatível para o preço, tem ótima localização em frente à praia de Cabo Branco e próxima a restaurantes bons. Café da manhã regional muito bom o que nos agradou bastante. O que me desagradou: liguei 2 dias antes para solicitar um berço mas não me garantiram a disponibilidade, daí me pediram para retornar a ligação no dia para ter a certeza. Pois bem, assim fiz e mesmo horas antes da minha chegada a equipe de reserva continuou a não me garantir o berço, o que me deixou bastante frustrada. Como eu iria viajar sem ter a certeza de que teria uma boa hospedagem e noite de sono??! Só quem é mar saberia o que estou falando. Faltou empatia por isso! Felizmente consegui ligar para a recepção do hotel e só assim a equipe de confirmou que o berço estaria no quarto. Outro ponto que me desagradou: não houve a limpeza do quarto após a primeira noite, mesmo tendo avisado as camareiras após liberarmos os quarto ao meio dia. Quando retornamos no início da tarde tivemos sorte de ainda ter staff no hotel e pelo menos o banheiro foi limpo e a camareira muito gentil nos atendeu mas faltou organização por parte do time de governança.
