Room not ready at 1530 in the day of check-in. Superior suite with 50%of light busted, after 2 days few was replaced but unfortunately the one above the bed was not possible to turn-off, so I sleep with light on. Air condition very noising and leaking water inside the room. All forniture in very bad condition, also several times I was running behaving the stewardess at 1800 for clean my room and replace towels. All was addressed to the manager but nothing change and no any kind of reimbursement was proposed.

O café da manhã é muito bom e os funcionários são solícitos e amigáveis. Acho que podem melhoras as camas, o colchão do meu quarto tinha algumas molas quebradas, mas dava de dormir bem. A piscina do hotel é pequena e nao tem muita profundidade. Mas todo o suporte, organização é muito bom do hotel. Eu indicaria.

Acomodação com dois ambientes (sala/cozinha e quarto). O chuveiro no banheiro era muito bom. O ar-condicionado era muito bom e tinha um em cada ambiente. Muito bem localizado, ficava de frente para a praia, em um dos melhores locais da orla. Dentro de uns 100 metros haviam muitos quiosques (que são praticamente restaurantes), uma chirascaria na orla, diversas lojas de conveniência e passeios. O café-da-manhã era muito bom (das 6:30 as 10:00) e eles tem estacionamento rotativo que custa R$ 20,00 por dia. No geral é uma excelente opção.

Estive hospedado no hotel de 29 nov 2025 a 06 dez 2025. A experiência deixou a desejar.
No meu 1º dia, fiz check in, tomei um banho e fui à praia. Ao regressar ao hotel no final do dia, constatei que a toalha (a única que havia no quarto) ainda estava molhada. Pedi então na recepção, uma outra toalha para tomar novo banho. Neste momento, a atendente ROSÂNGELA, que havia feito meu check in horas antes, arregalou os olhos e perguntou para outro atendente MADURO, GRISALHO e de ÓCULOS (não sei o nome): ''Pode isso, fulano?". A reação dela foi um espanto, pois parecia que eu estava pedindo uma garrafa de champagne de cortesia, não uma reles toalha!
Sem sequer me cumprimentar, o MADURO olhou para mim e disse firme: "O senhor levou a toalha para a praia? Não pode." Eu respondi que não, que ela tinha ficado no quarto e que seguia molhada. Tudo o que eu queria era uma segunda toalha para tomar um banho. Meio contrariado, ele disse que mandaria a governança entregar uma no quarto. Nenhuma toalha foi entregue. Sem opção, tomei meu banho com a toalha úmida mesmo.
Passei meus dias assim: tomava banho, deixava a toalha aberta numa mesa e torcia para estar menos molhada na volta.

De uma maneira geral o hotel atendeu ao nosso objetivo, era em frente ao mar e só íamos lá para dormir. Porém nos colocaram em um quarto diferente do que eu havia reservado (duplo superior vista mar, e nos colocaram no duplo superior), mais barato inclusive. Quando perguntei me falaram que podia ver o outro e trocar, porém o mesmo não tinha vista mar (mas não tinha isso na descrição?). Além disso houve algum erro no site do hotéis.com e a reserva foi errada, nos cobraram 120 reais a mais por diária para 1 pessoa extra, e no e-mail de confirmação fala de uma taxa de 76,91 reais, ou seja fizeram uma cobrança totalmente indevida. Até hoje não reavi nem parte do dinheiro, fui extremamente lesado nesse hotel.
Hotel com café pouco variado, primeiro hotel do nordeste que já fui que não faz tapioca na hora… além disso os corredores não tem um cheiro muito agradável. Não me hospedaria novamente, já foi outras vezes e tem opções melhores.

A experiência no geral foi ótima, fomos bem atendidos, check-in e checkout rápidos, água mineral mais em conta no hotel, ótimo café da manhã, estava incluso, prestem atenção nisso se sua estadia está incluso o café ou não. Ótima recepção, estadia bem tranquila, sem barulho, quarto limpo, toalhas e serviço de quarto rápido, fiquei no apto 419, bem amplo e limpo para um casal, tv a cabo, mas com canais básicos, não tem muita variedade de filmes, séries e programas de tv, mas atende bem. Telefone com ramal para recepção, tem piscina mas é pequena, mas não experimentei a água, estive mais na praia mesmo. A água do chuveiro é forte e quente. Um ponto a melhorar seria o conforto cama, mas dá pra descansar bem. Qualquer coisa pede pra falar com o gerente Lupicini, uma pessoa muito legal e resolve tudo por lá.
