less than expected for the top suite room

Not pleased. I stayed in the suite which was large with a nice view of beach, and had a jacuzzi tub. but could not use the jacuzzi because I had no hot water the 2 times i tried to fill tub. also had cold or luke warm water in shower.
very small desk which was hard to use for the computer. no towel rack in bathroom. no place to lay out suite cases to empty except the bed (not close to any drawers) or floor. overall paid 3X as much as similar hotel near by and did not like it as much.

Excellent hotel by the beach

I stayed at the Nord Luxxor Tambaú for a full week for a conference. The accommodations were excellent. I found my room to be clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I got sick during my stay and they were responsive and kind. There were staff members that spoke English which also was helpful for me. The rooftop pool area was lovely. It has a beautiful view of the whole local coastline and extraordinary breezes from the ocean. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends and would come back if I visit João Pessoa again.

The best hotel in João Pessoa!

We stayed at the Nord Luxxor Tambaú for six nights and would highly recommend it to anyone staying in João Pessoa. Check-in was straightforward and easy and we were kindly accomated with an English speaking staff member as we have no Portuguese. Our room was fantastic - an air-conditioned oasis! It was very clean with a huge, comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom that works very well (you need a 2-pin adapter for 220v for the sockets to use your own appliances). The wardrobe in the room was quite small and bear in mind there is no kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in the bedroom (this seems standard practice in Brazil). There is room-service available, but we did not order anything. There is no iron in the bedroom but clothes can be laundered and pressed for a small fee. The WiFi is very good throughout the hotel, you login with details specific to your stay. By far and away we enjoyed the rooftop pool, which overlooks the beach, the most of all. We went every day (sometimes twice a day!) and were often the only people there (we stayed in early October). The hotel is restaurant is lovely and good value. Breakfast is a generous spread which rotates from one day to the next. The staff at breakfast and in the restaurant are particularly nice. Check-out was quick and easy and they kindly stored our bags for free for the day until we were leaving for the airport.

Nice hotel, staff and food.

I liked this hotel, the staff is great, specially from restaurante for the breakfast. The room is good, silent, but the bed should be better, specially 1 instead of 2 \"connected\". People could not get 2 single beds and say that is a queen bed.

My dinner was bad, but the breakfast is delicious. The local of the hotel is great too, in front of the beach and closer to good restaurants (but needs uber/taxi).

É preciso variedade de bebidas no bar da piscina, só tinha 3 opções de cerveja, verificar o horário da academia pois de 5:50 da manhã tinha gente treinando na esteira e meu quarto no terceiro andar abaixo da academia, incomodou bastante o barulho… ao ligar e questionar pessoalmente disseram que não foi ou seja não quiseram assumir que deram a chave a alguém, deveria no mínimo funcionar depois das 8 da manhã pois viagem é descanso!
Ter mais variedade no café de tortas salgadas, sobremesas, pão de queijo entre outros, foi bem simples em relação ao preço do hotel!

Hotel maravilhoso. A localização é perfeita, perto da praia e de restaurantes. O atendimento é impecável, todos os funcionários muito gentis.
Dois pontos que acho que podem melhorar: não tem como secar roupa de praia no quarto sem varanda, poderia ter um lugar para pendurar; e o fato das toalhas da piscina serem pegas na recepção sendo que a piscina fica na cobertura.

Hotel bom, mas já foi bem melhor!!

A hospedagem foi boa, funcionários são atenciosos e simpáticos, porém o hotel já esteve em melhores condições. A TV a cabo não funcionou durante toda a hospedagem e a piscina e algumas outras partes do hotel precisam de manutenção. Por exemplo, a escada da piscina tinha um degrau quebrado.

Hotel em frente à praia, boa localização. Check In foi atencioso. Cheguei cedo. Guardaram as malas. Pude usar instalações internas. Quarto confortável. Café da manhã farto e delicioso. Com produção de um chef atencioso. Almoço executivo achei bem pouca comida, só para apreciar o sabor que é ótimo, mas é pouco. Da gosto de quero mais. Piscina ótima. Ótima opção de hotel

O hotel fica na orla de Tambaú, bem localizado, fica fácil pra dar um rolê pela orla e visitar alguns quiosques e fazer umas comprinhas de artesanato e comidinhas. Pertinho de Cabo Branco e de alguns restaurantes e bares legais. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, a limpeza do quarto impecável e o café da manhã delicioso! Pra quem vai fazer passeios de carro, tem a comodidade do estacionamento (pago), mas nada absurdo e pra quem vai fazer com os receptivos também é bem tranquilo, por que a localização do hotel facilita tudo.

O chefe da cozinha super hospitaleiro e agradável, mas a limpeza ficou muito a desejar, quando pedimos para limpar o quarto não trocaram os lençóis, sem reposição de peças, a hospedagem só foi tranquila até o domingo na segunda 8hs da manhã fazem limpeza da piscina no piso superior e barulho era ENSURDECEDOR até quase 11hs da manhã, achei uma falta de respeito pagar diária cara e não ter direito de dormir sendo que todos no hotel já sabem do problema. Esperava muito mais em hospitalidade e respeito pelos hospedes

Localização excelente, de frente para a praia, café da manhã muito bom com variedades, equipe do hotel prestativa e educada. Os quartos precisam de uma repaginada, principalmente no banheiro e no box. Chuveiro muito bom. Roupas de cama e toalhas muito desgastadas precisam ser renovadas, juntamente com os travesseiros. Banheiro da piscina com muito mal cheiro todos os dias.

No terceiro andar é impossível ficar na cama depois das 7 da manhã! Começam limpar a piscina cedo e vira um barulho insuportável. O hotel precisa de manutenção, elevadores velhos e lentos. Hotel já foi bom! Café da manhã sem variedades para período longo de estadia.

Roupa de cama muito velha,toda desfiada. Pedimos uma manta o hotel nao tinha,trouxeram outra colcha tipo edredom que estava na cama todo surrado.
Hotel tão caro deveria ter roupa se cama apresentável, o atendimento do restaurante péssimo,sem interesse de agradar o cliente. Comida ruim,cardápio restrito e ainda por cima não podia trocar nem uma vírgula do prato. Choveu e quando o sol apareceu ninguém para limpa a área da piscina,tudo sujo e molhado...chegamos tarde e alguns tinham embarque na madrugada o hotel não se prestou a acender as luzes da recepção, tudo escuro para a entrada dos hospedes que chegam de um evento a noite,isso é um absurdo até para a segurança dos próprios hóspedes.

O hotel é muito bom, na orla de Tambaú, próximo de bares, restaurantes, padarias, farmácias, banco, praia,etc… É confortável, camas, roupas de cama e banho de qualidade,tem sabonete líquido e shampoo no banheiro, chuveiro forte,água quentinha. O café da manhã de excelente qualidade, os funcionários do café muito solícitos, sempre a disposição, perguntando o que estava querendo, tapioca, omelete, etc… Um painel com frases homenageando o “ dia das mães “. A única coisa que não agradou foi que na hora de fazer a reserva o estabelecimento está incluído na diária e na saída o recepcionista fala que custa 15 reais a diária. O mais foi maravilhoso. Só essa observação, pra deixar claro que é pago.

O ponto alto é a piscina com água aquecida. Atendimento excelente, em especial, do garçom Diego do restaurante do hotel. Café da manhã bom. Frutas, canjica, curral, pães e bolos. Os bolos um pouco embetumados. Segunda vez no hotel. Necessária a limpeza interna no ar condicionado do quarto e limpeza melhor da piscina nos rejuntes com acúmulo de sujeira. Hotel é bonito, ótima localização, e o café razoável poderia ser melhor. Em alguns momentos senti que avia preferia em atendimento, escolhia as pessoas a quem queria atender no café.
O colchão é horrível, banheiro péssimo e quartos pequenos para acomodar 3 adultos e uma criança de 1 ano. Reclamos 2 vezes na recepção mas não deram a mínima importância. Para esse hotel não volto

Nos deram quarto adaptado para deficiente. Pedimos pra trocar. Até insistimos via e.mail , WhatsApp e na recepção e nem resposta nos deram. Alegaram lotação . Mas como com uma reserva feita e paga no início de janeiro , com comunicação avisando e confirmando a nossa chegada só havia reserva em quarto adaptado ? Total desinteresse e descuido com os hóspedes.

Atendimento da recepção excelente, pessoas prestativas e simpáticas. A comida do restaurante é ótima e o ambiente é muito agradável. O quarto é meio apertado e não tem lugar para pendurar biquíni molhado para secar. O serviço de limpeza deixou a desejar, mas nada grave. Ótima localização.

O hotel tem uma estrutura boa, decoração moderna, atendimento simpático, cortês e localização ótima. Porém, tem muitos aspectos que precisam ser melhorados.

Travesseiros: cheirava suor e não é higienizado frequentemente.

Porta travesseiro: cheirava suor e passando a mão, notava-se oleosidade.

Saia cama box: muito manchado por falta de lavagem.

Box: vidro totalmente manchado de gordura e muito lodo no rodapé.

Torneira: muita mancha branca por falta de limpeza. Um saponáceo resolveria facilmente.

Copos: os 3 copos disponíveis estavam sujos.

Faca do restaurante: a maioria das facas estavam cegas e mal cortava o pão.

Após pesquisas antes da viagem, li que a rede Nord Luxxor era umas das melhores de João Pessoa, mas na questão da limpeza, foi um dos piores hotéis que já fiquei.

Minha experiência foi um terror. Logo na chegada, com reserva prévia para casal e criança de 8 anos, fui informada que só tinha uma cama de casal e se optasse por cama extra seria cobrada. Absurdo!!!
No dia seguinte sai cedo e retornei 17h o quarto ainda não havia sido limpo. A recepcionista me respondeu que eu devia avisar que tinha pressa... Saímos para jantar, retornamos às 21h e o quarto ainda estava sem limpar.
O \"segurança\" do local foi extremamente hostil e despreparado, chegou a me empurrar. Acionei a polícia, mas não prestei queixa para não estragar ainda mais minhas férias.
Fui embora para Natal.

Muito bom. Quarto não muito espaçoso mas na medida. Bom atendimento por parte dos funcionários, muito limpo. Poderia melhorar a iluminação do banheiro, área do box muito escura. Area da piscina maravilhosa! Sugestão: vidros transparentes na área da cobertura dariam uma vista melhor da orla.

olá, optei pelo quarto com vista para a cidade.
Pois iríamos passar o tempo todo na rua.
Mas a minha janela era de cara com o hotel do lado. Não tinha vista nenhuma, tinha que ficar com o quarto fechado o tempo todo.
E com isso o banheiro ficava com cheiro muito ruim.
Teriam que avisar que eu não tinha vista nenhuma. E sim para a parede do hotel lateral.
Não recomendo
Mas o café da manhã era maravilhoso. Salvou a hospedagem

Hotel maravilhoso, bem localizado, limpo, atendimento excelente, todos: recepcionista, camareira, garçonete, chefe de cozinha.
Vamos há anos e voltaremos sempre.

Pontos a melhorar:
Manutenção para manter o que é bom, como os vidros da piscina;
Box do banheiro pequeno;
Bar da piscina não é bom, não tem opções de drinks e nem de comida e o atendimento deixa a desejar, quase não tem.

Se melhorar estem pontos ficará excelente.

Bom hotel e funcionários atenciosos.
A localização do hotel é muito boa com bares e restaurantes nas proximidades. Achamos que a brinquedoteca poderia melhorar, é pequena e poucos brinquedos, o café da manhã tinha poucas opções, e no banheiro o papel higienico sai apenas 2 pedacinhos, assim não há liberdade de usar a quantidade de papel do jeito que quisermos.

Gostei muito. Apartamentos confortáveis. A piscina aquecida é um dos pontos altos.
Precisa melhorar a tv a cabo, praticamente só funcionam dois canais e dos piores. Além disso, as toalhas são pequenas e ásperas.

Ao fazer o check in disse que tinha pedido preferência, ao fazer a reserva, de andar mais alto, na rua lateral e mais próximo a praia, com meses de antecedência. A atendente disse que o Hoteis.com não tinha repassado as informações, achei estranho, pois foi a primeira vez que isso aconteceu, oo hotel estava cheio e só tinha disponível no primeiro andar, o mais distante possível da praia, em cima do gerador, no final do lote. Achei decepcionante.

Muito boa, porém fiz a reserva é nenhum momento informava que tinha que pagar R$ 15,00 de estacionamento e na verdade nosso
Carro passou a noite na lateral do hotel, nem na garagem foi, e na reserva informava que o hotel fornecia estacionamento, Wi-Fi, café da manhã etc.

Hotel bem localizado, piscina boa, não gostamos do quarto além de pequeno a vista era para o hotel do lado, ou seja, não tínhamos privacidade e o estacionamento é pago.

Excelente hotel, gostaria de mencionar como extraordinário o restaurante por tudo ser impecável desde as opções do cardápio do café da manhã ate o atendimento exemplar.
Porém sobre o estacionamento como hospede não deveria pagar o valor para guarda de meu veículo e não foi oferecido a opção de vagas grátis. Um hotel deste porte deveria ter opções de estacionamento sem custo.

A localização é boa. Não recebi nenhum tratamento diferenciado, isso sequer foi informado muito menos considerado. Se houve algum tratamento diferenciado foi para pior porque a arrumação do quarto só foi feita depois de eu me estressar pedindo arrumação e só foi feita mudança de quarto por falta de internet no 2º dia da hospedagem depois de outro stress. FICARAM ME ENGANANDO DIZENDO QUE A EQUIPE FARIA O CONSERTO, A EQUIPE NÃO VINHA FAZER O CONSERTO. TIVE QUE FICAR EM PÉ NO CORREDOR À NOITE PORQUE NÃO TINHA INTERNET NO QUARTO. Já foi melhor.

A localização e excelente. O hotel é bom, mas o atendimento poderia ser melhor, aliás, já foi melhor, pois já estivemos lá anteriormente.
O café da manhã é ótimo.
Entretanto, o aparelho de ar condicionado estava muito sujo, com mofo, a ponto de deixar mau cheiro no quarto. Ficamos no 217.
