Hotel bom, organizado. Mas a experiência da enchente foi terrível. A rua na frente alaga com facilidade pela chuva e a garagem é no subsolo, fazendo com que fique inundada. Saí correndo às 7:30h da manhã para tirar o carro com água na altura da porta, e não recebi aviso no quarto dessa inundação. Perdi o café da manhã, perdi meu domingo e por questão de minutos quase perco o carro.

Cuidado ao utilizar o estacionamento, choveu muito no fds daí a garagem que é subterrânea inundou, quem teve tempo de tirar o carro antes, escapou, outros não tiveram a sorte perderam veículos. Devido a esses alagamento na garagem o elevadou desliga por segurança, e foram dois dias subindo 3 andares e escadas inclusive com bagagem. O Hotel tinha de tudo para ser excelente, devido a esse fato se tornou uma tormenta.

A limpeza é PÉSSIMA! Dei 1 estrela pq não conseguia dar nenhuma. Caiu um papel no chão do banheiro na minha primeira noite, de 5 que fiquei, e o papel continuou no chão até o meu checkout. Isso que no terceiro dia, pedi que fosse realmente limpo pois estavam só arrumando a cama e trocando toalha. A pia do banheiro também estava entupida.
Sem contar que fiquei 5 noites e também não trocaram o lençol nenhum dos dias.

A estadia foi boa. O hotel é bel localizado, o quarto possui uma boa dimensão e as roupas de cama são confortáveis. O café da manhã é sortido e de qualidade. O que deixou a desejar foi a limpeza do apartamento que em quatro dias de hospedagem não foi realizada nenhum dia. Um porque nós não solicitamos e dois porque a camareira chegou após as 16 horas (apesar de termos colocado a placa solicitando a limpeza e arrumação).

Cama muito confortável e travesseiro ótimo. Mas o quarto tinha uma infiltração, no qual tivemos que usar algumas toalhas e só foram ver a situação no dia seguinte, já na nossa saída. O check in é bem demorado, mas pior foi o check out, só para alguém ir lá ver se havia algum consumo. Ah! Um elevador só e pequeno para a quantidade de quartos e tivemos que descer com as malas na mão, pq na saída estava quebrado. Café da manhã ok, apesar da quantidade de gente.

Achei boa a estadia, mas pelo preço eu já fiquei em lugares melhores e com mais espaço. A janela ficava bem na cabeceira, então entrava luz logo pela manhã, box do banheiro pequeno e limpeza não achei 100%, após o serviço que solicitamos ainda ficaram cabelos no chão.

A estadia não foi como esperava. A estrutura do hotel, até que é legal, possui espaço para home office, tem piscina, restaurante, cafeteria, porém o que realmente é importante para uma estadia mínima e para um hóspede comum, deixa a desejar demais! Quando solicitei toalha, demorou mais de 1 hora para levarem ao quarto. No banheiro, tinha um difusor com mofo, um cheio horrível. O utensílio para pendurar toalha quase despencando. O chuveiro eu não sei o que acontecia que algumas vezes demorava muito para conseguir esquentar. No café da manhã, voce percebe que os funcionários são sobrecarregados, existem poucos e não conseguem dar conta dos pedidos e você tem muitas limitações para os ingredientes para uma tapioca, por exemplo. Num geral, percebe-se que o hotel precisa dar mais atenção a estrutura dos quartos e condições para atender melhor aos hóspedes. Esperava mais.

Em relação a limpeza dos quartos foi complicado. Deixávamos o aviso para limpeza mas Qd chegávamos ninguém tinha feito limpeza alguma, éramos 3 pessoas no quarto e colocavam apenas 2 toalhas… a luz do banheiro estava queimada e levou 3 dias para trocar a lâmpada… tínhamos que pedir papel higiênico pois não reabasteciam… enfim, não foi legal esta estadia.

Decepcionado com a condições de entrega do quarto, liberaram o quarto com o piso ainda molhado e o box do banheiro não estava tão limpo na parte interna. O friogbar, de praxe, estava desligado, mas começou a vazar água do descongelamento do frezer e para fechar com chave de ouro uma baratinha apareceu no fim da noite, passeando pelo quarto. Deixou a desejar, pois o hotel parece ser parte de uma rede muito boa e estruturada.

Não tivemos uma boa experiência no hotel. Quando chegamos o ralo da pia estava entupido, relevamos, porém ao voltarmos ao hotel encontramos uma baratinha. Tiveram muita boa vontade em nós trocar de quarto, mas nos colocaram num quarto menor e uma das tomadas perto da cama não funcionava. O café da manhã era muito bom, só podiam informar melhor que tinha tapioca feita na hora, só descobrimos no penúltimo dia. Num geral damos nota 6 pra eles. Mas não voltaríamos de novo.

TV com Netflix, Youtube, etc. Sobre o hotel, café da manhã muito bom com renovação dos alimentos a toda hora, instalações novas. O check-in foi um pouco lento e como tem um Roof-top no hotel, durante a noite fica difícil de achar vagas tanto na rua, como na garagem do hotel (R$ 20,00).

Cheguei ao hotel próximo as 2 da manhã, cansado de uma viagem longa, e fui colocado em um quarto com ar quebrado. Inicialmente, como não havia visto a mensagem de erro, pensei que o ar estava funcionando. Dormi rapidamente e acordei por volta das 03 da manhã com um calor absurdo. Tive que abrir as janelas.
