Um ponta que demem dar mais atenção pra melhorar é o café da manhã, boa oferta de fritas ,sucos e leotes mas já os paeaes não eram de boa qualidade e achei com gosto e aspecto de pão de alguns dias. Acho que merece uma melhorada nessa parte e também na oferta de queijos, só havia mussarela, merece uma oferta de mais qualidades e mais saborosos A impressão que me deu foi que o café da manhã é um pouco improvisado, no mais tudo muito bom.

Deixaram de arrumar o quarto e na volta da praia tivemos que pedir toalhas na recepção pois estavam no chão conforme orientação do hotel se desejássemos trocar as toalhas.

A localização é excelente, próxima a pontos turísticos, centros comerciais e opções de transporte, o que facilitou bastante meus deslocamentos pela cidade. A recepção foi cordial desde o momento do check-in, com uma equipe simpática, atenciosa e disposta a ajudar com informações e sugestões sobre a região.

O quarto 173 precisa de reformas. A TV está com grandes manchas na tela. O banheiro tinha a pia entupida (não adiantou eu reclamar), o espelho velho e cheio de defeitos. O serviço de limpeza foi preciso pedir para fazer diariamente. Fiquei 5 noites. O estacionamento na calcada, apesar de avisos, é usado livremente por não hóspedes. Café da manhã bom e farto.

Tive problemas quando cheguei . Descarga quebrada. Me trocaram de quarto e na primeira noite o ar condicionado não funcionou. Além de não ter tapete no piso do banheiro na primeira noite. No dia seguinte não repararam o ar quando pedi, tive que insistir. O quarto não estava em bom estado de conservação. Geralmente fico hospedado na rede Íbis, e esse sem dúvidas foi o pior.

Em quatro dias tivemos que mudar de apartamento duas vezes. As duas em razão de falha no ar condicionado e por tratar-se de fim de semana não havia manutenção no hotel. Os apartamentos dão snal de que precisam de manutenção, rachaduras nas paredes, enxoval velho, pintura desgastada.

Localização privilegiada, na avenida Beira-mar do Cabo Branco, inclusive nosso quarto tinha vista para o mar. Bom custo-benefício para quem quer apenas dormir no hotel e economizar na hospedagem.

Tivemos um imprevisto em nossa viagem e precisamos dormir 1 noite no Ibis, com uma reserva de última hora. Era o único hotel disponível no momento e foi ok para a situação.
