I had a pleasant experience. My room was big, everything worked including air and internet. Breakfast was great and the location was perfect right in front of the beach. There is a small pool at the top but Cabo Branco is so amazing that there is no need for a pool. Staff was friendly specially Adriana at the breakfast cafe. I booked all my trips thru the hotel as well.

Não conhecia a categoria budget da empresa Nord, e de fato me parece uma pousada de beira de estrada, um cheiro de mofo no banheiro, cama de casal desconfortável, com divisória no meio, e ainda ter que pagar R$20 de estacionamento rotativo por diária. A cidade realmente está em alta, e a localização cabo branco, de fato é privilegiada e você consegue ver o mar da entrada do hotel. mas definitivamente faltou conforto.

Experiência muito ruim. Meu esposo comprou a hospedagem pelo site Hoteis.com, pesquisamos muito antes, mas as fotos do site não coincidem com a realidade. A unica coisa boa desta hotel é a localização, o resto muito precário. Instalação velha, ar condicionado não funcionava direito, box acumulava agua até vazar para fora. Sem contar que no dia que chegamos colocaram a gente em um quarta para deficiente, a pia do banheiro era muito baixa e não tinha box. Pedi para trocar de quarto no dia seguinte com muita resistencia da recepção. A pessoa chegou a duvidar da minha reclamação. Café da manhã outro problema, muitos hospedes para poucas mesas e tudo revirado no buffet, as reposições eram demoradas. Eles cobram até o estacionamento do hotel. Achei absurdo! Ficamos no periodo do carnaval de sexta a terça. Nunca mais uso essa rede Nord.

É um hotel simples porém muito limpo e organizado. Excelente localização, de frente à Praia do Cabo Branco. Quartos confortáveis, café da manhã pequeno, mas com boa variedade de pratos, inclusive típicos nordestinos. Funcionários todos muito educados e prestativos. Boa garagem. E piscina bem pequenina. Vou duas vezes por semana em João Pessoa, gosto muito de ficar nesse hotel. Mas, ultimamente o serviço de check-in está péssimo, só uma atendente em aprendizado, demorou demais, ja sou cadastrado no hotel, e ainda me mandou para um apartamento sem higienização.

Péssima! Primeiro é uma enganação o site. Pois assim que entramos tem café da manhã disponível. quando vamos fechar a reserva q fala q o café não está incluso. Solicitei Nota Fiscal pelo hote e ele recusou pois falou que quem emite a nota Fiscal é o Hoteis.com. Porem, só recebi um recibo fiscal e agora não tenho como solicitar a minha empresa o reembolso dessa estadia.

Lamentável o serviço do hotel. Quando chegamos, não havia água quente para o banho. Tal fato se repetiu outra vez, quando d saída do hotel. Serviço do café da manhã, lamentável. Não havia reposição de alimentos que se acabaram. O serviço, em hipótese alguma, justifica o preço da diária. O custo de água mineral do frigo bar, é um acinte. O banheiro e apertadissimo (o boxe) , desproporcional ao tamanho do quarto, que e bom, embora mal projetado, um dos lados da cama de casal fica encostado na parede, pois nao ha espaco para deslocala pela presenca de uma mesa fixa que separa a area do quarto a uma cozinha americana.
Na area da piscina so tem uma mesa com quatro cadeiras e uma cadeira para tomar sol, ou seja, o seu uso deve ser disputado pelos hospedes, quem chegar primeiro tem lugar.

Cheguei ao hotel e fiquei impressionado com o tamanho enorme do apartamento, dois quartos, sala de TV e cozinha. Porém na hora do banho o box é minúsculo, mal consegui passar pela porta. Impossível lavar os pés, você fica em uma caixa de vidro sem poder se mover. Na hora de regular o chuveiro, não há para onde correr, água fria e quente direto em cima de você.

O hotel se destaca pela localização, fica em frente a praia e próximo ao mercado de artesanato. Os atendentes são muito simpáticos e prestativos. Fiquei em um apartamento sem vista para o mar, no térreo, tinha uma varanda, muito confortável e limpo. O apartamento tinha uma cozinha americana e uma sala. O café da manhã era farto e diversificado. Entre os \"NORDS\" de João Pessoa achei este o melhor localizado. De qualquer forma é importante pensar que as praias ficam afastadas do Centro da Cidade.

O hotel é simples, mas oferece conforto e a localização é ótima. O café da manhã é bem servido, os atendentes são cordiais. Gostei e voltaria. Apenas não gostei pq fiquei no quarto 109 que fica ao lado da cozinha e já de madrugada pode-se ouvir os preparativos do café da manhã. Tirando isso, foi 10.
