About a 15-20min walk to the old town. We were going to stay in the old town, but booked here instead - thank goodness as there was a festival of the patron saint in old town. We would have never been able to drive in or park let alone get a peaceful night sleep. Lots of free street parking available outside this hotel. Spacious room. Grocery store just behind the hotel. I'd stay here again.

Nice apartment in a quiet area with parking outside. 15 minutes walk to the cathedral. Big supermarket nearby. Kitchen had adequate equipment but you had to pay €5 a night to use it. There was no plug for the sink and we had to buy a sponge/scourer and tea towel. We had a 3 night stay.

Two night stay in Leon heading North. Chose this hotel due to location and that we could park our rental car. Great hotel, checkin easy and fast and staff even with limited English gave us lots of info, especially about the free tapas with every drink at cafes and bars. The old town was a 15 min walk slowly and great to see and easy to get to from hotel. Across the road was a large supermarket and Aldi not far away as well. The room was large and I expect the dorms for the uni students in the past. It was contained with a kitchenette so had microwave and sink and small stove top, and fridge it had limited untensils. It would be great if they could have supplied coffee cups, we had our own travel ones, but did have to boil water in a very and only large saucepan. Wifi worked well. Clean room and breakfast buffet was 7€ but we did not participate. Car was in safe location at the front. Overall a good place to stay and would def come again to fantastic town of Leon if travelling this way.

The property is within a short walk of the city centre (ca. 15 minutes). Service is fantastic from check in to check out and the rooms are very well appointed. Particularly impressed with the cleanliness and the size of the family rooms. If I go back to León, I’ll stay there!

Convenient stay in Leon

This hotel is located opposite the University and basically on the outskirts of Leon. It takes about 20min to walk (flat ground) into the old city, there are buses, we just didn't explore that option. There is plenty of free parking. The studio apartment was a good size, except we felt the bed was a little too firm and they needed more utensils/ cutlery, some glasses and plates, as well as a toaster in the small kitchen. The fact that nothing matched and the lids didn't fit the saucepans was a little second rate. The receptionist told us we should have asked (we did for the toaster...there wasn't one), but really this is how the apartment should be left ready for the next guest! We made do with what we had! The area was quiet and felt safe. There are several cafes, a panaderia and restaurant close by. There is also a big supermercado in short walking distance. We had a view of the Cantabrian Mountains in the distance and enjoyed our stay there.

Good place to stay for a visit to Lyon

We enjoyed a very spacious apartment, with kitchenette and a good bathroom. We received a warm welcome at reception and parking on site was easy. The hotel is a 15/20 minute easy walk into the old town. Lyon is an amazing historic town, with lots to see and do. Plenty of local bars and cafes near the hotel as well as in town. Highly recommended - wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Good hotel, pleasant staff and a good continental breakfast offered. However, make sure you're not too late as the selections offered are not replaced as the clock ticks towards last orders.... Spacious Room -- Easy Walk to Old Town

The hotel and staff were very nice, but it might be hard to find without a GPS. Some local shops and bars/cafes nearby gave a feeling of being 'local'. Walked to the scenic 'old town' part of downtown in 20 minutes. The room with kitchenette was very spacious. We stayed in Leon as part of a stop-over to northern Spain.

Cannot say enough about the staff

Had a stopover here while walking the Camino de Santiago...the front desk receptionist, Melisa, couldn't have been more pleasant, helpful and charming. Her English was spot on and she always was accommodating. The hotel is in the university area, but a quick walk to the center of town.

Breakfast was the only good thing, and breakfast staff very attentive.
Being close to the hospital it offers a convenient stay for people with sick family members, but they do not show any compassion about it

Would recommend, really clean, big, 15 minutes walk from old town, supermarket within 5 mins walk, free street parking, 6euro onsite garage, fridge/freezer, 2 hobs. Only one soft chair in room plus 2 wood chairs - I dragged an easychair in from corridor. Site says checkin before 6pm but their reception was open at 8pm. Would stay again. They don't answer emails.

A nice hotel well placed for exploring Leon

Friendly hotel well located for an easy walk into the old centre of Leon. There are also lots of local cafes and restautrants very nearby. We used the secure parking for a small additional charge and access was easy. Don't forget to ask for an internet password for each piece of equipment you want to use - access is free.

This hotel is situated opposite the University and near a large supermarket. Our room was very large with a kitchenette. If you are wanting to do any cooking you have to hire all the kitchen utensils etc from reception. It took approximately 20 minutes to walk into the beautiful Old Town of Leon. We had undercover parking for a fee. However there was parking on the street outside the hotel for free. The hotel is relatively new and plus it was very clean. The staff were extremely pleasant. It is surrounded by cafes, bars and restaurants. I would have not hesitation in staying at this hotel again. One night in Leon is not long enough to explore the whole city.

My husband and I stayed here for one night. The staff was very nice and caring, the room also was very nice and comfortable. Because our stay was just for one night with didn’t used the kitchen, instead we went to the restaurant for breakfast which wasn’t so expensive and was varied.

Hotel is an easy 10/15 minute stroll into the old town, straight down the street virtually no turns.. There is a large supermarket within 100mts. Staff very helpful and buffet breakfast was quiet good. Rooms large and had kitchenette, anc fridge.Crockery etc is available from reception for 7 euro for whole of visit. If had a family would save a good bit of money cooking..Easy access to find and easy to get back onto main roads. Parking is free outside front door and off the street..

Nice room. It has a kitchen included. And there's a supermarket nearby which is nice. We saved money by staying in and cooking. Not a far walk to one of the cathedrals or bars/restaurants. Also a very cool video store nearby. Ill stay here again if I'm ever in Leon again!

Hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the old town. Surrounding area is ok :there is a large supermarket and a couple of restaurants but better off walking to the old part of town.
Rooms are very big and equipped with a small kitchen area. Wifi I only at reception area, Ethernet in the rooms. Very friendly staff . I would stay here again.

Great hotel for anyone.

The staff was very nice and the hotel very clean! It was bed bug free which is a huge plus in my book! Its in a nice part of town near a big grocery store and the center of town is easily accessible. Nice kitchen and plates/pots/pans/silverware are already in the room. Only negative was that breakfast was not included and I was not aware and it charged 16 Euro to my room for 2 breakfasts. Other then that, a great time with a great view of the mountains.

The front desk staff here are wonderful. They go beyond the call of duty. I commend them and would stay here again when in Leon. Computer in lobby is also very handy for sending and checking emails. Very quiet. Grocery shopping nearby as well as a few restaurants. Nice walk to town.

Good Hotel for Car Travelers Within Walking Leon

Free Parking, wonderfully clean hotel on edge of Leon in newer part of town adjacent to University. Very Friendly staff (as always in Spain!) will guide you to Leon Cathedral, which is not to be missed for the stained glass. Not much else in Leon, but worth a stopover. Twenty minute walk to Cathedral from hotel.

If you need to do work at Leon

If you need to do work at Leon related to the university campus, this is the place to be. No frills but very clean and very good helpful staff. I walked over to university while staying there, no traffic, no taxi fares. Overall extremely convenient and useful. I would recommend highly to those linked to ULeon.

Helpful front desk. Clean, simple rooms with kitchenette, but obtaining kitchen equipment will cost 6 Euros extra. Fifteen minute walk to old city. A bit difficult to find if driving, since street names are not frequently marked in this city. Dial-up internet only, no wi-fi. There is a full-service grocery store one block away from the apartment-hotel.

The rooms were comfortable but needed a little bit more touches. The mirror in the bathroom was hung too high for most women to use. The chairs were noisy on the hard floor, so you could hear noises from the other rooms. It was a 15-minute walk to the historic site, along a busy, and not a very nice street.
The garage (extra charge) was spacious,.The elevators were efficient. Staff at the Reception Desk were very helpful, but lacked a little bit of training to be able to explain driving directions well to people who are not familiar with the area.
Overall, however, it was a good value for the price we paid.

Muy limpio y muy amables en recepcion. Pero el estado de la habitacion, sin cafetera y con una bañera peligrosa y la zona bastante alejada le hace a mi entender que sea caro en relacion a la calidad. A mejorar: pintar, poner cafetera y quitar la bañera o poner medios para no resbalar y poder ayudarse al salir. Aun asi la habitacion es espaciosa, muy limpio y andando es media hora y hay supermercados alrededor. La zona es tranquila.

En general el hotel está muy bien muy limpio y los recepcionistas son muy atentos. Por contra está bastante alejado del centro (20 minutos andando) y al menos en la habitación 306 el inodoro está tan pegado a la pared que casi no se puede usar y para colmo han puesto el toallero ocupando los poquitos centimetros que hay entre el inodoro y la pared. Es un cuarto de baño amplio no entiendo este fallo.

Responsabilidad es lo que hace falta.

Nosotros habíamos cogido dos noches en el Aparthotel exe, lo primero es que si yo no llego a llamar la noche anterior por un comentario que había visto en la página de ellos, la primera noche llegamos al aparthotel y nos lo encontrábamos cerrado. (Por temas de Covid-19 habían teniendo que cerrar) supuestamente me habían estado llamando y a mi nunca me llegó una llamada de ellos. Y correo, menos.
Cuando llamo la noche anterior me dicen que nos derivan a un Hotel.... NADA que ver con lo que supuestamente habíamos cogido, nos faltaron más de la mitad de lo que nos ofrecían con el aparthotel, como por ejemplo una mini cocina con sus comodidades básicas.
Por último mi pareja había pedido una botella de champán para cuando llegáramos a la habitación, les avisó más o menos la hora sobre la que íbamos a estar llegando y aún así nos encontramos con la botella caliente, en la cubitera no había ni un solo hielo porque era todo un charco.
Y la habitación súper pequeña y lo único que tuvo bueno fue la vista que daba para el río. Por lo demás la verdad que muy descontentos.

Es una de las primeras veces que hemos estado en un apartahotel.
La habitación estaba bastante bien. La parte de la cocina, no estaba nada equipada. Si te quieres hacer algo de comer no tienen ni platos, ni vasos, ni cubiertos.... no lo entendimos mucho pero la experiencia ha estado muy bien puesto que dando un pequeño paseo estas muy cerca del centro de Leon

Es la segunda ocasión en la que nos alojamos en este hotel. Pero en esta ocasión nos han dado la habitación 306. Pues bien, al parecer todas las habitaciones 06 (106, 206, 306...) tiene el mismo problema de diseño: el inodoro está pegado a la pared y debajo del toallero. Uno de esos desguisados que se hacen en las obras. No volveremos por si nos dan la misma habitación.

Une étape parfaite sur la route du Portugal

Nous sommes arrivés avec la famille sur l'hôtel pour faire une étape sur notre trajet entre la France et le Portugal.

Hotel moderno, limpio, económico... pero lejano

El precio de los hoteles de León (los de trabajo) está disparado. Este cumple con lo que se necesita. Limpio, habitación grande, buena wifi, enchufes más barato. Eso sí a 15 minutos del centro. Aunque no lo necesitarás, hay multitu de restaurantes por la zona. Fácil aparcamiento y buen desayuno. Suelo de terrazo

Local muito bom, recepção muito gentil, mercado perto. A única deficiência são as cadeiras do apart que precisam de anti ruído nos pés. Ouvimos barulhos dos hóspedes de cima constantemente...... infelizmente há educados e não educados.
