My sisters and I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. The room was very clean and the view was great. We got there early and our room was ready! The location was also nice. Two groceries store in walking distance and very close to the Seattle center. The only thing I didn't expect and was kinda of bum out about was Starbucks not being downstairs. I've stayed here 2 other times and it was just nice to go there to get a drink and snack. Over all a great stay and I will definitely be coming back. Thanks to the whole staff!!

It's good that it's close to the Seattle Center and Climate Pledge Arena. The neighborhood itself is a contradiction. Lots of new apartments being built, but some areas look sketchy. The staff is super friendly. The rooms are clean, quiet, and modern. Zero view from our room, but rooms facing the outside are better. The rooftop terrace is a nice touch. Parking is tight and crowded. The staff recommended that we Uber instead of driving to dinner because there may not be space when we return. Slowest elevators ever. Water pressure average, towels big!

Parking for hotel was full they give you a paper stating there are places around you that have $20 parking for overnight. There is not I had to pay almost $100 for parking overnight right next to the hotel. I was on the first floor and when somebody flushes above you, it makes a loud noise.

The room was clean. Staff was friendly but did not volunteer my complementary “bottle of wine” that had been advertised at booking. I had to ask for it later, and was presented with a “personal size” (.375 l) bottle with one plastic glass in the little paper bag. My booking was for two guests… AC unit in the room sounded like a mini-tractor every time it would turn on, and sleeping with that background noise was interesting. Elevators are a separate affair altogether - plan on waiting for them for a long while, and then be prepared that they would take you to unexpected levels a couple times before reaching yours 😂. The location is perfect for The Climate Pledge Arena goers which was the main reason we had chosen this particular place, as well as any other events nearby. We parked at the hotel’s garage, and it’s very tight and crowded during the events.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the temperature control was PERFECT. You could have heat or AC, or open up the windows for fresh sea air. The room had plenty of natural light,and it was not noisy. Jireh checked-us in, and because our room was ready early, we were able to check in before 4 PM. This was really great because we were tired from traveling. The location is right by Seattle Center, so we walked all over the city and had plenty to do.

The room was clean, tiny but clean. There is no microwave. There is no fridge. The room that we got was next to the stairwell for the roof and we heard the door banging through the wall all night long. The beds are comfortable but the pillows are flat, I’d bring one from home. The windows DO NOT OPEN. So if you’re wanting fresh air or to cool down you’ll have to exit the building.

Check in staff was rude, check out staff was nice. There was no fridge or microwave. The elevator was busy the entire time. We waited 10 minutes for the elevator and it was so packed we had to wait for the next one.

They have parking but if you have a vehicle larger than a mini cooper, good luck squeezing in the spots.

Im not sure if I missed it, but there was no parking at the hotel when they advertise that there is parking go gusta. Once I arrived to hotel, I was informed that the parking garage was full and I needed to find other parking; and Mediterranean did not validate parking. I ended up parking$100 in fees; maybe they should tell guests that parking is not guaranteed.

Room felt neglected,smelling bad,sink blocked had a horrible experience in my whole life,the worst and I was forced to sleep because I was tired but I would never recommend them and I blame Expedia for letting this be part of your hub otherwise what’s on the website is totally opposite to what I experienced I wish I would’ve been refunded my whole booking fee plus compensation.i had a worst night on the eve of my anniversary.

My experience was no further than expected, I would have to say rather decent. I was very disappointed upon arrival to learn there was no view whatsoever in my room, the only window was of the inside courtyard and directly in front of other guests rooms which made it uncomfortable to have open and have privacy I cannot blame the hotel for not giving me a room with a street view, I am aware that is against hotel policy. Although it seems unfair that this hotel in particular apart from others does not offer optional reservations offering city/street view guaranteed rooms. Except rather for the same price, an unlucky guest will be slightly less satisfied. Other than disappointment brought not being able to enjoy the city sights from above while relaxing on my stay as anticipated, I was overall pleased. Room was clean and modern, staff was friendly, parking was well secured and decently spacious, rooftop was beautiful, and for the most part it was relaxing stay, not too much noise from other guests, showers are amazing, and bed was comfortable.

The staff were lovely! The 6th floor has roof access, it was a beautiful view. The room was very clean, and the shower was very nice. Underground parking was dry and clean. I wish the bed was a bit softer, but beyond that everything was perfect.
