So the staff was really nice. But that’s about it. So the conditions of the hotel is very 90’s lol meaning the pool was dirty with a ring around it. It needs to be drained and pressure washed. The hot tub was a NO. I wouldn’t stick my toe in there. But it’s cool how it’s in a separate area. Then before I checked out a big spider was in the bed. So that was it for me. It was time to go! But if your looking for a place where you can be free no one bothering you. You can sit outside and smoke cigs and drink in peace.

This felt like a bait and switch. Whoever did their photos worked magic because the reality was a pretty shoddy and overpriced murdery-looking MOtel. Staff asked me to not ask for towels or clean sheets if possible. I was charged a random $50 hold. Pool, gym, and laundry are in need of TLC. Bathroom was filthy, dub didn't drain, and it was sooo dark. Have I stayed in worse? Yes. Have I stayed in worse for this price? Not that I can recall.

smoke alarm beeping every 41 seconds... would not move me... over course of an hour the sent worker to room three times to try to fix it, changed battery, did not work. kept pressing test key to set off alarm... all while I am trying to relax, in room, and they would not move me!
every 41 seconds another beep... finally I disconnected it from the wall and put it in the freezer and yelled at the worker to go away and leave me alone when he came back again.
This is the cheapest place in town -- and it is still not ANY WHERE NEAR WORTH WHAT IT COSTS... HORRIBLE ALL AROUND -- GROSS AND RUN DOWN! Save yourself and avoid this place.

the hot tub is chipping a bit but basically clean. It would more accurately be called a warm tub, and most of the jets do.not work

Old, old, old, unkempt facilities. The owners don’t see any of the small, inexpensive upgrades that could be done to improve the property. A little paint to hide bad walls. Checking up on the proper functioning of the toilets and even the TV’s costs nothing but a little time. But, since this is probably the sole source of income for the family of the owners, they don’t have the funds to make repairs. So sad!

The room was pretty disgusting. There was a cigarette butt behind the nightstand, a little figurine (children's toy) behind the bed with a burnt marijuana roach paper next to it, the walls in the bathroom looked like someone had puked on them, and the floors seemed like they were not swept at all. The TV in the living area was not connected to the internet. --- I really could have overlooked all of that (and really wouldn't have even found half of it if I didn't have to plug everything in) except at 3:00AM our ceiling started raining! It was like a pipe burst and water was pouring out of the ceiling. The thing that made me upset about that was that the ceiling was cut open....like this had happened before. I tried to tell the front desk person, who took FOREVER to get to the desk, and when he did he arrived with a mouth full of food....and he didn't seem to care at all. He just said, \"ok, I'll look at it\". The hot tub was luke warm at best, we saw a drug deal take place in another room, and the photos online do not tell the story of what you are actually going to get! I can't believe I chose this place over other options in the area. Never again.

The room was decent. It needs some updates. The bathroom, in particular, was very old and needs updated. The hot tub was drained and scarily old. The pictures on this listing are nowhere near current. Also, customer service was subpar. When I booked the room it was after midnight and the clerk said I could get my money back thru Expedia. However, Expedia refused to refund my money OR my credit on OnePay, even though I was in the exact same room. I was told that Expedia would speak to the manager but I never heard anything else.

It was cold that day! The room heat didn’t work well. It was set at 85 degrees and it barely kept the room warm. The TV also would not even turn on. I went to the front desk and I was told that they would come and look at it. No one showed up. The desk phone had no cord to it?! The curtains were in front of the heater so they billowed out from the window all night letting light in. We won’t stay there again.

The service was excellent. Everybody was extremely helpful and very nice. However, you get what you pay for, and this IS rated as a two-star hotel... so don't expect anything else, and you won't be disappointed. Clean and tidy, but the entire room needs renovation from the early 80s, It's literally falling apart.

Like I said, don't expect anything more than a two-star hotel and you won't be disappointed.

There were people hanging out by the. Fence line yelling for over an hour . I called the front desk and they were not very responsive.. Then one of the people knocked on my door 3 different times within 5 minutes i yelled at them to go away and I was calling police which I then called 911 .Police came and told them to stay away from our rooms .This was the the first time I have stayed in a motel that I have not felt safe.

I was not good at all the photos online I’m convinced are fake. Our room didn’t even have a fire alarm which is against the law. Super dirty room and the pool and hot tub area are a disaster. Avoid this place it’s the definition of you get what you pay for and it’s overpriced at that.

Friendly service can’t make up for the poor state of this hotel. Our room had damaged flooring that was coming up, and we never received the hair dryer we requested from the front desk. Breakfast was subpar—the orange juice was watery and poorly mixed. It was also surprising to be handed a plastic bag for ice because they don't provide actual buckets. This property is a Wyndham-licensed LLC, but it definitely needs better quality control to live up to that brand name.

We didn’t like anything it wouldn’t have been so late we would’ve gone somewhere else… It was filthy… We slept in our clothes and our shoes… There were holes in the walls and filth on the floor and the furniture curtains etc. it stunk… Bathroom was unacceptable… There are people drinking on both sides of us in their rooms screaming yelling and fighting all night long… We end up leaving at 4 o’clock in the morning will not stay there again they should be condemned

Rm 139 needs some repairs that would have made this rating better - a/c sounds like an idling 18-wheeler (but it did drown out the people in the next room yelling outside), the bathtub faucet handle was loose enough i thought it might break, and the bathroom light never shut completely off but gave a soft flow and made popping noises off and on.
Room itself was fairly clean, bed comfortable.
Front desk attendant when I checked in was super nice and even made sure I got to my room safely. I would pick this place again if the upkeep & maintenance was a bit better but overall a decent place to catch an overnight sleep.

BE WARNED - This is an older place trying to be revitalized but it’s a long way from that. Rooms were not clean and found bed bugs. We arrived very late and could see how bad it was in the dark. Asked for a refund but didn’t get anything for three rooms we had reserved.

Pubic hair all over shower. Some red sauce like substance all over the wall near iron. Bed had no blanket and hair all over. Blanket that was on shelf in room had stains ALL over it. I know its $80 but there's cheap and then just simply unacceptable. Wouldn't recommend please spend that touch more and allow yourself to have a proper night's rest.

The first time in my I make a reservation and the time of arrival at 10pm Tired, Exhausted, the door lock was not working and at that time looking for another reservation that cost me 3 times. If with this review you decide to stay in there you are CRAZY. Is better to have a Inflatable bed and sleep next to the McDonald garbage dumpster is going to be cleaner than this Place this is not a Hotel is New York Subway.

This experience was absolutely horrid. First off me and my family needed to stay one night somewhere. We were camping and got rained out. So a nice looking place (the pictures), with a hot tub and pool came along! BUT when we got here they told us that the hot tub was down and have been for a couple of days (but reviews dating back to a month ago AT LEAST have said the same thing) secondly, the carpet of the front desk was disgusting and looking back it probably was mold. I say that because we found black mold in the bed, on the walls, the bathroom and on the ceiling of our room. Our bed skirt had so much mold on it (in pictures) and the circle of mold was on the mattress cover (in pictures) as if someone just threw a fitted sheet on it to over it up!! They offered for us to switch rooms when we told them we had a bad allergy to mold! OKAY FINE… BUT THEN they were talking to us in casual speaking apparently?? and they said that they just need to do a paint job and that they were going to paint soon!!! YES???! THEY TOLD US THAT THEY ARE GOING TO PAINT OVER THE MOLD. i was absolutely mortified!! so then we got our second room, and although it seemed to be a little better than the first WE STILL FOUND MORE MOLD! (also in pictures). As well as, our towels weren’t cleaned properly. (in pictures). Not to mention now SKECKY this place was!!! There was a creepy van with a man walking back and forth to his van to his room all night long! and he was banging on his van and windows!? not

When we first arrived they \"could not find my reservation\". An agent from hotels.com called the hotel to confirm we had a reservation. The hotel could not \"resolve the issue on their side\" which led me to cancel the hotel.com reservation and book directly at the hotel. This was 20% more expensive. We eventually got a room and entered a room that had no sheets on the bed, no remotes for the tv, and dead bugs on the floor and furniture. So we made our own bed and got out of there as soon as we could.

I love how the original day I was suppose to be there I had to reschedule. They called me asking if everything was ok. The following Sun I checked in granted the hot tub and ice machines weren't working but very friendly and easy check in. The room was wonderful and I plan on staying here next time I go to Florida. They did tell me that the next few months they will be remodeling the hotel.

Reserved a non smoking room due to asthmatic child had to move rooms cause definitely not non smoking. Then picked hotel for whirlpool which wasn't working and closed down. Mattresses and bedding all stained and our room had no hot water and our feet and socks were black from floor. Area was rough not an area for a woman and child to go alone thankfully my spouse was with us. Check-Out was a rask waited for staff whom was in bathroom for 15 minutes and came out without washing hands. Definitely would not stay again. Also left side was long term with not best class of people if you get my drift!

The couple that own the hotel was very nice. Everything was clean,the owner tried to stay on top of staff making sure of cleaness and pool being clean. He had to let staff go when we was there but replaced them the next day. The lady who cleaned the pool her boys thru rocks all in the pool but he removed them before we went to the pool the next day. The rocks were not in the pool until the day she was cleaning the pool with her 2 boys. That was uncomfortable stepping on rocks. The outside does need some tlc,more grooming and fixing done on by the pool and the bridge. Overall staff was nice,rooms was clean,bed was comfortable, pet friendly and free continental breakfast was good.
