I rented two rooms for the weekend. The staff was so sweet and nice.

However,

Room.13 i open the door and the wind knocks down the door. The room was partially clean and the bathroom smeelled bad.

Room. 12 the stench of the room was so bad my guests could not sleep at all. Paint was peeling off the wall. The felt like somone had just passed away in the roo.. it was rancid. My 2nd group or guests arrived a day later and had nothing better to say about the room.

The staff was great. The rooms had been horrible and we did not get any sleep.

The water pressure in the shower was excellent! Not so much for the bathroom sink. The bed was very comfortable. Our room was not cleaned. They did bring in fresh towels one day. Beds were not made and they didn't clean the table and did not vacuum. The TV did not work. No stations were available. Constant high traffic noise.

VERY slow service. When it says “continental” breakfast they mean there is a waffle maker and some mandarin oranges to peel. There was a large stain on one of the bed’s top cover. They has have still not fixed their sign since Hurricane Helene so we weren’t even sure it was the place or if it was open.

Staff was wonderful, breakfast was good, location was right off the highway, room was okay. It looked clean but when we stepped into the shower black junk came off our feet. It must have never been cleaned it was so nasty. We didn’t walk on the floors after that without our shoes on. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Very courteous staff that was smiling and friendly at my 2:30am check-in as well as my morning checkout. The rooms are older with needed updating, but the bed and linens were clean and we felt safe and secure. Will definitely use as our halfway stop from this point on! It’s cheap, but I wasn’t looking for a 5star!

When checking in they charged and 50 dollar deposit that was suppose to be refundable after checking but after checking out and around 11 o'clock the hotel was trying to charge my debit card for an additional 30.41 and another 30 dollars that were both declined by my bank. Called and the manager said that the sheets was dirty looked like we slept in our boots and had mud all over tje sheets and the wash clothes had looked like blood on them and that hand towel had rust stain on it yes i cleaned up some coffee that i spilled and no blood on wash clothes and didnt sleep in our boots yes we had our dog for one night that the manager wavied for us to have him one night. Hotel was in very poor conditions and ice machine never worked about the only thing was the ac was nice and cold. Pther then that hotel is very run down very poor conditions and wasn't very clean. Will never book with this hotel again and will not refer anyone to them.

It was way too pricey for as bad as the room was, and if I wasn't pressed on time I would have left and stayed in my car. The door was not very secure, there was hairs in the bathtub, someone turned the fridge off and it defrosted all over the floor. If a customer has to clean the room before they can even use it is a very bad sign and I feel the health department should be involved. Absolutely disgusting DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

Was just looking for an inexpensive place to crash for the night after driving all day from Ohio to Florida. This hotel checked all of my boxes, but I’m not that picky. Room was clean, the lady at the front desk was friendly. Check in process was painless and I was able to get to sleep quickly upon arrival which was all I was looking for. Would stay here again.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

There was a stain on the bed sheets. The mattress was hard. The carpet in the room had a sour order with stains on the floor. No internet service. I wasn't able to use my cell phone in the area.The only place I saw to eat at was McDonald's.

Check in and they said i stayed there before and messed up a room then another employee comes in clears it up said i look like the person who messed up room but im not and i am not not they take my debit card for deposit i check out tell me their keeping my deposit for no reason then tried to charge my card three more times but its locked they send this guy robert to fix toilet look in bathroom hes smoking meth and he proceeds to ask me if i would like to buy some he has good stuff if your into the drug scene and having money stolen from your debit card this is your place but its nnot my cup of tea also stinking bathrooms water leaking from cieling into my laptop maid seen it leaking pretty bad manager comes in wipes it off no its not leaking and couple minute later maintenance guys fixing ac leaking right above me thinks people are stupid i guess has children cant be over 12 working cleaning rooms as a place to stay 0 stars a place to score some meth 5 stars

The pool was so nice. I enjoyed taking my dog out by the picnic tables out in the trees. Although the day was hot, a breeze was constantly blowing through the area. It was really nice. Staff extremely friendly and the rooms are very clean. Comfortable beds.

The team and check in was good, the breakfast was horrible. Microwave eggs and sausage. Room 114 was clean; however, the bathroom door has water damage and was hard to open and close. The chair and ottoman fabric were worn and tears in the ottoman itself. Room didn't look like the picture. Overall rating would be a 6.

This was a dirty subpar hotel stay. Make sure you bring flip-flops so you can walk in the room because my floor was sticky. There was also food and drinks left in my refrigerator, and hair everywhere in the bathroom.
Ice machine did not work and a multiple list of other issues.
My credit card showed a $27.50 charge after the fact, so I called the property. I was told two hand towels and a small other towel were ruined.
Therefore I was being charged.
I have no idea what they are talking about, I believe this is a scam for the property to get extra money out of their guests, I am disputing the charge. I do not wear make up and only used the two hand towels to wipe the sticky part next to my bed so I could take my flip-flops off, but still had to put a towel on the floor to get into bed, the floor was that bad.
However, I will say when I called to inquire about the charges, the lady I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant. She stated that the manager who added the charges would be in on Monday.

We had to wait at the front desk for someone to help us. When someone finally came, they were not friendly and seem frustrated. Asked for name and then gave us dirty door keys, with previous stains. We came to where the room was located and there was several construction workers, playing loud music and drinking. Felt unsafe and was not quiet until late at night. During check-out the receptionist was more friendly and helpful.

Beds both had hair in them and we were told housekeeping was gone so we would have to change the beds ourselves. No rooms available to move us to except one upstairs room which was not acceptable due to disabilities. Bathroom had hair on the floor and walls. Carpet was wet with condensation. Bathroom toilet very low and not handicap or disability approved. All around terrible experience.

Landscaping / grass is horrible. Took dog with me and he got a spike in his paw from a branch laying on the ground. Bugs were everywhere. In the bath, in the room. Not in the bed as far as I could tell. Beds were fine, pillows were good, microwave and fridge were good. Direct TV had more than enough channels.
