We had to sleep during the day while staying and the front desk was great at putting us on the top floor. The room was dark. The front desk was great at exchanging towels for us while we were awake and were very friendly. We did not get to use the pool. We would stay here again. There are not a of places to eat in this town that is not fast food.

This was okay for a quick stay passing through Idaho, but I can’t say I would stay again.

One of the beds in my room had stained sheets, the beds were not comfortable, and the room was just poorly maintained.

They are “pet friendly”, but the “pet area” is in the back and a tiny patch of grass. As a solo female traveler, it did not feel safe when I took them out after dark.

The breakfast was okay, but was grateful to have Dutch bros across the street for coffee.

Check in was at 3:00, we arrived at 4:00 and the room was not ready. The coffee pods in the room were all decaf and really old.
The staff were nice and friendly. The hotel needs an update badly. I don't think I will stay here again.

There were people living in an RV in the parking lot, the entrance was very dirty and smelled terrible. We stayed 3 nights and our towels and coffee were only refreshed once we requested it and the coffee that was refreshed was all decaf. There was someone else’s leftover food in the refrigerator when we got there. And lastly every morning at breakfast the eggs, sausage, and biscuits were almost out or completely out. Not a good experience for us. We will look for an Air BnB next trip to Caldwell, ID

Second time here in the multi-family room that accommodated our entire family. The room is spacious, unique in its own set up that allows enough room for 8 people. The breakfast was and is always amazing. And the coffee machine is amazing especially on mornings you need the extra push. Definitely will stay again.

Did not get the room I requested and the room we did get the door was very hard to open. The door look like it was not framed correctly. At night big gaps all long the framing. Other than that room was okay. Breakfast was good except one. The ham was not good. Was disappointing from the other Best Western I have stayed at in other states.

My review is based upon disappointing housekeeping services. I was asked upon check in for my 2 night stay if I wanted housekeeping service. I said yes please. I was very disappointed to come back to the room in the evening to find no service has been performed. AND when I called down to the front desk to ask for clean towels I was informed I needed to bring down my dirties to be exchanged!!! That is extremely poor service.
No, I will not stay here again and it is highly unlikely that I will consider staying at a Best Western in the future.

The rooms themselves are quiet, meaning I didn't hear anyone around me, but the hotel is close to the main highway, so you can hear that. The breakfast was great- bagels and cream cheese, make your own waffles, scrambled eggs, and bacon and homestyle potatoes, oatmeal, and toppings, three different cereals, yogurt, fruit, latte machine, juices. they have a lot of store where you can buy snacks and drinks, including white claws :-) & they sell nice wine. The staff was incredibly nice! we do not use the pool, hot tub or gym, but they looked nice.

Cheap upgrades and lacking in cleanliness. While the staff was kind, our beds were comfortable, and the room was adequate…the bathroom was horrendous. Mold, shower curtain jammed into the Sheetrock to hold it in place, cracked tile. We stayed in room 228 and the bathroom needs some major help. Breakfast ends at 9am instead of 10am. There were people drinking in the hallway upon check-in. Not the worst place to stay if you need to book close to College of Idaho. Otherwise, I’d book elsewhere.

Free breakfast is always appreciated and 24/7 free coffee was terrific.
Even though sold out, there was plenty of parking.
We were there from Arizona for tournament at the College of Idaho and hotel property in as very close and convenient.

Our room smelled like pure pine sol, bad! I had to run to Walmart to get a plug in. There was construction going on and then we had a lady at breakfast that seemed upset that my husband accidentally spilled his apple juice she kept going ugh ugh and I feel like that was rude. We stayed there in 2008 and it was much better than it is now. The lady at the desk didn’t get up off of her chair for nothing when we checked in.. the guys on the third floor doing construction were very polite very little English, but they were very polite.

Everything was fine except for just one issue.
I needed to get something out of my daughter's room that was very important and the person at the front desk refused to allow me to do that. It was very frustrating!!
If it wasn't my own daughter, I would understand maintaining a policy, but in this situation I couldn't believe that the person at the counter would not help me and my daughter because it was a semi-emergency. Other than this issue, my experience at this hotel was very good, but I just can't get past this one issue on this visit so would not go back here again

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was great however the wifi was unclear how to connect with a phone number that is no longer in service listed in the room. The gym was not open during my visit and that was a huge disappointment. The breakfast was really good though and my 8 year old found plenty of things she really enjoyed. The beds were very comfortable but I would have enjoyed having a smaller pillow. All 4 pillows on the bed were the same large size and too big for me.

Our stay was wonderful. Our room and bathroom were so clean. The bed was beautifully made up. When we got into the bed it was so compfortable I tried to buy the covers we had on. Room was very unusual as it was long had laminate floors, had a kitchenette area with a fridge and coffee maker and then in the middle of the room there was another fridge and a microwave under the TV stand, the room had a desk with no lighting or information about the hotel or the area, couldn’t find a laundry bag for dirty clothes. It was a good two queen room, very cold when we walked into it, sitting at 60 degrees, took some time to unfreeze the room, but again good for an overnight stay.
Breakfast was very good, nice variety of items. Have a wonderful coffee machine that makes lattes, americanos, espresso, and macchiato plus just plain coffee.

Very pleased with our stay.

The front staff, her name was Precious, very pleasant. She went over and above. I needed a bath chair and tub mat, she rounded the items up, even wiped and sterilized them. The beds very comfortable. As far as the food we didn’t stay to enjoy it, we were running late. Definitely recommend this hotel. We will surely stay there again.

We booked the room and sent through the request stating that we would like a lowest level room if possible since we were bringing our elderly dog with us for this overnight stay. When we arrive to check in, I was informed that there were no drug friendly rooms available, and when I asked the woman at the front desk if they had read the information that was sent over with the hotels.com reservation she said no that they had just seen that as as she pulled up my reservation and all of the dog friendly rooms were already given out for the night. I was informed that it was nonrefundable and then I would have to contact hotels.com to have it refunded even though they weren’t able to give me the room that I paid for. We had to go to a different town and pay about $70 more per night for that stay. I contacted the hotel several times asking a manager to return my call to have our stay refunded, I even worked through hotels.com and was still denied. Basically I spent $250 for a night at this hotel that we never got to stay at. Hotels.com said it was the hotel’s Management itself that denied the refund. I have not yet had such a bad experience with hotels.com nor with a Best Western that would not refund us say that they could not accommodate.

Room was great but the beds were very firm. Breakfast was pretty good. Only one elevator. Only one bathroom for our 2 bedroom suite however the bathroom was very spacious and had a deep jetted tub along with a separate shower. The pool was very nice and big and I loved the outdoor patio with glass windows to watch your kids swim inside. The hot tub was nice & relaxing and they had a bathroom in the pool room which was very convenient. I would stay again.
