I have zero regrets for staying at the Nampa Inn and suites. The staff were polite and helpful. Had no trouble parking in the lot. The room was clean and had everything I'd need to get through my nights stay. No doubt I'll be back next time I'm in the area and need a room.

This hotel was pretty awful. The shower didn't work the first night, and it took them all day to get irlt fixed despite promising that it would be the first thing the mainetence tech did that day. The hotel room was extremely run down, with cracks in the floorboards, baseboards torn off bathroom walls. The air conditioner was extremely noisy, the curtains barely covered the window, and we bought our own pillows after the first night. The towels were laughably tiny and thin. There was active construction behind the hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

checked in, then immediately left for an appointment.. did not go inside the room, very late that night ,I returned and when I entered my room, I found it occupied.. office staff was surprised and offered a different room...entering that, it was a mess.. I returned to the office and advised them I would be leaving and requested a full refund on my card

I believe it's in the process of remodeling, there was no phone or alarm clock in the room. Which was ok i guess, but the room was half painted, and the chair was filthy. We only needed a place to crash on our way through so not a big deal, but not a must stay at again kind of place.

When we arrive, the hotel was clean however it was under Repair. There were no hangers in the closets no coffee in the room. The air conditioner didn’t work or wasn’t marked so you could figure out how to keep it a certain temperature. We just decided to move on to a different hotel in a different town very disappointing from the pictures on the web to what we actually saw when we got there.

Just don’t “bam!” bother and don’t bother on this booking agency to help you in anyway. Just go somewhere else. Ps feels more like a run down half way house. And those “tenants” don’t make the place feel safe. Or your car not getting broken into the whole experience was just not good. Pps I didn’t stay I left in the first hour and stayed somewhere else. Ppps hotel and this website were not helpful on a refund for an unsanitary un clean environment. Pppps no toilet paper in either room. Trash all over hair as far as the eye could see beds that looked like cardboard just don’t bother please even for a night. Just go to a 24/7 gas station and sleep In Your car

It’s a very old hotel. Which does not bother me. But it was very poorly maintained. There was only one person on staff. And you had to call a phone number to find them. Their pool was not available or their hot tub was not available. They did not have the room stocked with the essentials light soap. Towels. Washcloths. Half the time the toilet didn’t flush. Probably not ever stay there again. Photos about the hotel are not the same as what is actually there. The photos are deceiving. A fairly junkie place to stay.

The pictures look great on the site. But in real life the room was so gross we almost left. Holes in the flooring, holes in the bathroom door. The place was a dive. When they painted, they didn’t bother to tape stuff off. They didn’t bother to take the curtains down, paint is down the curtains. We slept very little, people yelling and making noise all hours of the night. Hallway carpets smelled of pee. Our bed sheets were clean however and that is why we stayed. The tub and bathroom was clean.
The coffee pot had no cover on top and was gross and dusty inside. We plan to never return.

I was unable to lock the doors in a way to make the room secure. No chain or locking mechanism at the top of the door. The regular bolt & “dead bolt” couldn’t secure it because the door frame was compromised. Someone apparently had broken in the door and they had “attempted “ to fix it but just wobbled. I literally could have pull hard from the inside or pushed from the outside & it would have broken away. Anyone could have busted into our room even though we locked the door. I pushed a heavy table with a quartz top over & wedged it into place so no one would have been able to break in. Rooms were difficult to come by because of all the activities that were going on, or I would have never stayed there. The gal at the front desk at checking was kind and helpful, I appreciated her helpful nature. Sadly they really need to put some serious money into renovating the motel, or demolish it & rebuild.

This was one of the worse stays I’ve ever had for starters we get there and they give us a room we go to it and there was already a guest in it, we go back to the desk and they are scrambling I got the feeling that I wasn’t even going to get a room. Did however end up with a room that was not great at all the tv didn’t work the beds are metal forms with 8 legs and not strong at all I’m 6’4” and about 250 I didn’t think I was gonna make it thru the night. There was not enough parking for the guest we got back to the hotel about 10:30 at night and had to park out of the parking lot to be able to park. There was garbage can in the room no nightstand. The smoke alarm was literally sitting on the counter. We literally paid $200 to sleep on a metal frame in a basement. 0/10

Deposit. I've been to lots of hotels that wanted a card on file in case of damages but this 100 dollars that by the looks of this operation I may or not get back. No this was too much. I want my money back for the room and I'll get one way or another

The loud knock on the door at 11pm when we were asleep with someone claiming to be from office telling us we need to keep the noise down. But we were already asleep.

The lady screaming at 2am one night.

The construction noises briefly at 11pm one night.

The shake of the building when doors slam all hours of the night.

The horrible smell if windows open.

Rooms are filthy,not cleaned out from the last guest's. Doors don't have security locks. Pile of someone's clothes and undergarments were in the stairs the duration of the stay. Beds are horrible, steel frames with about 2\" of nasty uneven covering. Bathroom sink looked like someone threw up in it, and it was left that way.
Floor tiles in the room were cracked, missing pieces and filthy with some kind of dried fluid stains and debris all over. Rear window had no screen and the room was full of bugs and mosquitoes. When I asked for the manager, the clerk said that they don't give the managers name or number to anyone.
I chose to sleep in my truck rather than probably catching some diseases spending any more time at the Nampa Inn and Suites.

The bathroom was dirty, toilet had not been cleaned. Drywall was falling off the walls to the floor. Knobs to the dressers and tables were not attached and sitting inside the drawers. The beds were on a cot type bed frame. There were intoxicated people hanging around outside the main office. This place was absolutely disgusting, filthy and did not make us feel safe.

Expedia was terrible the person who I talked to on the phone was rude was narcissist who basically made fun of me and in his own way called me stupid I tried to change my reservation because for some reason it got booked with two reservations when it was supposed to be in one reservation for the 24th through the 27th when I tried to explain that to the person they said that there's nothing they could do I told him if they I don't have a problem with paying for the extra day but I just want to pay for what I was in the first place was supposed to be in charge not for the price that had to that same day he said that he couldn't do nothing I tried to talk to a higher manager he said he wouldn't contact me to his uppers I told him that I would like to talk to somebody who's in charge and he basically said that there's nothing he will do or his efforts will do and he hung up the phone on me then the hotel that they booked me to literally had bed bugs the room was filthy the bathroom had hair all in the drained and bathtub it was chew in the toilet that looked like somebody just bit and it was no toilet paper there was no towels they never gave me toilet paper I had to buy my own toilet paper to be honest the hotel was even worse than a motel 6 for more money and less opportunities and hospitality the people that were working there had a package of bear behind the counter that they were drinking out in the open they were cussing very unprofessional the whole trip was supposed to be

The price was right. The room was fine. However, there was no deadbolt lock on the door. The painters who painted the rooms was not very professional, the floors were nicked and multi-ply flooring was separating. They're inexpensive, but one gets what one pays for.

Staff was incredibly nice! The hotel was not. Unfortunately, all the windows in the lobby and around the rooms were open and the large industrial plant near by made everything stink. Also, the rooms were dirty. The pillows were yellow, the toilet seat was dirty, bathroom floors were stained, the light switches were dirty, the sink bowl was broken. Luckily, we only needed to be there for a few hours to sleep and leave immediately.

Room was dated, bed not particularly comfortable, black mold on the bathroom ceiling. Stone area between parking and the building COVERED in dog feces and, in the sun, stinking to high heaven Inexpensive; you get what you pay for.

We had to wait for avout an hour for someone to help and get the room key.we went in turn on heater found some kinda left over meat in a dresser and candy surger wraps on the floor but the bathroom had mold spots i was way to tied to drive fall asleep and everyone sick so im sure if there mold anywhere else however the night person was nice and i gave her advice on how to clean it

We got there but there was absolutely no parking. Greg was not compassionate and did not show any customer service. He was rude and not helpful at all. We talked to Greg and he said in order to get a refund we would need to go online because we booked it through Expedia. I talked to Expedia and he refused to give us refund for a room we could use because there was no parking! No compassion awful customer service. I go up there frequently and will never stay here because of their customer service. Never saw the room because I could not park my truck there. It says parking available but not for trucks I guess.

First, you have to realize how much you’ve paid for the room! So there are going to be some problems, shower wasn’t clean, no toilet paper, room could have used more attention.
But…beds were nice and what made up for any of these minor issues was the staff!
They were amazing and tried to help with any problems we had! Appreciate the great people trying to help you enjoy your stay!

Nothing went well from the ex-con looking front desk person insisting I had to pay a 100 deposit for a room that was $60 ;per night that resulted in him calling the police while we called Expedia in the parking lot who was very helpful and understood the non refundable reservation needed to refunded.
