The door to the room didn’t even latch correctly. There was a gap so big you could see into our room from the hallway. Pillows were nasty. I didn’t feel safe and we chose to leave and not even stay. Staff was very kind and helpful but not a well kept building.

Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in very dirty. Staff was horrible at customer service never once did we get any clean towels for four days they left a note on our door saying if you want your trash in you have to take it out all the way to the other side of the parking lot to the dumpsters, they do not empty trash. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where you have to clean up your own room sleep in the same dirty sheets, and use the same towels for four days very angry from California.

I was unhappy that they did not provide kleenexes in room also there was no hairdryer. If you wanted clean linens other than the day they cleaned you had to take the dirty one down to the front desk, Also if you needed your garbage taken out again before they cleaned you had to do it yourself, They only clean biweekly. I will not stay there again.

When we arrived (6pm) the property told us they cancelled our reservation because we didn’t checkin at 3pm and their policy is they have to have a one night deposit to reserve the room past 3pm if the are 85% full. Even though through Expedia, my reservation was pay when we checkin. Luckily they still had vacancy, unfortunately for us we should have just cut our losses and went somewhere else. There is a reason that they are so much cheaper than everywhere else. The rooms were gross, the floors were dirty and not mopped. There was rust or mold in the bathroom sink. And, the room smelled terrible. Yes it does have a full kitchen but you don’t get a coffee pot, plates, utensils, or even paper towels to use the kitchen. If you want any of that you have to pay extra for it. Also you get two towels, if you want more, you have to pay for it. Not super helpful for a family of 4! They only clean your room once every other week so not at all if your staying any less than that. If you want it cleaned you have to pay for it. The property is gross which is a shame for a new hotel like this. We won’t be staying again and I don’t recommend it.

It had a cute little kitchen, but absolutely nothing to cook with not even a coffee pot and then I was running late in the morning and I know the checkout time was 11 and I got a very loud knock on my door at 10:52 reminding me to check out was at 11 I just thought that was very odd and rude. It’s a newer hotel and the last thing is the bed was horrible. It was on a very cheap bedframe that kept sliding all over on the floor. I’m just one person. I’m average size and I felt like the bed wouldn’t even hold up my weight. I think they should invest in better bed frames. I probably won’t stay there again. They’re too many things that really were unacceptable for me.

Way shadey drugs I almost thought that CERTAIN people there were complicant just because it was so blatantly happening.( maybe I’m wrong but come on really?) I mean people were knock ditching on doors smoking making I mean massive noise at 2am we said something in the morning it continued. I mean extremely I had health issues I explained that to them if he could make shure it was something comfortable he transferred us to a different room instead of bottom to floor third floor. And kind of chuckled wich I found a bit strange. This was below the peopIe who were smoking and where we think the chemicals smell and it also sounded like they we were tweaking on the outlets or something. We said something several times. don’t know if it’s procedure or what I don’t think so but when we checked out the girl said “… right?” (Our room number.) Then to add insult to injury after all the drama she immediately went upstairs as if they had to check the room like we had done something wrong! Wow! She seemed the most unprofessional. the night guy seemed really cool though But when we asked for them to check the cameras everyone said they had no access? I asked everyone that worked there huh interesting then who does?? Just seemed shadey

Felt like we were staying in a dorm room. People were riding scooters up and down the hallway at all hours. Noisy. We had booked for 3 nights but only stayed 1....and only then becuase we didn't get in until 10pm. Beds were like cots. Only 1 towel in our room. Room did appear to be fairly clean. Not impressed .....

By far one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. Our room smelled like wet dog. The blankets were more like sheets and when I tempted three times to get additional blankets from the front desk, no one was available. Luckily I had a blanket in my car. Shower head sprayed everywhere but where it needed to spray and caused the water to spray on the floor. No extra towels or hand towels so the floor stayed wet. Couldn't get anyone at the front desk when I tried to get extra towels either. The dog next door would not stop crying and whimpering through the late night. Other guests stomped around the hallways withering their phones on speaker. Will NEVER stay here again.

My dog found a hot Cheeto on the floor of the room after we entered. The fridge had a pool of water on the shelves. The elevator was out of order so we had to hike it with 2 dogs and 2 luggage items up 3 flights of stairs. Also, the bed needs more bedding on it. For $135? Nah

The room was priced a little high for what we got. Our check in staff Caitlin was wonderful. She was very kind and professional. As far as our night that was not good. The bed was not comfortable. It’s on top of a metal platform with springs so when you move or your partner moves it makes a loud creeeek and boom. The next issue is the air conditioner. It starts nice then soon after you hear a loud fan kick on. It’s as loud as a blowdryer. The bed probably wouldn’t be that hard if it was properly supported.

The facility is very clean and very nicely cared for. It’s too bad when it’s lacking nicer amenities for sleep and air comfort. I would not re stay.

Room was not serviced in the week I was there. I used the same 2 towels for a week. It did not meet my expectations and I would not stay again or recommend.

Not what I expected

Room is lacking any amenities without additional cost. No curtains to block out street lamps. Linens are less than basic. Beds with metal frames, and no sound proofing, you hear everyone roll over and get up. Also air conditioning must be controlled from outside the room, because it never stays on. It was very clean and the staff was very nice. Room was also very spacious.

The hotel smelled terrible; our non-smoking room smelled strongly of cigarettes. The hallways were littered with dirt and smelled very chemical. The pillows and blankets smelled like smoke. Thin walls, and mattresses were too soft. We ended up here for a soccer tournament, and unfortunately, everything else was sold out. It was cheaper by about $50 than where the rest of the team stayed. at $150/ night, the comparison between the two hotels was drastic. Glad we only had one night.

It is an extended stay motel. The amenities were only 2 bath towel, 2 washcloths, and 1 small shampoo bottle. And the room had an awful odor. You did get used to it. It was quiet and we did get good sleep. It was in a development area, not much to do or places to eat. We did feel the personal touch was very nice and much appreciated.

Room was filthy at check in - Primarily the floor, bathroom and fixtures were ok. Blinds had a hole in them and the room faced the main parking area, so I had to hang my pants in front of the window for privacy. There was a \"comfy\" chair in the room that when sat on revealed all sorts of nastiness around the cushion that was otherwise hidden. But it was cheap, so you get what you pay for.

Visit this location for yourself and you’ll understand fully why I have posted this review. First time customer. When I checked in, I wasn’t sure if I needed an extra night. The gal that night was kind and said if I didn’t need the room it would be refunded. I decided I didn’t need the room an extra night so I asked for a refund. The Assistant Manager stated there are no refunds. I explained to her that it was highly unprofessional to have employees not know their policy. The Assistant Manager stated she was feeling very disrespected and her emotions were out of control. She was not being disrespected by me in any way and I told her that. I was kind enough to explain my frustrations and request a refund as I was told by the staff that I could. She was extremely rude and told me to get a life. At that point I told her she needed to keep her emotions at the door when coming to work. It’s unprofessional to act out because she can’t control herself or her emotions and not be able to function at work. She is highly unprofessional and she herself should look more presentable, I was shocked with how she presented herself. The facility was filthy, there was dog hair everywhere and the sheets were not changed. The location is convenient and the prices are fair however, the facility, and staff have poor customer service, and zero professionalism. If the owner walked in unannounced, they would be disappointed. I would never recommend anyone staying there short or long term.

Hotel itself was new and great, aside from an odd new construction smell? The problem came from the bed itself. The beds were uncomfortable and incredibly noisy. Any form of movement caused creaking and squeaking from the cheap unsecured metal frames. Now the fun part, the neighbors above us did not seem to mind their same squeaking and creaking bed. So we got to listen to them fool around for a good amount of time, wondering if they were going to fall through the ceiling... So, I would not suggest staying at this particular hotel if you plan on getting any rest.

The staff were very nice. However, there was a constant smell of urine down the hallway and in the bathroom from the moment we got there. The floors and walls were pretty dirty as well with hair and Im not sure what else. The comforter had a stain that looked like blood possibly. I did let the staff know of the smells.

I will not stay here again. I originally booked a king size bed, and upon arrival they said the king beds were booked and we would be placed in a double queen room. No price adjustment. We got into our room and it was like the room hadn’t been clean, the floors were disgusting. I requested a new room and the front desk was nice enough to move us rooms. The second room wasn’t much better. Dirty floors, dirty bathroom, wobbly beds. Gross, gross, gross.
