From the moment I walked in, the terrible smell of humidity and feet hit me across the face. On top of that, the AC was supposedly at the highest setting and it was barely pushing out any cold air. Additionally, what’s with the sensor light in the bathroom that lasts 30 seconds? I practically showered in the dark. This place was very old and not very well updated. Especially the bathroom. The faucet was not attached to the sink and the towel rack mounted wacky. The bathroom also featured the smallest mini roll of toilet paper I have ever seen. It was like they just plain shrunk it! The lobby and halls were very dingy and old. There was an Indian restaurant located within, which was the best part.

There was a syringe and needle under the mattress in the room we were given, and the staff/security tried to say there wasn't. I had picture proof of it being there then they claimed it wasn't harmful because it was empty.

Breakfast was ok with the normal selection of eggs, waffles and coffee but the cleanliness of the room was questionable. The floors of the bathroom and bedroom held visible filth. The place allowed pets which would be ok if our neighbors had not left their dogs alone, barking all night while they went out. Attempts to call the front desk to ask for assistance on this matter went unanswered so we got very little sleep before our 4 am wake up for our flight.

The place looked run down. The most offensive thing is they barged in and demand for last minute maintenance despite a sign was putting outside for no disturb and told them multiple times to go away. They just unlocked the door and barged in without any apology. It is complete invasion of privacy. When the manager learned about it, he didn’t apologize and said he has the right to determine what the emergency is, which is fixing the door lock, not like typical fire and health issues people always define what emergency is. We got a room to rest and to have privacy. I do not expect this from Ramada. We will pursue further actions.

The rooms were clean, the water was hot and the staff was kind and helpful but the rest of the amenities were far below par. The breakfast was worth not even showing up for and I fully suggest enjoying breakfast somewhere else. The Jacuzzi was hardly air temp and you can tell it hasn't been cleaned in years.think of a tub of bacteria and then it's worse. The hotel is pet friendly towards dogs that never stop barking so if you're looking for peaceful quiet at the end of the day, you won't find it here. You are right next to the express way and a few minutes from the airport so travel access is a plus and less than 5 min to downtown Boise and the university. If you are look for a place just to shower and rest your head and nothing more then you're in luck. If you want to spend any additional time at the property you will be disappointed. Not the worst place I've ever stayed at but it's in the top 3 easily

Sorted this listing as pet friendly. Pulled in late driving cross country move, 1:00 am. Found they don’t take cats. We were stuck with a non refundable room we couldn’t use. Stuck in a unknown town with no where to stay at 1:00 am.

The good: comfortable bed and bedding, the Saffron restaurant was very good, and the breakfast was good.
The bad: appears short staffed, no one at the front desk when we arrived, eventually had to call a posted number and the employee said they were on break, and would be back in 20 minutes. Others were waiting and we eventually wandered off. We came back later and were able to check in. Property is looking tired. Parking lot needs resurfaced, landscaping and building needs refurbished, room was worn, and bathroom sink did not drain and stayed full of water for the time we occupied the room. We counted three cockroaches in the bathroom.

Other things to consider: pricing was good through Expedia, great location i.e. close to airport, freeway entrance and off ramp, pretty easy to get downtown and to riverwalk, parks etc. nearby properties also looking sketchy.

I have stayed at a number of Windham properties as I traveled extensively for business before I retired. This was definitely not up to their previous standards.

The room wasn’t great, the floor was sloped, bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The walls are paper thin to where we could hear the neighbor yelling at night and what sounded like him puking in the morning. The dresser was pulled away from the wall, I didn’t move it back due to how heavy it was and it scraping the flooring. My wife and I had gone out for dinner and we watched the housekeeping staff pile dirty towels and other lines into a basket to watched them dig the clean ones out from underneath the pile of dirty sheets. While in the rest room I watched the bathtub start to backfill from the drain. Our stay got to the point of us doing whatever we could to not be there. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Do NOT stay at this property especially with children. The appearance from the parking lot is just the start of your disappointment. It is obvious that the owners take no pride in the property and minimum effort is an under statement. The hotel is stale, smells bad, and is visibly dirty. I was traveling with family and had 2 rooms. I paid extra for a pool side room, the sliding glass door was screwed shut. YES, screwed shut. The toilet barely flushed, the TV didn't work but turned on. The room smelt terrible, vents taped shut with painters tape, oil smudges all over the sliding glass door from prior guests faces leaning in to look out to the pool area that you couldnt actually access. Oh and the best part blood on the matress, and quite a bit too. Let's talk about the other room. Their sliding glass door opened but didn’t lock. They have an 11 year old, sounds safe? Fridge wasn't on, TV didn't work, even the phone didn't work to call anyone for help from the front desk. The pool was the only enjoyable part of this stay. Oh and if you need towels for swimming bring your own because they had none and when we asked for some they told us they ran out. Refunds also aren't a thing. The pictures are misleading and you can stay somewhere 100× better for 20 dollars more.

Super sketchy activity happening within and outside of the hotel. Disgusting smell in the room. Unclean toilet, surfaces, and bedding. Our skin was burning after touching the bedding. Left immediately and was given grief about the $50 deposit (which they did eventually return the next day). Do not stay here.

Pictures are no where close to what this place looks like. When it was the holiday Inn it was a nice looking place great rooms great everything now that it’s the Ramada it’s ran down they don’t take care of anything. The rooms stink, the building looks like it’s falling apart, you pay $100 plus a night and the pool is freezing cold can’t be used, the hot tub is cold and couldn’t be used. I told staff and they said they would come check the temp and come look at it and they didn’t come look at it or fix it. You pay extra for pool side rooms but the sliding glass doors are sealed shut so it’s technically not pool side. I will never stay here again

I am giving this a 1 star do to the fact that we rent 3 room 2 did not have heat mind you it is 28 Degrees at night we reported the room we stayed in they sent a maintenance person up to look at it said it was broken and he never returned. We stopped back down after our event around 11pm. The security guard brought us a heater but it stopped sometime through out the night the next morning. We went to go and talk to the front desk about getting at least our room competed because of no heat. The gentlemen at The front desk told me he would relay the message and have the building manager call us tomorrow. I myself request him to call and get approval for the compensation but he refused. And provided me with the property direct number and a number which was dis connected. They did not have the franchise number posted nor did they have their license to operate posted. Along with all this when I booked we wanted an in door pool an a gym as well. Their gym had one machine working out of six and the pool and hot tub where as cold as ice.

I did make a formal complaint with the franchise and they said they would get back to us with on a week with a fare ruling.

I do not recommend staying here, motel six is a better option.

I’ve never stayed in a hotel with so much noise. I had planned on sleeping until 7, but at 4:45 the noises outside were so loud I finally gave up. It was a very disappointing stay and I would not recommend staying here.

TERRIBLE. Do not stay here!!! It lacked the basic amenities that were in the description. Many of the things in the room weren’t working (ie. Fridge) and there’s no A/C or ventilation, so it smelled like mold. We tried to get a refund and were unable to because Hotels.com couldn’t get ahold of the property manager.

The carpet is scuzzy into carpet, the walls are ugly. The bed was comfortable however I did sleep well. The TV did not work very well.

Wasnt the best hotel but also not the worst. Lots of random people either sitting outside or walking around the parking lot especially on the back side of the property all hours of the night i also seen bosie police everynight that i was there sitting in the parking lot.
The hotel advertised a bar but i found out its permanently closed they also advertise a restaurant but they are only open for a couple of hours.
The building is also kind of out of date. While waiting to check in two customers came down stating their tv wasnt working they switched them rooms then come to find out mine also wasnt working and they also switched me rooms as well.

I did not enjoy my stay. I was lied to about the $50 hold on my debit card they said it would be credited back on checking out. It isn't. Check-in was a nightmare. There was very little water pressure in the shower and the handheld shower head was damaged. The $50 hold stays in place for up to a week on a person's debit card. Hopefully you won't need that for gas money to get home. Fortunately we dont, but seriously.

Service staff was very rude when I asked for new towels because the ones in my room had boogers (yes, snot..) on them. I was yelled at because the towels for use at checkout (seriously... ). Read last statement for cleanliness of room. Pink mold in shower and tge fliiring/transition was in conolete from where you get ready to the bathroom.

The bed was semi comfortable, definitely not the worst I slept in

Being a Ramada property I expected more. I will never stay here again. Not only did they false advertise, but the property itself is less than desirable. They advertise they have a bar with a menu. They do have a bar, it's just not open as it's used as a storage room. The breakfast buffet consists of two waffle makers and some apples. The room was terrible. First, the security latch was hanging by one screw, so unusable. The sink didn't drain so that filled up quickly, the toilet handle had to be held down until you got a complete flush, walking on the floor barefoot resulted in dirty feet and even though it's advertised as non-smoking, the sheets smelled like cigarette smoke.

Terrible customer service, I had to wait for the person at the counter to finish her personal phone call. I went to the restaurant but she told me they only do take away. So I went out for dinner. When I returned about an hour later there were several people eating in the restaurant. Staff is not friendly, no hello or welcome or anything. When I flushed my toilet it screached very loudly until the entire time the tank refilled. The outer doors do not lock and the parking lot is dirty with cigarette butts and trash everywhere.

Restaurant food was only India food. Bar and restaurant was not as advertised. Bar was closed. No lock on outside door. Hole left in slider door where lock was. Floors were sticky.Had to wear socks. Socks were very dirty. No top sheet on bed. Not sure if top duvet is washed every time after each visit. Basics not done well

I reserved a king room from hotels.com. When I arrrived they said they did not have my room. Thet had a doubke queen which is a less expensive room. They said they had to charge me for the king room because i booked through a third party. 1. I had resevered my room well in advance of the trip, they should of had that room. 2. If there was some sort of upcharge i am sure they would have figured that out.
When I entered the room it was humid and had a musty smell. I believ this is due to the fact that the back of the air conditoner, which would have normally been outside. Was instead in a large room that had the pool in it. So it had a difficult time with rhe heat exchange and was bringing that humid air from the pool into my room.
The room was clean but the bathroom was not. The shower had dust and hair along the top of the shower ledge.
The faucet in the bathroom was not attached to the sink at all.
The TV did not work. The signal was bad. I turned on the TV and it was good for a minute then the sound went out and there was distortion of the picture. I called the front desk to ask if there was something I could do. They said that the TV's were finicky and sent a maitance man to my room. He arrived quick and came in and shut it off and turned it back on. It stsrted to work. He took a short video of it on his phone and left. About a minute after he left the TV froze.
TLDR. I would not reccommend staying here

A cockroach ran around above the tube up to the ceiling.
Bed is too high for a disabled person to climb and ended sleeping on the floor.
Breakfast had no selections only a few slice of breads, cereals, and a gallon of milk to share with the others.

The motel was nice amenities were good. Breakfast was minimal. Would have liked more choices. Security was very poor. Outdoor entries did not lock. Did not feel safe. Maintenance room door was open to the outdoors for a while, less safe. The television in our room did not work had to call to the office, 2 times, to get maintenance to come fix it. Toilet paper was very rough. Shampoo quality is poor, left my hair feeling very dry. Need conditioner.

But overall they need tonfocus on cleanliness of bathrooms cauae there is mold allnover the place and it looked like they hadnt cleaned bathroom counter tops in months and the shower head is brown and moldy so they don't clean those. Im never coming back.

The property has obviously been recently renovated from another hotel business and there was some still small amounts of construction debris in the bathroom area
It appeared that there were sliding glass doors that had been turned into full length windows other guest would stand outside of talk loudly after hours.
The highlight of the facility is the Indian restaurant in the building. Superb food and great staff. I can’t say enough good things about the restaurant.

When I parked there was an Alex guy on the side of the building that was smoking pot! Yuck so bad. I thought this was a first class hotel but it’s a dump!

The bathtub was honestly disgusting. It was filthy, full of hairs like from shaving and drippings that were never scrubbed. Around the drain had pink grime around it. The forniture including the coffeemaker was dusty. Our microwave got stuck and I couldn't opened it to take my food out so... my daughter said \" the microwave stole our food\" haha. Other than that, the bedding was clean and nice looking. The lady in the lobby was very cordial and attentive.

The room was very dirty. Stains on the beds. The refrigerator did not work. Felt unsafe outside. The breakfast was a joke. No one at the desk for check out. The pool was not maintained. I would never stay there again and would not recommend it to anybody. The door to the room would not close properly and had to be physically pulled and pushed shut with force.

They had no hot water and had not had any for a few days they said when we told them. But they did not tell us when we were checking in. Pretty sorry!!!
