This is a former rodeway inn so it's not that nice. The staff was hard to find

The staff was helpful and friendly, and the room was clean, if a little basic. Bed very firm, pillows weren't great, bring your own if you need a specific kind of support. Place was generally quiet, plenty of parking.
Coffee in the lobby was hot and fresh, and some food options nearby. The fact that there's no elevator was something I wish I had known, but I managed.

Rooms would not pass my wife’s clean expectations. (She owned several vacation rentals that she has now turned into midterm rentals), and this morning we had an ant infestation in the bathroom. Probably won’t be going back, they might have changed the name, but sadly it’s still!!! not even a “good” experience!

Room had not been cleaned well: toilet had feces on the rim, refrigerator was quite full of prior guest's belongings. I had to help desk clerk empty and discard food. (She was very nice and tried everything to help out as best she could.) Some extra bedding was balled up and stuck haphazardly on a shelf. When television remote failed to work, desk clerk had to come in and set it up correctly. (She deserves a good star for handling the situation quickly and professionally.)

It was a place to lay down for the night to avoid having to drive up from Twin Falls at 2:30 in the morning. The staff was helpful and accommodating, as my wife wanted an additional blanket to stay warm as we are opposites she being cold me being hot.
Overall the property was in good shape, as for the rooms, they could use a deep cleaning, beginning with carpet, and the some love via repairs beginning with the shower drain could use some love/replacement. The air flow controls on the A/C needs to be replaced as they are missing, bed and sheets were clean as expected.
The beds are not purple mattress's for sure not even close, as any movement through the night is felt by your bed partner. Like I said, it was a place to lay our heads for the night to avoid an early morning drive to catch a flight, shuttle service was spot on.

Tv never worked, ac didn’t work on a 90 degree weekend, room stayed around 88 the whole time. Got locked out of my room for hours with my dog because they key card battery died and nobody had a key or replacement to fix it, battery key fob on my side of the hotel also didn’t work for majority of my stay :)

The flooring was uneven (carpet then hardwood) and I found it very difficult to walk across as I'm handicapped.
Our room had holes in the walls, rivets were something was removed. The outlets were worn and appeared burnt.
The desk chair showed signs of wear (holes) on the seat and rust on the metal frame.

I would NOT recommend this facility to others wanting to stay near the Boise Airport.

If you have any disabilities… don’t stay here! No elevator. I had to have a friend carry my large suitcase up a flight and a half stairs. The walls needed painting.. a lot of scratches… furniture was really chipped and scarred up. Bed was comfortable and shower worked good. Not any even a packaged roll for breakfast…. I probably will not stay again.

The room was filthy...cobwebs...carpet pulled away from the base boards. Dirty THIN throw for a bedspread. People are staying long term and I did not feel safe. No elevator...to get to the second floor you have to climb a big staircase. The air-conditioner/heater was missing the top cover. Just junky!! Never again!

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. There were no amenities in the bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, lotion) but I was happy to use my own. Staff was courteous and helpful. There was only one staff member on at the front desk who I felt sorry for because of other customers showing rude behaviors towards her instead of asking nicely for assistance. There were no restaurants within safe walking distance. However, driving, within a one mile radius on the other side of the freeway there were multiple choices. There was no breakfast at the hotel in the morning so you would have to go elsewhere to either eat at a sit down restaurant or pick something up. I gave it 4 stars because of the room comfort and quietness but it did lack on amenities.

The mattress were 25 yr old saggy steel spring uncomfortable mattress hvac was 25 years old. Good thing it’s not hot weather in Boise. For that hotel condition is way overpriced, $50 at most. I thought it would be convenient but there are better choices a few minutes away.

Depends on the room. My Dad's room was nice vinyl flooring and smelled clean. Mine was disgusting stained carpet that smelled like cigarettes and dog urine. AC unit filled with dirt and aquestionable growth.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Upon checking into my room, I immediately noticed several serious cleanliness and sanitation issues that made the room feel unsafe and unsanitary.
The mattress was heavily stained with large brown discolorations, there was hair all over the toilet, and the walls were covered in dirt and grime. To make matters worse, there appeared to be blood on one of the walls, and there were suspicious stains on the headboard/headrest that looked as though they could have been bodily fluids.
The condition of the room was unacceptable and clearly indicated that it had not been properly cleaned or inspected before being assigned to a guest. Cleanliness is the bare minimum expectation when staying at a hotel, and unfortunately this property failed to meet even basic standards.
I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made to housekeeping and room inspections.

It was fine. I slept well, but I want to let you know that the front desk person was very hostile. She does not care about her job at all and seemed to want to be unhelpful. I was asking about where to park, about the shuttles and she bit off every word she said. it was very disconcerting.

The staff at the front desk was very helpful with both storing our vehicle for a few days while on a trip and lining up a shuttle to the airport the following morning. The room stayed cool all night. It was quiet so we got a good nights sleep before having a long travel day the following day. Easy access to the airport.

The hotel was very clean, however the carpets were stained beyond what could be reasonably mitigated. The faucet in our bathroom provided only hot water. The coffee and hot water dispensers in the lobby weren’t regularly tended to, so we didn’t have the option of getting a drink before our early flight. The staff was very friendly and prompt, including the wonderful shuttle driver who handled our bags at 5 am with great courtesy and care.

Room was just perfect for a 1 or 2 person visit. Room was very clean and smelled very nice. Air conditioner worked perfectly, and there was a mini fridge and microwave which I used both. Bathroom was a bit small, but very functional. The standup shower was pretty elegant looking and I had plenty of room inside to maneuver. The room was indeed smaller than what I'm used to, but very cozy nonetheless. Easy access to the outside areas as well.

Absolutely one of our worst nights of traveling for 5 weeks! Arrived at 1 am after flight delays…room had zero temperature control..no heat/no ac, and on bed there was only what amounted to an incredibly thin sheet as a bedcover!!!! We froze!!! ended up putting all our travel clothes back on and exhausted, wished and hoped for morning to come! FYI …we were on 2nd floor with a lot of luggage and yup, NO elevator… astonishing price for a dated property…..never again!

After we checked in, we went up to our room. I went to use the restroom, my husband tried to turn on air conditioner, the room was so hot! It would not turn on. We went downstairs to front desk, and the lady was rude about getting us a new room, and that I used the restroom.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful, and the airport shuttle was very convenient, but mostly this was not a satisfactory stay especially for the cost. We seem to have showed up on a particularly busy weekend because this was one of the only hotels with rooms and the double queen room we booked was $228 a night. There were some normal hotel annoyances (like the beds and the pillows not being very comfortable or there being no breakfast) but we had several issues that were unique to this hotel. The bathroom light didn't have a bulb or a cover (the staff did get us a bulb very quickly which was appreciated), the shower was very small and had someone else's hair stuck to the wall, the sink faucet was loose so the whole thing moved whenever we turned it on, we found small pieces of trash on the floor that wasn't swept up, and our beds didn't have actual blankets but instead had sheets and what appeared to be a window curtain. It was like the owners of this hotel aren't even trying. We were incredibly disappointed with our stay.

The bad was awful to sleep in. Toooo hard. My pillow had foam stuffi g in it and it separated in the middle. No rugs to wipe your feet by bed. No carpet all lamenting flooring. The towels wete very thin. There were gnats surrounding the bathroom sink and drain. Will nevet stay there again.

The staff are terrific! The property and room were clean despite the terrible condition. I understand the property is under new ownership. They have a lot of work to do. Every piece of furniture in my room was damaged, to the extent that I couldn’t believe it was still being used. The light fixture in the bathroom ceiling was completely exposed. The cleanliness exception is the air conditioning unit, really dirty. Maybe they have some refurbished rooms? Ask for one of those.

Very run down and grungy. Sad rebranding effort. TV was non-functional, room smelled horrible, and the bed was so bad I had to schedule a massage the next morning just to be able to drive home. Beware. Cheaper is rarely better. Good is not a generally accurate rating for sure. Im sure the staff considers it a job, but not one they feel good about.
