Soon after coming into the room I had to use the bathroom. I noticed there was pee splatter on the rim and other odd substance. I cleaned it off before using it. My toddler was with me and while he opened the drawer he pulled out a facial razor out that someone else had left behind, very dangerous! The pillows smelled very bad like sweat. Then as we prepared to sleep with the AC on… the AC did not in fact work so we had to open the window and just heard loud freeway traffic all night. I’ll pay the extra money next time and get a better place to stay.

We got there at 3:30 am and checked in. We were given room 532 and it was absolutely the worst stay of my life. The beds were broke, there was mold in the bathroom, the cups were all sticky so we couldn't even get a drink, the linens looked like someone had already slept in them, and when my mom went to turn off her non invasive vent the plug in and lights all made a shorting out sound and the lights stopped working. When I called the front desk to see about moving to another room I was told they were out of rooms. They refused to give me any of my money back and the guy working the front desk today was very rude! I would never recommend this hotel/motel to anyone. In my opinion it should be condemned!

This hotel was listed as pet friendly. I arrived, with my pet, and was not allowed to check in. They stated they would work with Hotels.com to give me a refund, as my room was nonrefundable, but this wasn't my fault. So far, they have NOT answered or communicated with Hotels.com for this refund that I was told I would get. The front desk man was rude and not helpful to me. The floor in the lobby was filthy, there were people right out front smoking, blowing the smoke inside, and a woman was stating to me that her bed had a hole in it. I never made it to my room to assess that myself.

There was free self parking available which made it easy to access the numerous parking spots around the property's secure parking lot .(We saw a security guard standing outside).
Coffee was available in the room and a mini fridge as well. AC worked just fine, and so did the heater. Facility is very strict with the check in and check out times , but that was just fine with us.

Room was dirty, linens were in rough shape, TV didn’t work, obvious repairs done poorly, cigarette butts all over the ground outside, lobby was filled with vending machines that crowded the space, and parking lot looked neglected. Also, the front desk was not fully staffed at all times and the ambiance of the check in area felt like a “pay by the hour” kind of hotel.

A great stay for a good price.

While we miss having breakfast like so many places offered pre-covid, that was the only real drawback of this stay. The facility is dated, but the room was very nicely updated, with new furnishings and comfortable climate control. It was very clean and included two very comfortable beds and good TV options. The front desk staff was congenial and efficient. The facility is close to the highway, but that brings unavoidable noise issues as can be expected. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would be glad to visit again when in the area.

First, I got a call before we checked in telling me that I had booked a room with two beds, but they could not provide that. Me and my granddaughter settled for king size bed. My granddaughter brought along her own blanket to sleep on top of the line. Their room was very musty and had an odor. I went to Walmart and bought air freshener. The next night we did receive a room with two beds. This room was not as musty, but I still used the air freshener. Both evenings before checking in there was a lot of people in the parking lot and appeared. They were homeless people. This was disturbing an alarming. I will not stay this week.

After requesting a downstairs room for our friend who couldn't do stairs, we were given an upstairs room. One of the beds in the room was broken; if you sat on one side, you would fall on the floor. The outlet covers were installed incorrectly. Only one light in the room worked.

Terrible place. Night clerk seemed barely verbal. We had requested a ground floor room. He seemed confused by this. Put us on the second floor without comment. Public spaces and the room itself were run down and dirty. Old food wrappers and other trash on the stairs. It's likely that the room had not been cleaned after the last guest. The bed linen had not been changed. The toilet had been used but not flushed. Floors were dirty. The prior guest's phone charger was still plugged into the bathroom outlet. The TV didn't work. The AC unit sounded like a garbage grinder. Worst hotel ever.

For your money, I'd rather spend an extra $20 and go to one of the other nearby properties for peace of mind. Property is outdated and poorly upkept, poor plastering and tiling in the bathroom, barely enough towels, toilet paper holder was rusting. The building is run down, things need to be fixed. An added charge of $50 was added on when checking in. And late at night, 11:39 to be exact, an employee of the hotel was talking loudly in the hallway right beside our door, I had to knock on the door to let her know to be quiet. I am not happy about this situation.

Beds were fine and staff was cordial. Some towels were markedly dirty. Sheets felt clean, but comforter kind of didn’t. Shower and supplies were fine, but toilet barely flushed (with repeated use of a plunger—already supplied… so they probably knew about the issue). TVs had cable and worked, but stopped connecting to the internet about twenty minutes after we got there. Vending machines were limited but cheap-ish. We came, we slept… we paid very little. So, it was about what I expected.

When I arrived, I was greeted by a person behind a glass panel, so that I could check in. I was given my room key after a couple of minutes, and I went upstairs to find my room. The door was open, the bed was unmade, and there were towels on the floor. The room obviously was not ready for guests. I went back downstairs, got a key to a different room, and went back upstairs. The second room was somewhat cleaner, but it had no towels, and it smelled of cigarette smoke. The room was noisy, Thanks to the neighbors who were partying most of the night, and the place was just very sketchy in general. I will not be staying here again.

Arrived at the hotel and had to pay a $50 deposit. My stay was for 2 nights, however after the first day my key card was turned off and my fiance and I were locked out of our room. Went to the front desk and had to get a new key card for the room. No reason given. Someone down the hall had a loud barking dog that always barked. I had to kill a spider in the bathroom... i could go on.

Mold in the bathroom and main room, garbage in the tub drain and black long hair on the shower wall, faucet was detached from the sink bowl and would lift up when turning the water on, floor had big cracker crumbs by the beds, heater was broken, and staff didn't care to look at the room or reimburse us for the rest of our stay so we could find another hotel to stay in. This hotel was awful, bathroom was completely dirty the room smelled the staff didn’t speak English well at all and were unhelpful, the towels were stained. Only outlet that worked was in the disgusting bathroom the bed was broken and uncomfortable the wall are paper thin and I’m pretty sure I head someone get shot down the hallway. On top of all of that they charged an additional $50 deposit and offered nothing in return. If I could give this place negative stars I would.

Unfortunately, this hotel needs a lot of work. With all the hotels in town full, it was our only choice. Not sure how they passed inspection to operate. No phone in the room either.
