The property is older and needs repairs. The TV said \"no signal\" and wasn't working. I tried to call the front desk and got a message that said \"check your internet connection\", so that didn't work either. Went to use the vending machine to buy a soda. Credit card scanned for $1.50, machine made noises, no soda came out. Not the greatest experience.

I reserved a deluxe king room. I paid at the time of booking. When we arrived to check in, the room they put me in had someone else's stuff in it. I went back to the front desk and they stated that they had no other rooms available. We were then sent to the Ramada Inn, we were told they had a king room available. We arrived to check in at the Ramada Inn and was told again that they didn't have a room available. We finally did get a room after calling customer service but the hassel was ridiculous.

Parking lot was overfull, I had to parallel park in front. I checked in at 10 pm and the night staff had left a sign at the desk that they were busy helping someone and would be back shortly. I stood there amd waited for 10 minutes. I finally called the number on the sign for immediate assistance, it went to voicemail. She called back the missed call and whem I told her her I was waiting, she almost immediately appeared. The security deposit was more than I paid for 1 night. No elevator. I could see some rooms were in the process of being renovated. Walking down the hallway, multiple door threshholds were cracked and electronic door locls were partially broken. In my room, dirt was ground into the bathroom floor tiles - darker in the corners and lighter where feet wore it down. One of the lamps wasn't plugged in and there wasnt even an outlet anywhere near by. The lamp at the bedside had 2 outlets for charging in the base, but both were so loose they weren't usable. I ended up unplugging the coffee maker to charge my phone overnight. I know I paid for a budget motel and wasnt expecting the Ritz, but I was expecting to feel safe walking around barefoot in my own bathroom - I did not.

The heater worked ok but it took lots of adjusting. The toilet took 6 flushes to get clean. The parking was very tight and not near enough spaces. The TV required updating every time you turned it on. The room was reasonably clean but shows lots of wear and tear. For the price they charged I would not recommend this property.

Dirty room, rusted and missing towel rack, no tp holder, over an hour wait for maintenance because tv wasn’t working right and they said no other room was available. Only one light for bedside table worked. Parking was horrible!! We will never stay there again.

The hot water barely worked in the shower. The room was halfway cleaned, blankets were stained. The AC barely blew cold air and would be turned off when I came back after work. People playing loud music around 4:30am one morning, partying in the hallway until midnight. Also housekeeping came in, took the bar of soap I used to wash my hands and didn’t replace it, also took the bath mat without replacing. Still waiting for my deposit to be returned.

Their Expedia profile showed 4 pictures of a Gym that did not exist. Per reviews have done this in past with pictures of a pool that did not exist. Also has same people doing reviews maybe staff or family to make it sound like a great hotel. Nope, I understand you get what you paid for. The false pictures is so wrong. also several of the room doors looked like they had been broken into. Needless to say, I left shortly after I checked in and found out about the lack of gym that was advertised and the doors that looked broken in.

Front desk folks were gone for a while but helpful when they showed up. Towels were stained but clean, so were linens. Maintenance showed up and tried to get in the room while I had it locked, and then fixed the apparently broken shower head. Basically you get what you pay for, good enough for a pre flight stay!

I will write this review in two parts. First I will say you get what you pay for. The cost of the room was $68 and I would say we got that for the 4 hours we spent in the room.

I booked the room solely on the pictures on the website. But those pictures must be many years old. For example the front desk picture. Nice right? Now there is safety glass, worn carpet, security camera/monitors, and pay by the week/month rates. The room pictures are the same. The room we were given might have been nice once but was not kept up. If our plane had landed at 10 and we had our rental car I would have walked away from the hotel. I wouldn’t have cared if I got my money back or not. Due to tiredness/lack of sleep I do not have pictures to support my review. Just know I would normally not give any sort of review. Just pretend it never happened. I could not do this here.

The rooms were DISGUSTING. So was the customer service. They had the audacity to double charge me and lie about it. Talked to the owner and was told theyd get back to me and they never did. They also tried passing the blame onto Hotels.com when it came to the double charging. 10/10 would HIGHLY SUGGEST AVOIDING THIS MOTEL AT ALL COSTS!!! Hotel was obviously split between travelers staying 2-3 nights and locals using it for extended stay. Hallways smell of various foods being cooked in the rooms- My room was quite nice and certainly served my needs for a five night stay. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating to my needs. Only a 200 foot walk to connect to local bus service.

Hardly any parking. Dirty hotel and room. We suspect sheets were not washed due to discoloration as well as crusty items on them. The room doesn’t look like it was wiped down, the bathroom fixtures were broken and some were rusty. The shower looked as if it hadn’t even been cleaned. There were spiderwebs and a massive spider guarding the bathroom. You could hear everything outside, in the hall, as well as on either side of the room where other guests were. Minor noises seemed amplified.
The only good thing about the room was that the bed itself was comfortable.

Upon arrival exterior and curtains gave us a bad feeling as to the condition of the rooms. Upon entering the property we were pleasantly surprised. Hallways and entry clean and neat. Room was large (handicap) and had good bed and bedding. Bathroom needed some debris cleaned off the floor and a severe lack of counter space in bath. Only real issue with the room was the ambient light from floodlights at neighbors property. It was very light in the room. Sure all south facing rooms have the same issues. Noise from people talking in rear parking lot late in the night. We’d stay here again just on the north side! Also never seen such tiny toilet paper rolls!!!

The staff was great. The receptionist was very helpful and she got us checked in and out efficiently. The TV had a problem and they had someone there to fix it in less than 10 minutes.

The only problem that we had was that the next door neighbor had a noisy dog and it made it difficult to sleep. Sad because the beds were comfortable and the climate control system worked well. Going to come back next week. Maybe we can get a little discount?

You get what you get for a low price. Stayed here just for a night while passing through. I understand the price I was paying and wasn’t expecting a 10/10 rating. The least the place could do is clean the rooms. Floors very dirty bedroom and bathroom looked like someone had spilt something sticky and walked all over the place, night stands had all kinds of stuff on them food on the edges or something, the smell in the place is horrible. The staff was great but the place it’s self needs lots of deep cleaning.

It was most disgusting, place I've ever been in and they could care less!!!! then they tried pulling 200 off my card when i already paid and should get my deposit back and the next door one is a little better but have not received deposit from them either been week and half. The entrance was not clearly marked. We had to drive around the building to figure out where we were supposed to go in at the clerk was lachial, didn't care If we were there or not, the place upon entry was filthy. It smelled when we got to our rooms. The beds looked like they had been made and then laid on In one of our rooms, there was crumbs in the bed. There was pet urn on the curtains. In one of the rooms had black mold growing in the bathroom.
And the room smelled atrocious. There was only a half a roll of toilet paper in each room, and it wasn't even placed on the toilet paper dispenser. My daughter asked if she could get an extra pillow and was told they didn't have any. When we went back out to get our luggage. There was somebody sitting in the car Next to ours today doing drugs. And by the time we decided we weren't staying there for the night we came back out and there were four police cars sitting in the parking lot.

This property needs to be pulled from Expedia until upgrades occur. The toilet seat was broken, there was a layer of dust over the bed headboard, an old and stained bedspread, and general wear. The sheets seemed clean, however they were wrinkled. I would not have remained except I'd already booked on Expedia.

Run down hotel with clean comfortable bed. There was a lot to be desired with this hotel but for the price it gave me 4 walls, warmth and a cozy bed for the night. Front desk cloaed and had to walk next door in a dark scary parking lot to check in. Chipped tiles and rusted fixtures in bathroom. Sticky faux wood floors (in spots not all over). Thin walls but thankfully I had quiet neighbors.
